Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect heating of a connecting part by current-carrying when a branch line is connected to a main track by inserting a sensor in pressure contact into the branch line extending side in the vicinity of an intermediate part between the main track embracing-holding bifurcated part bottom of a connecting metal fitting and the branch line. SOLUTION: A connecting metal fitting is composed of a main body 1, a sleeve 2 and a sensor 3. The main body 1 has a bifurcated part into/by which a main track M can be inserted/embraced-held from the side, and an inserting hole of a branch line B is bored in its base part. A through inserting hole of the sensor 3 is arranged in the vicinity of an intermediate part between the main track M of its base part and the branch line B. The sleeve 2 can be slidably inserted in a chopstick case cover shape into the bifurcated part of the main body 1. The sensor 3 is made of shape memory alloy, and is inserted from the branch line extending side, and an exposed part is bent in the constant direction by a temperature rise. This bending adjusts an inserting angle phase of the sensor 3 so as to become the easily detectable direction when looked up from ground. Since an inserting part of the sensor 3 exists in the vicinity of the highest temperature part of the connecting metal fitting, a warning by the sensor 3 can be made highly reliable.

When connecting a branch line to a main line, a method of inserting both lines into a connection fitting and crimping is used. However, heat is easily generated at this portion by energization, and the accident of fusing is inevitable. For this reason, a bar material made of a shape memory alloy is separately prepared as a sensor, and the bar material is applied in parallel to this portion, and the direction of stopping with a band is performed. It is intended to detect abnormal heat generation by visually observing displacement of the sensor protrusion due to temperature variation. However, the surface of the connection fitting is exposed to the weather and does not always accurately reflect the internal heat generation. It is an uncertain means to predict the occurrence of an accident.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The specimen of the connection fitting is heated by energization, the temperature is measured by a thermocouple thermometer and an infrared temperature image analyzer, and the temperature distribution is plotted when the temperature of the hot part reaches 70 ° C. The results are shown in FIG. In the figure, the level of the temperature is represented by shading of the pattern. According to this, the surface layer of both the main branch line and the main line is at low temperature even if the inside is at high temperature. Further, the branch line extension side has a high temperature, and particularly the branch line has a higher temperature than the main line.
It has been found that it is effective to insert the sensor at least near the middle of the main line holding bifurcated portion and the branch line, and also at the branch line extension side. Based on this understanding, it is assumed that a sensor hole is formed in a corresponding portion of the connection fitting, and a sensor tip is inserted and crimped from the branch line extension side.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. This fitting comprises a main body 1, a sleeve 2 and a sensor 3. A bifurcated portion capable of inserting and holding one main body line M from the side is provided, and an insertion hole of a branch line B is drilled at the base thereof. The base has a sensor 3 near the middle between the two lines M and B. Are provided. The sleeve 2 can be slidably inserted into the forked portion in the shape of a chopstick box lid. The sensor 3 is a rod-shaped body made of a shape memory alloy, is inserted at a prescribed depth from the branch line extension side, and the exposed portion bends in a fixed direction due to a rise in temperature. The insertion angle phase is adjusted so that the bending is in a direction that can be easily detected when looking up from the ground. Each of the above members is crimped and integrated with the main line M and the branch line B. FIG. 3 is a perspective view in that case, and the sensor 3 in the figure shows a state in which a chain line shows a state before energization, and a solid line shows a state in which the sensor reaches a prescribed temperature due to energization and is deformed.

Since the insertion portion of the sensor 3 is near the maximum temperature portion of the metal fitting, by selecting a sensor that operates at a predetermined temperature, the warning by the sensor is made highly reliable.
