Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法であって、 少なくとも約800N/mm2(120000プサイ)の引張り強度および少 なくとも約600N/mm2(90000プサイ)の降伏強度を有する高強度鋼 材の素材を準備する段階と、 素材を温間加工して均一な横断面形状を有する構造部材を形成する段階であっ て、前記均一な横断面形状は前記素材の形状と相違して、少なくとも1つのフラ ンジを含み、該フランジは前記横断面形状の全周縁寸法よりも薄い厚さを有して おり、前記少なくとも1つのフランジは前記構造部材に対して増大した荷重支持 能力を与え、これにより構造部材の引張り強度および降伏強度の機械的性質は素 材の機械的性質と実質的に同じかそれより高くなるようにする温間加工段階とを 含み、 高強度鋼材は、重量%で 炭素 約0.30〜約0.65% マンガン 約0.30〜約2.5% アルミニウム、ニオビウム、チタン およびバナジウム、およびそれらの 混合物よりなる群から選ばれた少な くとも1つの鉄の微粒化材 有効量約0.35%まで 鉄 残部 の組成を有しており、 引張り強度および降伏強度の前記機械的性質を有する前記構造部材が更なる増 強処理段階を必要とせずに製造されることを特徴とする高強度鋼構造部材を作る 方法。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載された方法であって、少なくとも約800N/m m2(120000プサイ)の引張り強度、および少なくとも約600N/mm2 (90000プサイ)の降伏強度を有する素材を準備するために、高強度鋼材が 先行して熱間押し抜きおよび冷間引抜き加工を行われたことを特徴とする 高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法。 3.請求の範囲第1項に記載された方法であって、高強度鋼材の素材が少なく とも約1000N/mm2(150000プサイ)の引張り強度、および少なく とも約900N/mm2(130000プサイ)の降伏強度を有することを特徴 とする高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法。 4.請求の範囲第1項に記載された方法であって、高強度鋼材が、重量%で 炭素 約0.40〜約0.55% マンガン 約0.30〜約2.50% アルミニウム、ニオビウム、チタン およびバナジウム、およびそれらの 混合物よりなる群から選ばれた少な くとも1つの鉄の微粒化材 有効量約0.20%まで 鉄 残部 の組成を有することを特徴とする高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法。 5.請求の範囲第1項に記載された方法であって、高強度鋼材が、重量%で 炭素 約0.50〜約0.55% マンガン 約1.20〜約1.65% アルミニウム、ニオビウム、チタン およびバナジウム、およびそれらの 混合物よりなる群から選ばれた少な くとも1つの鉄の微粒化材 有効量約0.03〜約0.20% 鉄 残部 の組成を有することを特徴とする高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法。 6.請求の範囲第1項に記載された方法であって、前記温間加工が約150° C〜約650°C(約300°F〜約1200°F)で実施されることを特徴と する高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法。 7.請求の範囲第1項に記載された方法であって、前記均一な横断面形状がO ,L,C,Z,I,T,U,VおよびW字形からなる群から選ばれたことを特徴 とする高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法。 8. 高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法であって、 パーライト顕微鏡組織を有し、少なくとも約800N/mm2(120000 プサイ)の引張り強度および少なくとも約600N/mm2(90000プサイ )の降伏強度を有し、 重量%で 炭素 約0.30〜約0.65% マンガン 約0.30〜約2.5% アルミニウム、ニオビウム、チタン およびバナジウム、およびそれらの 混合物よりなる群から選ばれた少な くとも1つの鉄の微粒化材 有効量約0.35%まで 鉄 残部 の組成を有している高強度鋼材の素材を準備する段階と、 素材を温間加工して均一な横断面形状を有する構造部材を形成する段階であっ て、前記均一な横断面形状は前記素材の形状と相違して、少なくとも1つのフラ ンジを含み、該フランジは前記横断面形状の全周縁寸法よりも薄い厚さを有して おり、前記少なくとも1つのフランジは前記構造部材に対して増大した荷重支持 能力を与え、これにより構造部材の引張り強度および降伏強度の機械的性質は素 材の機械的性質と実質的に同じかそれより高くなるようにする温間加工段階とを 含むことを特徴とする高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法。 9.請求の範囲第8項に記載された方法であって、高強度鋼材が、重量%で 炭素 約0.50〜約0.55% マンガン 約1.20〜約1.65% アルミニウム、ニオビウム、チタン およびバナジウム、およびそれらの 混合物よりなる群から選ばれた少な くとも1つの鉄の微粒化材 有効量約0.03〜約0.20% 鉄 残部 の組成を有することを特徴とする高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法。 10.請求の範囲第8項に記載された方法であって、前記均一な横断面形状がO ,L,C,Z,I,T,U,VおよびW字形からなる群から選ばれたことを特徴 とする高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法。 11.高強度鋼構造部材を作る方法であって、 少なくとも約1000N/mm2(150000プサイ)の引張り強度、およ び少なくとも約900N/mm2(130000プサイ)の降伏強度を有し、前 記強度特性を有する素材を準備するために先行して熱間押し抜きおよび冷間引抜 き加工を行われており、重量%で 炭素 約0.50〜約0.55% マンガン 約1.20〜約1.65% アルミニウム、ニオビウム、チタン およびバナジウム、およびそれらの 混合物よりなる群から選ばれた少な くとも1つの鉄の微粒化材 有効量約0.03〜約0.20% 鉄 残部 の組成を有する高強度鋼材の素材を準備する段階と、 約150°C〜約650°C(約300°F〜約1200°F)の温度範囲で 素材を温間加工して均一な横断面形状を有する構造部材を形成する段階であって 、前記均一な横断面形状は前記素材の形状と相違して、少なくとも1つのフラン ジを含み、該フランジは前記横断面形状の全周縁寸法よりも薄い厚さを有してお り、前記少なくとも1つのフランジは前記構造部材に対して増大した荷重支持能 力を与え、前記均一な横断面形状はO,L,C,Z,I,T,U,VおよびW字 形からなる群から選ばれており、これにより構造部材の引張り強度および降伏強 度の機械的性質は素材の機械的性質と実質的に同じかそれより高くなるようにす る温間加工段階とを含み、 前記引張り強度および降伏強度の機械的性質を有する前記構造部材が更なる増 強処理段階を必要とせずに製造されたことを特徴とする高強度鋼構造部材を作る 方法。
