Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】  固定顎と、この固定顎に対して回動可
能に軸支された可動顎とから成り、かつこれら固定顎と
可動顎とに金属材料切断用の刃を取り付けたものであっ
て、固定顎および可動顎の破砕面は全面が特定の仮想平
面に位置するよう平坦に形成され、固定顎は先端部にお
いて凹所とこの凹所により分離形成される一対の牙部が
設けられ、かつ凹所に連接した破砕面には凸体が形成さ
れて大割部を構成し、この大割部に連接して開口を有す
る小割部が構成され、さらにこの小割部に連接して固定
顎幅方向のほぼ中央部に金属材料切断用の下刃が取り付
けられ、可動顎は前記凹所に対応する位置に嘴部が形成
されて前記大割部の一部を構成し、この嘴部に連接する
破砕面に対しては前記固定顎の開口に対応する位置に破
砕歯が突設されて前記小割部の一部を構成し、かつ前記
下刃に対応する位置でこの下刃に係合する上刃が取り付
けられたことを特徴とする破砕機。
