- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下式のアニオン性層化混合水酸化物組成物: (式中、M2+はマグネシウム、カルシウム、亜鉛、バリウムおよびストロンチ ウムより成る群から選ばれる二価金属であり、 xは約1.1から約3.5であり、 nは約0.01から約0.4であり、 M3+はセリウム、ランタン、鉄、クロム、バナジウムおよびコバルトより成る 群から選ばれる三価金属であり、 JはVO3、HVO4、VO4、V2O7、HV2O7、V3O9、V4O12、WO4ま たはMoO4であり、 vはJに付随する正味イオン電荷であり、 kは約0.01から2未満であり、 AはCO3、OH、SO3、SO4、ClおよびNO3より成る群から選ばれ、 qはAに付随する正味イオン電荷であり、かつ mは正数である)。 2.M2+がマグネシウム、M3+がセリウム、およびJがVO3、HVO4、V2 O7、HV2O7またはVO4である請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.約7.6オングストローム単位以上のX線回折d(001)値を有する請求 項1に記載の組成物。 4.総体的に下式の微結晶を含む組成物: (式中、mは約1.1から約3.5、 pは約0.01から約0.4、 M2+はマグネシウム、カルシウム、亜鉛、バリウムおよびストロンチウムより 成る群から選ばれる二価金属であり、 M3+はセリウム、ランタン、鉄、クロム、バナジウムおよびコバルトより成る 群から選ばれる三価金属であり、 Tはバナジウム、タングステン、またはモリブデンであり、 rは約0.01から約0.2であり、 sは、Tがバナジウムのときには2.5、またはTがタングステンもしくはモ リブデンのときには3であり、 さらに、前記微結晶は二価金属一酸化物中に酸化アルミニウムを分散させた固 溶体微結晶およびスピネル相微結晶より実質的になり、各微結晶は約0.1から 約30ナノメートルの最大線寸法を有する)。 5.前記微結晶が、さらに三価金属酸化物相微結晶より成る請求項4に記載の 組成物。 6.前記スピネル相微結晶が本質的に下式を有する請求項4に記載の組成物: MgAl2O4 7.水、約2モル部の、マグネシウム、カルシウム、亜鉛、ストロンチウムお よびバリウムより成る群から選ばれる二価金属の塩、ならびに総量で約1モル部 の、アルミニウム塩と、セリウム、ランタン、鉄、クロム、バナジウムおよびコ バルトより成る群から選ばれる三価金属の塩とを配合して混合物とし、 前記混合物を約50°から約100℃の範囲の温度に少なくとも約1時間加熱 し、 前記混合物から、CO3、OH、SO3、SO4、ClおよびNO3より成る群か ら選ばれる比較的小さなアニオンを有するアニオン性層化混合水酸化物を回収し 、 前記の回収した層化混合水酸化物を約450℃以上の温度に約1時間以上か焼 して、前記の比較的小さなアニオンを本質的に含まない脱水物質とし、 前記脱水物質を、バナジン酸アニオン、タングステン酸アニオン、またはモリ ブデン酸アニオンを含有する約0.01から2モル部未満のメタレート塩を含む 水溶液と混合してスラリーを生成させ、該溶液は、また、モノメタレート、ジメ タレート、トリメタレート、またはテトラメタレートの形をしたアニオンを安定 化させるのに適当な量のアルカリ度調整剤を含み、さらに 前記スラリーから固体を回収し、該固体をか焼して、二価金属一酸化物中に酸 化アルミニウムを分散させた固溶体微結晶およびスピネル相微結晶より実質的に 成り、各微結晶は約0.1から約30ナノメートルの範囲の最大線寸法を有する 硫黄酸化物吸収剤として用いるのに適する少なくとも一部崩壊した組成物を生成 させること を含む組成物の製造法。 8.前記塩を、前記スラリーの液体部分に、約0.01から約1モルの範囲の 濃度のバナジン酸アニオンである前記アニオンを生成させるのに十分な量で配合 する請求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記二価金属がマグネシウムで三価金属がセリウムである請求項7に記載 の方法。 10.前記微結晶が、さらに三価金属酸化物相微結晶より成る請求項7に記載の 方法。 11.水、約2モル部の、マグネシウム、カルシウム、亜鉛、ストロンチウムお よびバリウムより成る群から選ばれる二価金属の塩、総量で約1モル部の、アル ミニウム塩と、セリウム、ランタン、鉄、クロム、バナジウム、およびコバルト より成る群から選ばれる三価金属の塩、約0.01から2モル部未満の、バナジ ン酸アニオン、タングステン酸アニオン、またはモリブデン酸アニオンを含有す るメタレート塩、ならびにモノメタレート、ジメタレート、トリメタレートまた はテトラメタレートの形をしたアニオンを安定化させるのに適当な量のアルカリ 度調整剤を配合して、混合物とし、 前記混合物を約50°から約100℃の範囲の温度に少なくとも約1時間加熱 し、 前記混合物からアニオン性層化混合水酸化物を回収し、さらに、 前記の回収した層化混合水酸化物を約450℃以上の温度で約1時間以上か焼 して、二価金属一酸化物中に酸化アルミニウムを分散させた固溶体微結晶および スピネル相微結晶より実質的に成り、各微結晶は約0.1から約30ナノメート ルの範囲の最大線寸法を有する硫黄酸化物吸収剤として用いるのに適する少なく とも一部崩壊した組成物を生成させること を含む硫黄酸化物吸収剤として用いるのに適する組成物の製造法。 