- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.2つまたはそれ以上の有機フィルム形成材料の結合密封部品から形成され たカプセルの内側の少なくとも1つの空洞につめられた放出可能な物質を含む閉 鎖密封カプセルを製造する方法であって、 (a)第1の接触領域を有するカプセルの第1の部分を準備する工程と、 (b)前記カプセルの第1の部分をつめるべき物質で充填する工程と、 (c)第2の接触領域を有するカプセルの少なくとも第2の部分を準備する工 程と、 (e)結合手段を介して接触領域が接触するように前記カプセルの部品を結合 する工程と、 (f)対向する接触領域の部分が閉鎖した密封カプセルを得るために所定の時 間の間に押されて接触するように、所定の力でカプセルの結合部品を押す工程と を有する製造方法。 2.前記工程(f)が前記工程(a)乃至(e)と同時に実行されると同時に 異なるカプセルが処理され、このような工程(a)乃至(e)は、工程(f)の 所定の時間間隔から独立している方法のステーション時間を画定する請求項1に 記載の方法。 3.結合部品は、閉鎖したカプセルと結合手段との間の直接的な接触を避けな がら一緒に押される請求項1に記載の方法。 4.有機フィルム形成材料は、スターチ、スターチの水溶性化学誘導体、ゼラ チン、フタレートゼラチン、ゼラチンサクシネート、クロスリンクゼラチン、シ ェラック、サンフラワープロテイン、ソイビーンプロテイン、コットンシードプ ロテイン、ピーナッツプロテイン、レイプシードプロテイン、ブラッドプロテイ ン、エッグプロテイン、アクリレートプロテイン及び他の野菜プロテイン、アル ジネート、カーラジーナン、グアーガム、アガールーアガール、ガムアラビック 及びリレートガム、ペクチン及び他の水溶性ポリサッカライド、水溶性セルロー ス誘導体、アルキルセルロース、ヒドロキシアルキルセルロース、ヒドロキシア ルキルセルロース及びヒドロキシアルキルアルキルセルロース、メチルセルロー ス、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプ ロピ ルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチル セルロース及びヒドロキシブチルメチルセルロース、セルロースエステル、セル ロースアセチルフタレートを含むヒドロキシアルキルセルロースエステル及びヒ ドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースフタレート(HPMCP),カルボキシルア ルキルセルロース、カルボキシルアルキルセルロース、カルボキシルメチルセル ロースを含むカルボキシアルキルセルロースエステル及びそれらのアルカリ金属 塩、ポリアクリル酸及びポリアクリル酸エステルを含む水溶性合成ポリマー、ポ リメタクリル酸及びポリメタクリル酸エステル、ポリビニールアセテート、ポリ ビニールアルコール、ポリビニールアセテートフタレート(PVAP)、ポリビ ニルピロリドン、ポリクロトニック酸、カチオンモディファイド・アクリレート 及びメタクリレート及びその組み合わせを有する請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記有機フィルム形成材料がエクステンダ、可塑剤及び/または着色剤を 有する請求項4に記載の方法。 6.前記有機フィルム形成材料がスターチ及び着色剤を有する請求項1に記載 の方法。 7.結合手段は、水及びゼラチン、スターチ、変形されたスターチ、セルロー ス誘導体、変形セルロース、ポリビニールアルコール、ポリビニールピロリドン 、グリセロール、他のポリオル、グリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプ ロピレングリコール、陰イオン、陽イオンまたは両性の水溶性である表面活性剤 、陽イオンまたは陰イオン、モノサッカライドである水溶性アクリルポリマー、 オリゴサッカライド及びデキストリン及びその混合物を含むポリサッカライドを 有するグループから選択されたポリマーを有する請求項1に記載の方法。 8.付加されるポリマーの量が、結合手段の全体重量に基づいて約50%まで である請求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記結合手段が、結合手段の全体重量に基づいて重量で2乃至10%の量 の水及びデキストリンを有する請求項1に記載の方法。 10.前記結合手段が、第2の接触領域に適用される請求項1に記載の方法。 11.前記結合手段が、第2の接触領域にスプレーされる請求項10に記載の 方法。 12.前記結合手段が、吸引装置によって除去されている請求項11に記載の 方法。 13.前記結合手段が、吸収材料によって吸収され、接触領域を吸収材料と直 接接触させることによって接触領域に転移される請求項10に記載の方法。 14.前記カプセルの結合部品が、結合部品を一緒に押す押圧装置に挿入され る請求項1に記載の方法。 15.前記カプセルの結合部品が、2つのウイング及びウイングの間の距離を 調整するための装置を有するU形状の容器に挿入され、前記カプセルの結合部品 は、2つのウイングの間に配置され、所定の圧力が2つのウイングの間で距離を 構成することによって結合部品に適用される請求項14に記載の方法。 16.