Abstract
The invention provides a wire arranging and fastening device and a method, which are used for processing a wire and a wire assembly, wherein the wire arranging and fastening device comprises a displacement sensor, a servo mechanism, a wire arranging mechanism and a fastening mechanism, the displacement sensor is used for determining the position of the wire assembly, the servo mechanism moves to adjust the position according to the position of the wire assembly, the wire arranging mechanism comprises a regulating block, the wire is regulated to a set position through the regulating block, and the fastening mechanism fixes the wire and the wire assembly. In particular, in the embodiment of the copper wire and the fork assembly of the motor stator, the wire arranging and fastening device may be implemented by the following steps:

then, as shown in fig. 3, the regulating block of the wire arranging mechanism starts to work, the front end of the regulating block moves towards the copper wire in the fork-shaped component, due to the relative combination design of the wire and the wire component, the wire is regulated to a set position through the concave cambered surface on one surface of the regulating block facing the wire, the concave cambered surface on one surface of the regulating block facing the wire can correspond to the shape of the wire, the working area of the regulating block is enough to cover the copper wire, and the regulating block continues to move forward to regulate the copper wire at the root part in the groove of the fork-shaped component, namely, the copper wire is attached to the fork-shaped component;
then, as shown in fig. 4, the fastening mechanism works to clamp the wire and the wire assembly by the clamping jaws of the fastening mechanism, i.e. clamp the fork assembly in this embodiment to ensure that the copper wire is fixed to the root of the fork assembly, the clamping force of the clamping jaws can be controlled by the pressure reducing valve, and the specific shape of the fastening mechanism as the clamping jaws is not limited;
finally, each mechanism of the wire arranging and fastening device resets, and image information of the wire and the wire assembly, namely the copper wire and the fork assembly, can be acquired through the image sensor, so that whether the assembly is in place or not can be determined, and the wire of the motor is regulated to be fixed on the wire assembly through the wire arranging and fastening method, namely the wire is fixed on the wire assembly.
Of course, cleaning and other needs such as adhesives including glues or solders may be added at any of the above steps, and the cleaning process may be performed by a cleaning mechanism including a nozzle that directs a spray of cleaning liquid or gas toward the wire and the wire assembly, and a fastening mechanism may provide adhesives to secure the wire to the wire assembly, which may include glues or solders, to meet the needs of different products.
The wire arranging and fastening device provided by the invention is used for processing the wire rods and the wire rod assembly, the relative position is determined by the displacement sensor, the servo mechanism moves, the wire rods are aligned to the set position by the alignment block of the wire arranging mechanism, and the wire rods and the wire rod assembly are fixed by the fastening mechanism, so that the production requirement is met, manual wire arranging operation is replaced, the operation purpose of an automatic production line is achieved, the production efficiency is improved, and the quality risk caused by manual operation is greatly eliminated.

the wire arranging mechanism comprises a regulating block, and the wire is regulated to a set position through the regulating block;
a fastening mechanism that secures the wire and the wire assembly.
2. The wire management fastening device of claim 1, wherein the surface of the gauge block facing the wire is concavely curved.
3. The wire management fastening device of claim 1, further comprising an auxiliary securing mechanism, wherein the auxiliary securing mechanism comprises a retention post that secures the wire assembly when the wire management mechanism is calibrated.
4. The wire management fastening device of claim 1, wherein the fastening mechanism provides an adhesive to secure the wire to the wire assembly.
5. The wire dress fastening device of claim 4, wherein the adhesive comprises glue or solder.
6. The wire management fastening device of claim 1, further comprising a guide post that controls the stroke of the wire management mechanism.
7. The wire management fastening device of claim 1 wherein the fastening mechanism comprises jaws for gripping the wire and wire assembly.
8. The wire management fastening device of any one of claims 1-8, further comprising an image sensor that captures image information of the wire and wire assembly.
9. The wire management fastening device of any one of claims 1-8, further comprising a cleaning mechanism comprising a nozzle that aligns the wire and the wire assembly.
10. A method of organizing a wire for fastening, the method comprising:
providing a wire and a wire assembly, determining a position of the wire assembly by a displacement sensor;
the servo mechanism is used for moving and adjusting the position, so that the wire is regulated to a set position by a regulating block of the wire arranging mechanism;
and fixing the wire and the wire assembly through a fastening mechanism.
11. The wire management fastening method according to claim 10, wherein the wire is regulated to a set position by a depressed curved surface of a face of the regulating piece facing the wire.
12. The wire management fastening method of claim 10 wherein the wire assembly is secured during alignment by an auxiliary securing mechanism comprising a spacing post.
13. The wire management fastening method of claim 10 wherein the fastening mechanism provides an adhesive to secure the wire to the wire assembly.
14. The wire dress fastening method of claim 13, wherein the adhesive comprises glue or solder.
15. The wire management fastening method of claim 10 wherein the stroke of the wire management mechanism is controlled by a guide post.
16. The wire management fastening method of claim 10 wherein the fastening mechanism includes jaws for gripping the wire and wire assembly.
17. The wire management fastening method according to any one of claims 10-16, further comprising: and acquiring image information of the wire and the wire assembly through an image sensor.
18. The wire management fastening method according to any one of claims 10-16, further comprising: cleaning is performed by a cleaning mechanism that includes a nozzle that is aimed at the wire and the wire assembly to eject a cleaning liquid or a cleaning gas.
19. The wire management fastening method of any one of claims 10-16, wherein the wire management fastening method is used to align and secure a wire of a gauge motor to a wire assembly.
