Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも20ppbwの硫黄を含む炭化水素供給原料を改質する方法に おいて、少なくとも二つの直列に接続された改質領域でありかつ、夫々の領域に 高度に硫黄に敏感な改質触媒が入っている改質領域に前記炭化水素供給原料を通 過させ、第一改質領域中の触媒を第二改質領域中の触媒よりも一層頻繁に再生す ることからなる改質方法。 2.Lゼオライト蝕媒を、両方の改質領域で用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.同じ触媒を夫々の改質領域で用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.第一改質領域中の触媒を、第二改質領域中の触媒の少なくとも2倍の回数 再生する、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.第二改質領域が2〜6の直列に接続された反応器からなる、請求項1に記 載の方法。 6.第一反応領域が、連続的触媒再生の機能を持つ移動床反応器からなる、請 求項1に記載の方法。 7.各領域中の改質反応を、600〜1200°Fの範囲の温度、大気圧から 600psigの範囲の圧力、及び0.5〜10の範囲の炭化水素供給物に対す る水素のモル比で行う、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.各領域の改質反応を、800〜1050°Fの範囲の温度で行う、請求項 7に記載の方法。 9.各領域の改質反応を、40〜150psigの範囲の圧力で行う、請求項 7に記載の方法。 10.少なくとも20ppbwの硫黄を含むガソリン沸点範囲の炭化水素供給原 料を水素の存在下で接触改質する方法において、前記炭化水素供給原料を、少な くとも二つの直列に接続された改質領域でありかつ、夫々の領域に高度に硫黄に 敏感な改質触媒が入っている改質領域に通し、 然も、高度に硫黄に敏感な改質触媒に硫黄を吸収させながら前記供給原料を第 一改質領域で部分的に改質し、前記第一改質領域を出る工程流の硫黄含有量を2 0ppbwより少なくし、 前記第一改質領域と直列になった第二改質領域で改質工程を継続し、そして 前記第一改質領域内の触媒を、前記第二改質領域内の触媒の少なくとも2倍の 回数再生する、 ことからなる改質方法。 11.第二改質領域が2〜6の直列の反応器からなる、請求項10に記載の方法 。 12.供給物が20〜500ppbwの硫黄を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
