Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.体部を検査する装置であって: 体部を固定し押さえつける手段又は機構と; 体部の内部解剖学的像を提供する手段又は機構と; 内部解剖学的像を提供する手段又は機構の近傍に配置され、体部に浸潤させ た放射トレーサから放出される単一ガンマ線を検出する手段又は機構を具えてお り、解剖学的像と放射トレーサによる像の撮像中、及び撮像と撮像の間、体部は 依然として同じ位置に維持されるようにしている体部検査装置。 2.体部を検査する装置であって: 体部を固定し押さえつける手段又は機構と; 体部に浸潤させた放射トレーサから放出される単一のガンマ線を検出する手 段又は機構を具えている体部検査装置。 3.検出手段又は機構は、固定化手段又は機構の片側に配備された検出器モジュ ールを含んでおり、該検出器モジュールは、少なくとも一列のガンマ線感知材が 陽電子検出器に連繋して配置されている請求項2に記載の装置。 4.体部を検査する装置であって: 体部を固定し押さえつける手段又は機構と; 体部のステレオ内部解剖学的像を提供する手段又は 機構と; 内部解剖学的像を提供する手段又は機構の近傍に配置され、体部のステレオ 生理学的像を提供する手段又は機構を具えており、解剖学的像と放射トレーサに よる像の撮像中、及び撮像と撮像の間、体部が同じ位置に維持されるようにして いる体部検査装置。 5.体部を検査する装置であって: 体部を固定し押さえつける手段又は機構と; 体部のステレオ生理学的像を提供する手段又は機構を具えている体部の検査 装置。 6.体部を検査する方法であって: 体部を押さえつけることにより、体部を所望位置で固定するステップと; 体部の生理学的像を少なくとも1つ獲得するステップから構成される体部の 検査方法。 7.獲得ステップは、体部のステレオ生理学的像を獲得するステップを含んでい る請求項6に記載の方法。 8.固定化ステップの前に、ガンマ線を放出する放射トレーサを患者に注射する ステップがあり、ステレオ生理学的像を獲得するステップは、固定化手段又は機 構の夫々に1つずつ配置された一対の検出器モジュールを用いてガンマ線を検出 するステップを含んでいる請求項7に記載の方法。 9.ステレオ生理学的像を獲得するステップの後に、生 検針又は生検銃を体部に挿入するステップがあり、ステレオ生理学的像を用いて 生検針又は生検銃の三次元的誘導が行なわれる請求項6に記載の方法。 10.像を獲得するステップの後に、誘導、位置決め、及び体部の全ての腫瘍が 完全に除去されたことを確認するために、像を用いて、患者に手術を施すステッ プを含んでいる請求項6に記載の方法。
