Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)少なくとも1つのオレフィンモノマー(A)、 (b)少なくとも1つのオレフィンモノマーの少なくとも1つのポリマー、 (c)その基本構造にオレフィン性の重合可能な基が直接又は架橋基を介して 共有結合している指示薬染料、 (d)少なくとも1つの少なくともジオレフィン性の架橋剤、及び (e)有効量の重合開始剤、 を含む組成物。 2.該モノマー及び該ポリマーが、親水性であり、少なくとも1重量%の水への 溶解度を有する、請求項1記載の組成物。 3.該成分(b)ポリマーが、少なくとも1つの(A)と同一のモノマー、少な くとも1つの(A)と異なるモノマー(B)、又はこのようなモノマーの混合物 を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。 4.該成分(b)ポリマーが、モノマー(A)を多くか、又は単独に含む、請求 項3記載の組成物。 5.該オレフィンモノマー(A)及び/又は(B)が、組成物に基づき、5〜9 5重量%の量で存在する、請求項3記載の組成物。 6.該成分(b)ポリマーが、組成物に基づき、95〜5重量%の量で存在する 、請求項1記載の組成物。 7.該指示薬染料が、0.01〜10重量%の量で存在する、請求項1記載の組 成物。 8.該重合開始剤が、0.1〜20重量%の量で存在する、請求項1記載の組成 物。 9.該架橋剤が、0.1〜30重量%の量で存在する、請求項1記載の組 成物。 10.該モノマー(A)又は(B)が、少なくとも1つの親水性基で置換されて いるオレフィンの群から選択される、請求項3記載の組成物。 11.該親水性基が、それぞれ、直接又は架橋基を介してオレフィン基に結合し ている、ピロリドニル、アミノ、第1級アミノ、第2級アミノ、アンモニウム基 及びヒドロキシよりなる群から選択される、請求項10記載の組成物。 12.該架橋基が、−C(O)−、−C(O)−O−アルキレン−、−C(O) −NH−アルキレン−、−C(O)−O−(C2−C6アルキレン−O)1-12−C2 −C6アルキレン−、−C(O)−NH−(C2−C6アルキレン−O)1-12−C2 −C6アルキレン−又は−O−アルキレン−である、請求項11記載の組成物。 13.モノマー(A)又は(B)が、式(I): R1R2C=CR3−Z (I) [式中、R1、R2及びR3は、それぞれ他と独立に、水素又は疎水性置換基であ り、そしてZは、親水性基である]に対応する、請求項10記載の組成物。 14.該疎水性置換基が、C1−C12アルキル、C1−C12アルコキシ、C1−C1 2 ハロアルキル、フェニル、ハロフェニル、C1−C4アルキルフェニル、C1−C4 アルコキシフェニル、全部で2〜20個の炭素原子を有するカルボン酸エステ ル基、−CN、F及びClから選択される、請求項13記載の組成物。 15.式(I)において、R1及びR2が、水素であり、そしてR3が、水素又は メチルである、請求項13記載の組成物。 16.該親水性基が、−OH、−O−(C2−C12アルキレン)−OH、 −C(O)−NH2、−C(O)−NH−(C2−C12アルキレン)−OH、−C (O)−N−(C2−C12アルキレン)2−OH、−C(O)−NH−C1−C12 アルキル、−C(O)−N−(C1−C12アルキル)2、ピロリドニル、−C(O )−NH−C1−C12アルキレン−NH2、−C(O)−NH−C1−C12アルキ レン−NH−C1−C6アルキル、−C(O)−NH−C1−C12アルキレン−N −(C1−C6アルキル)2、−C(O)−O−(C2−C12アルキレン)−OH、 又は同一若しくは異なるアルキレン−O−基を有する、−C(O)−O−(C2 −C6アルキレン−O)1-12−C2−C6アルキレン−OH若しくは−C(O)− NH−(C2−C6アルキレン−O)1-12−C2−C6アルキレン−OHである、請 求項13記載の組成物。 17.該成分(b)ポリマーが、モノマー(A)として使用されるものと同じモ ノマー(A)を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。 