Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a ribbon separator against damage by bending the ribbon separator in such a direction as the forward end thereof recedes from a print sheet while ensuring a specified distance between the forward end of the ribbon separator and the front force of the print head thereby enhancing the rigidity of the ribbon separator.