12.下式: (式中、M2+はマグネシウム、カルシウム、亜鉛、バリウムおよびストロンチ ウムより成る群れから選ばれる二価金属であり、 xは約1.1から約3.5であり、 M3+はセリウム、ランタン、鉄、クロム、バナジウム、およびコバルトより成 る群から選ばれる三価金属であり、 nは約0.01から約0.4であり、 JはVO3、HVO4、VO4、V2O7、HV2O7、V3O9、V4O12、WO4また はMoO4であり、 VはJに付随する正味イオン電荷であり、 kは約0.01から2未満であり、 AはCO3、OH、SO3、SO4、ClまたはNO3であり、 qはAに付随する正味イオン電荷であり、かつ mは正数である) の層化混合水酸化物を少なくとも約450℃の温度で約1時間以上か焼して、二 価金属一酸化物中に酸化アルミニウムを分散させた固溶体微結晶およびスピネル 相微結晶より実質的に成り、各微結晶は約0.1から約30ナノメートルの最大 線寸法を有する、脱水された、少なくとも一部崩壊した組成物を生成させること を含む硫黄酸化物吸収剤として用いるのに適する組成物の製造法。 13.前記微結晶が、さらに三価金属酸化物相微結晶より成る請求項12に記載 の方法。 14.前記一酸化物が酸化マグネシウムである請求項12に記載の方法。 15.a) 硫黄酸化物を含有するガス混合物を、総体的に下式の微結晶: (式中、mは約1.1から約3.5であり、 pは約0.01から約0.4であり、 M2+はマグネシウム、カルシウム、亜鉛、ストロンチウムおよびバリウムより 成る群から選ばれる二価金属であり、 M3+はセリウム、ランタン、鉄、クロム、バナジウム、およびコバルトより成 る群から選ばれる三価金属であり、 Tはバナジウム、タングステンまたはモリブデンであり、 rは約0.01から約0.2であり、かつ sは、Tがバナジウムのときには2.5、またはTがタングステンもしくはモ リブデンのときには3であり、 さらに、前記微結晶は実質的に二価金属一酸化物中に酸化アルミニウムを分散 させた固溶体微結晶およびスピネル相微結晶より成り、各微結晶は約0.1から 約30ナノメートルの最大線寸法を有する)より実質的に成る脱水・崩壊した組 成物と接触させることによって硫黄酸化物を吸収させ、ついで b) 前記崩壊組成物を、分解触媒の存在下で炭化水素と接触させることにより 、該硫黄酸化物を脱離させること、 を含む硫黄酸化物含有ガス混合物から硫黄酸化物を分離する方法。 16.層化混合水酸化物を、約450°から約1000℃の範囲の温度で、硫黄 酸化物含有ガス混合物と接触させて、崩壊組成物を生成させることをさらに含む 請求項15に記載の方法。 17.前記脱離によって、硫化水素を含む硫黄化合物を生成させる請求項15に 記載の方法。 18.有機硫黄化合物含有炭化水素原料の循環流動接触分解法において、 (i)前記原料を、約430℃から約730℃の範囲の温度にある反応帯域内 で微粒状分解触媒と混合して、分解炭化水素、ならびに、硫黄、比較的揮発性の 成分、および比較的低揮発性の成分を含有するコークスを生成させ、 (ii)前記分解触媒を分解炭化水素から分離して、ストリッピング帯域に通し 、 そこで該触媒を約430℃から730℃の範囲の温度でストリッピングガス流と 接触させて、該分解触媒から前記揮発成分を実質的に除去し、 (iii)該分解触媒を触媒再生帯域に通し、そこで酸化ガスの存在下で約56 5℃から約790℃の範囲の温度で燃焼して、該分解触媒から、硫黄および前記 の比較的低揮発性の成分を実質的に除去して、炭素酸化物および硫黄酸化物を含 む流出ガス流を生成させ、ついで (iv)前記分解触媒を、前記反応帯域に戻し、 さらに a)再生帯域内で、前記硫黄酸化物の少なくとも一部を、下式の脱水されて少 なくとも一部崩壊した組成物: (式中、M2+はマグネシウム、カルシウム、亜鉛、ストロンチウムおよびバリ ウムより成る群から選ばれる二価金属であり、 pは約0.01から約0.4であり、 M3+はセリウム、ランタン、鉄、クロム、バナジウム、およびコバルトより成 る群から選ばれる三価金属であり、 rは約0.01から約0.2であり、 Tはバナジウム、タングステンまたはモリブデンであり、かつ sは下がバナジウムのときには2.5またはTがタングステンもしくはモリブ デンのときには3である)を含み、該崩壊組成物が実質的に、二価金属一酸化物 中に酸化アルミニウムを分散させた固溶体微結晶およびスピネル微結晶より成り 、各微結晶が約0.1から約30ナノメートルの範囲の最大線寸法を有する流動 可能な微粒状固体によって吸収させ、さらに b)該微粒状固体を反応帯域内で前記炭化水素原料に接触させて該微粒状固体 から吸収硫黄酸化物を除去すること を含む方法によって、再生帯域の流出ガス流中の硫黄酸化物の総量を減少させる ことを特徴とする方法。 19.前記再生帯域内でアニオン性層化混合水酸化物組成物を前記酸化ガスと接 触させて前記崩壊組成物を生成させることを、さらに含む請求項18に記載の方 法。