18.該成分(b)ポリマーが、1,000〜1,000,000の平均分子量 を有する、請求項1記載の組成物。 19.該指示薬染料が、式(II): R4HC=CR5−(X)q−dye (II) [式中、 R4は、メチルであり、かつR5は、水素であるか、又はR5は、メチルであり 、かつR4は、水素であり、 qは、0又は1であり、 Xは、架橋基であり、そして dyeは、指示薬染料の一価の基である]で示される染料である、請求項1記 載の組成物。 20.R4が、水素であり、そしてR5が、水素又はメチルである、請求 項19記載の組成物。 21.qが、1である、請求項19記載の組成物。 22.該架橋基Xが、−O−、−NH−、−NH−C1−C4アルキル−、−C( O)−O−、−C(O)−NH−、−C(O)−NH−C1−C4アルキル−、− NH−(CO)−O−、−O−C(O)−NH−、−C(O)−O−C2−C12 アルキレン−O−C(O)−、−C(O)−NH−C2−C12アルキレン−O− C(O)−、−C(O)−O−C2−C12アルキレン−NH−C(O)−、−C (O)−NH−C2−C12アルキレン−NH−C(O)−、−C(O)−NH− C2−C12アルキレン−C(O)−NH−、−NH−C(O)−O−C2−C12ア ルキレン−O−C(O)−、−C(O)−O−(C2−C6アルキレン−O)1-12 −、−C(O)−O−(C2−C6アルキレン−O)1-12−C2−C6アルキレン− NH−、−C(O)−NH−(C2−C6アルキレン−O)1-12−C2−C6アルキ レン−NH−又は−C(O)−NH−(C2−C6アルキレン−O)1-12−CH2 −C(O)−NH−である、請求項19記載の組成物。 23.該架橋剤が、ポリオール及びポリアミンのアクリル酸及びメタクリル酸エ ステル及びアミド、ジビニルベンゼン並びにビス(ジメチルマレインイミジル) アルキレンよりなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の組成物。 24.該重合開始剤が、有機アゾ化合物、ペルオキソ化合物、ペルオキソ二硫酸 塩、又は放射により活性化することができる光開始剤である、請求項1記載の組 成物。 25.溶媒を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。 26.該疎水性モノマー(A)又は(B)が、式(I): R1R2C=CR3−Y (III) [式中、R1、R2及びR3は、それぞれ他と独立に、水素又は疎水性置換基であ り、そしてYは、疎水性基である]に対応する、請求項3記載の組成物。 27.該疎水性置換基が、C1−C12アルキル、C1−C12アルコキシ、C1−C1 2 ハロアルキル、フェニル、ハロフェニル、C1−C4アルキルフェニル、C1−C4 アルコキシフェニル、全部で2〜20個の炭素原子を有するカルボン酸エステ ル基、−CN、F及びClから選択される、請求項26記載の組成物。 28.式(III)において、R1及びR2が、水素であり、そしてR3が、水素又は メチルである、請求項26記載の組成物。 29.式(III)において、Yが、C1−C6アルキル、C1−C6アルコキシ、フ ェニル、クロロフェニル、C1−C4アルキルフェニル、C1−C4アルコキシフェ ニル、全部で2〜10個の炭素原子を有するカルボン酸エステル基、−CN又は Clである、請求項26記載の組成物。 30.請求項1記載の該組成物の層が、少なくとも1つの表面に塗布されている 、担体材料。 31.請求項1記載の該組成物のポリマー層が、少なくとも1つの表面に塗布さ れている、担体材料。 32.平面である、請求項31記載の担体材料。 33.透明である、請求項31記載の担体材料。 34.ガラス又は透明ポリマーよりなる、請求項31記載の担体材料。 35.該ポリマー層が、0.01〜50μmの厚さを有する、請求項31記載の 担体材料。 36.請求項1記載の該組成物のポリマー層が、少なくとも1つの表面に 塗布されている、光学センサー。 37.イオン又はガスの光学測定のための、請求項36記載のセンサーの用途。 38.好適には支えられていないフィルムの形の、請求項1記載の組成物からの ポリマー。
