2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to construct a gutter, a plurality of road shoulders are depressed long, a split chestnut is laid in the recess, and a plurality of split chestnuts are placed on the cut split chestnut. The U-shaped blocks are continuously fitted into the recesses, and the adjacent U-shaped blocks are connected in contact with each other to form a side groove. U
Since the U-shaped block has a rectangular planar shape, adjacent U-shaped blocks can be connected without gaps if the side gutters to be constructed are linear. However, when a curved gutter is constructed, a U-shaped block is formed on the curved curve. The U-shaped blocks have to be arranged, and a large gap is generated between adjacent U-shaped blocks. This gap is formed particularly between the side walls of the U-shaped block which is the curved outer side wall, and this gap has to be closed by casting concrete, and there is a problem that it takes time to construct the gutter. . Since the U-shaped block is a heavy object, the work of inserting the U-shaped block into the concave portion of the ground is performed using a heavy machine, but is performed manually by a worker at a narrow site where the heavy machine cannot be carried. Therefore, the burden on the operator is large and the workability is poor. If the bottom of the ground recess is not flat, the adjacent U-shaped blocks may shift up and down, causing a step error. However, the number of skilled workers tends to decrease, and construction errors may occur.

According to the present invention, the side wall of the groove is constructed by the wall material, and the bottom wall of the groove is constructed by concrete cast between the facing wall materials. Even so, by flattening the top surface of concrete cast between opposing wall materials, the bottom surface of the groove can be constructed with a smooth bottom surface with no steps. For this reason, the inexperienced intuition of the skilled worker is not required, and even the inexperienced worker does not cause the construction error. The wall material consists of only the side wall of the groove, so it can be made simple and lightweight, and even if it is a narrow work place where heavy equipment can not be carried in, it can be done manually by workers, and work can be done smoothly. Good nature. According to the second aspect of the present invention, the wall materials can be connected without gaps by arranging the short wall materials between the outer wall materials arranged at the curved portion of the concave portion that is depressed along the curve line of the groove. There is no need to cast concrete into the space and close the gap. In the curved line, even if the interval between the opposing wall materials is slightly different, concrete can be poured between the opposing wall materials regardless of the width, and a curved groove can be smoothly constructed.

The distal ends of the first locking piece 3 and the second locking piece 4 of the wall material 1 are curved surfaces, and the connected adjacent wall materials 1 are rotatable about the locking pin 11 so that the wall material 1 is curved. The wall material 1 can be arranged along the recess 14. Further, an inverted U-shaped spacing member 12 is inserted so as to extend into the through hole 9 of the second locking piece 2 of the opposing wall member 1, and the opposing wall members 1 are connected. Since the wall member 1 is self-supporting by the first overhanging piece 3 and the second overhanging piece 4, the work of attaching the locking pin 11 and the spacing member 12 can be performed smoothly. After that, concrete 17 is poured between the facing wall materials 1 to harden the bottom surface of the concave portion 14, and the spacing member 12 is embedded. Since this concrete surface is the inner bottom surface of the groove, the upper surface is smoothed to improve the flow of water. Next, wall material 1

Example 2 (see FIGS. 13 to 15) In the drawings, reference numeral 22 denotes a short wall member having the same structure as that of a wall member whose width is reduced to about 5 cm, 23 denotes a protruding portion of the short wall member 22, and 24 denotes a short portion. The first locking piece 25 of the wall material 22 is a second locking piece 25 of the short wall material 22, 2
Reference numeral 6 denotes an insertion hole for the short wall member 22, and 27 denotes an insertion hole for the short wall member 22. Example 2 shown in FIG. 13 is an example of constructing a curved groove. Since the front ends of the first locking pieces 3 and the second locking pieces 4 of the wall material 1 are curved surfaces, the adjacent adjacent wall materials 1 are connected.
Is rotatable about the locking pin 11 so that the wall material 1 can be arranged along the inner surface of the curved recess 14 without any gap. The short wall material 2 is provided on the inner surface outside the curved concave portion 14.
2 is interposed between the wall materials 1 and the wall material 1 is arranged. By arranging the short wall material 22 between the wall materials 1, the wall material 1 can be opposed to the wall material 1 arranged on the inner surface inside the recess 14 in parallel, and the interval between the opposed wall materials 1 is also increased. Can be held uniformly. Since the short wall member 22 and the wall member 1 have the same structure except for the width, the short wall member 22 and the wall member 1 are connected without any gap.
For this reason, the curved groove can be constructed correctly and quickly as in the first embodiment, and the burden on the operator can be reduced. Other codes, configurations, functions and effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Is the same as The width of the short wall material is 10 cm,
It depends on the groove to be built, such as 15 cm.

According to the present invention, the wall material serving as the side surface of the groove is arranged in the recess of the ground which is recessed along the construction line of the groove, and concrete is poured between them. Since the bottom surface of the groove is constructed by on-site work, the bottom surface of the groove can be easily and reliably formed into a smooth surface with no steps, regardless of the depth of the concave portion on the ground. For this reason, a worker who is not a skilled worker can easily construct an accurate groove. or,
Since the bottom of the groove is not provided in the wall material, the configuration of the wall material is simpler and lighter than the conventional U-shaped block, and it is easy to carry the wall material even in a narrow site where heavy equipment can not be carried. This burden can be greatly reduced, and the working efficiency can be greatly improved. Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the short wall material is interposed between the outer wall materials, the wall material can be continuously arranged without any gap even in the curved portion of the recessed recess, so that the curved groove can be easily formed. In this way, it is possible to reliably and reliably construct grooves of various shapes.