前記カプセルの結合部品が、前記溝に沿って案内され、前記溝から放出 され、前記カプセルの挿入部品が互いに直接接触した結合部品の連続した対で溝 の内側に列を形成する請求項14に記載の方法。 17.前記溝は垂直方向を向いており、前記カプセルの結合部品は、溝の底部 近傍に挿入され、溝の上部近傍のカプセルの結合部品が溝の底部近傍のカプセル の結合部品に十分な圧力を提供するように、溝の上部近傍に放出される請求項1 6に記載の方法。 18.前記溝が、前記カプセルの結合部品に十分な圧力を提供する圧力装置を 有する請求項16に記載の方法。 19.前記圧力装置が、次に溝から放出されるカプセルの結合部品に所定の力 を適用する空気ピストンを有する請求項18に記載の方法。 20.前記溝が、25°乃至50℃の上昇温度で維持される請求項18に記載 の方法。 21.前記2つの部品が、約10乃至60秒の間で一緒に押される請求項1に 記載の方法。 22.有機フィルム形成材料の結合された2つの密封部品(21,22)から 形成されたカプセルの内側に少なくとも1つの空洞につめられた放出可能な物質 (19)を含む閉鎖密封カプセルを製造する装置であって、 第1の接触領域(24)を有するカプセル(20)の第1の部品を形成する第 1の送り装置(3,3a)と、 つめるべき物質でカプセルの第1の部分を充填する充填装置(6)と、 第2の接触面(23)を有するカプセル(20)の第2の部分(21)を提供 する第2の送り装置(8)と、 少なくとも1つの接触領域(23,24)に結合手段(13)を適用するウエ ッティング装置(12,12a)と、 対向する接触領域(23,24)が閉鎖密封カプセル(20)を得るために所 定時間、押圧接触を維持するように所定の力でカプセル(20)の結合部品(2 1,22)を押す少なくとも1つの押圧装置(11,48)とを有する閉鎖密封 カプセルを製造する装置。 23.前記押圧装置(11,48)は、前記カプセルの結合部品が、2つのウ イング及びウイングの間の距離を調整するための装置を有するU形状の容器を有 し、前記カプセル(20)の結合部品(21,22)は、2つのウイングの間に 配置され、所定の圧力が2つのウイング(49,50)の間で距離を構成するこ とによって結合部品に適用される請求項22に記載の方法。 24.前記押圧装置(11)が、第1の開口部(56)及び前記第1の開口部 から間隔を置いた第2の開口部(43)を有し、前記カプセルの結合部品(21 ,22)が前記第1の開口部(56)を通って溝(31)に挿入され、溝(31 )に沿って案内可能であり、前記カプセル(20)の挿入部品(21,22)が 互いに直接接触した結合部品の連続した対で溝の内側に列を形成し、第2の開口 部を通って前記溝から放出される請求項22に記載の方法。 25.前記溝(31)は、前記カプセル(20)の前記結合部品(21,22 )を溝(31)に挿入可能な第1の位置から、前記カプセルの結合部品(21, 22)が前記溝(31)に挿入可能ではない第2の位置に旋回可能である請求項 24に記載の装置。 26.前記溝が、垂直方向を向いており、前記溝(31)の底部近傍に配置さ れた第1の開口部(56)と、前記通路(31)の上部近傍に配置された第2の 開口部(43)を有し、前記カプセルの結合部品の重量は、溝の底部近傍のカプ セルの結合部品に十分な圧力を提供するように、溝の上部近傍に放出される請求 項16に記載の方法。 27.前記溝(31)が、前記カプセル(20)の結合部品(21,22)に 十分な圧力を提供する圧力装置(41,42)を有する請求項16に記載の方法 。 28.前記圧力装置(41,42)が、次に溝から放出されるカプセル(20 )の結合部品(21,22)に所定の力を適用する空気ピストン(41)を有す る請求項27に記載の方法 29.前記空気ピストン(41)によって適用される力が、5.0乃至15N の範囲である請求項28に記載の装置。 30.前記溝(31)が、前記カプセル(20)の挿入部品(21,22)が 第1の開口部(56)を通って溝(31)から出ることを防止するために溝(3 1)の第1の開口部(56)に近く配列された残りの装置(32)を有する請求 項27に記載の装置。 31.前記保持装置(32)は、前記カプセル(20)の挿入部品(21,2 2)が前記溝の内側に保持される第1の位置から前記カプセル(20)の結合部 品(21,22)が溝(31)に挿入される第2の位置に旋回可能なつめと、ば ね部材(35)とを有し、前記ばね部材(35)は、第1の位置に向かってつめ (32)を押す請求項30に記載の装置。 32.前記溝(31)が、第2の開口部(43)を通って前記カプセル(20 )の結合部品(21,22)を放出すべく第2の開口部(43)に配置された放 出装置(44,46)を有する請求項27に記載の装置。 33.前記放出装置(44,46)が、第2の開口部(43)を通って前記カ プセル(20)の結合部品(21,22)を放出すべく第2の開口部(43)に 配置された放出ばね(44)を有する請求項32に記載の装置。 34.前記放出装置(44,46)が、第2の開口部(43)を通って前記カ プセル(20)の結合部品(21,22)を放出すべく第2の開口部(43)に 配置された放出ノズル(46)を有する請求項32に記載の装置。 35.前記押圧装置(11,48)は、25°乃至50℃の上昇温度に溝の温 度を調整するために温度調整装置を有する請求項27に記載の押圧装置。
