Claims (7)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 上面に導電パターンを形成しこの導電パ
ターンの一部を露出させて絶縁レジストをオーバーコー
トした第一の絶縁フィルムと、上記露出した導電パター
ン上に配置された金属薄板製の端子と、上記第一の絶縁
フィルムとともに上記端子を挟み込む第二の絶縁フィル
ムとからなり、上記端子上面および端子周辺の複数の個
所を上記第二の絶縁フィルム上から加圧加熱して端子上
面に凹部を形成しながら上記第二の絶縁フィルムをくい
込ませるとともに、上記絶縁レジストを上記第二の絶縁
フィルムに溶着することによって上記端子と上記導電パ
ターンが接続された端子付フレキシブル配線基板。
1. A first insulating film in which a conductive pattern is formed on an upper surface, a part of the conductive pattern is exposed, and an insulating resist is overcoated, and a terminal made of a thin metal plate disposed on the exposed conductive pattern. And a second insulating film sandwiching the terminal together with the first insulating film, and pressurizing and heating a plurality of locations around the upper surface of the terminal and around the terminal from above the second insulating film to form a concave portion on the upper surface of the terminal. A flexible wiring board with terminals, wherein the terminals and the conductive pattern are connected by welding the second insulating film into the second insulating film while forming the second insulating film.
