SOLUTION: A holding member 24 is fitted to a core 32 and disposed in a molding die 30 in this fitted state, and after a die molding part is formed thereby, the core 32 is extracted. In more detail, the core 32 is fitted in the holding member 24 shaped like a slender tube, and in this fitted state, the opposite end parts of the core are inserted into hollow seat parts 14a in the end parts of extruded parts 20 and disposed in the molding die 30. であって、押出成形による押出し部の端部同士が型成形
による型成形部で接続され、この型成形部における中空
シール部が型成形時に成形型に配した中子により形成さ
れ、この型成形部における中空シール部内に形状保持の
ための保持部材が配設されたウエザストリップの製造方
法において、 型成形に際し、中子に前記保持部材を取付け、この取付
けた状態で型成形部を形成し、その後、中空シール部か
ら中子を抜き取ることを特徴とするウエザストリップの
製造方法。

ることを特徴とするウエザストリップの製造方法。
