【発明の効果】本発明では、破砕機の固定顎体或いは可
動顎体の内少なくとも一方の顎体に略円盤状の円盤状刃
部材が回転可能に取付けられている。したがって前記破
砕機を使用して破砕作業を行うときには、前記円盤状刃
部材の被破砕物に対する破砕用の固定刃位置を順次変え
てゆくことができる。すなわち前記円盤状刃部材の外周
の全周を順次使用できるので、前記円盤状刃部材の耐用
寿命を長期間にわたって維持することができる。また前
記円盤状刃部材は前記顎体に着脱自在に取付けられてい
るので、前記円盤状刃部材が摩耗した場合には前記円盤
状刃部材を取外して新品の円盤状刃部材と交換すること
ができる。また前記固定顎体或いは可動顎体の内少なく
とも一方の顎体に前記円盤状刃部材と、前記顎体の長手
方向に溝部を形成したので、前記溝部に前記円盤状刃部
材の少なくとも一部を収納された状態にすることができ
る。また前記円盤状刃部材はその円周上に前記顎体の長
手方向に沿った頂部を有する形状、例えば略算盤珠形状
に形成したので、破砕刃として十分な機能を発揮させる
ことができる。また前記円盤状刃部材のうち、その円周
上に複数個の突起部を有するようにしたものでは、前記
突起部の高い硬度によって岩石,コンクリートなど被破
砕材に対する破砕性を発揮させることができる。したが
って本発明の破砕機を装備した建設機械等では、破砕作
業における作業性と経済性を向上させることができる。
