プリンタ、特にシリアルプリンタを搭載した電
卓、キヤツシユレジスタ、端末機器等に於いては
プリンタ内部に発生する紙ジヤムに依るトラブル
が非常に多い。中でもキヤツシユレジスタに於い
ては使用頻度が高く、不特定の人が操作するため
特にトラブルが発生し易いと言える。乂、一たび
紙ジヤムに依るトラブルが発生すると、スーパー
マーケツトやデパートなどの客数の多い店舗では
混雑を招くことは必至である。シリアルプリンタ
ではレシート、ジヤーナルを一つのヘツドで印字
する。ジヤーナルは巻取装置で常時巻取られ、テ
ンシヨンがかかつているのでたるまないが、レシ
ートの場合は紙の先端が自由状態でキヤツシユレ
ジスタケースの外へ出るのでヘツドがレシート上
から外れてジヤーナル上へ移動した時にレシート
が紙送りされ、その時レシート出口部で何らかの
負荷10の外に送り出され、オペレータが受取れ
るようになつている。この時レシート1が送られ
ている最中にオペレータがレシート1を強くつか
む等の外力がレシート1の送られてくる方向に逆
らうように作用した時に、レシート紙1は変形し
紙案内開口部8から外へ排出されることになる。
なお、印字ヘツド4がジヤーナル紙上にある時に
前述の如き外力がレシート1に加わつても紙案内
開口部8は印字部での開口部より大きくして排出
し易くしてあるので印字部でレシート1が変形す
ることはない。但し開口部8を大きくとり過ぎる
と、紙ジヤムに至る程でない微負荷でも開口部8
から排出されてしまうので第2図に示す如く、開
口部8に可動な開口部カバー11を付加すること
により、開口部8に適度な負荷を与えレシート1
が開口部8から、必要な時(ジヤムに至る程の負
荷が出口部に加わつた時)にだけ開口部カバーを
押し開けて排出されるようにすることもできる。
以上のように本考案はキヤツシユレジスタ等の機
器に於けるプリンタの紙ジヤムに対し、ヘツドの
破損、リが加わると、たるみ、そこへヘツドが戻
つてきて引掛け、発行中のレシートが破れたり、
ヘツドが破損したり、インクリボンが外れたり等
の重大なトラブルの発生する危険があつた。本考
案はかかる欠点を除去するものであり、一実施例
を図を用いて説明する。第1図は紙送り機構と印
字部分及びキヤツシユレジスタケースの一部の側
面図であり、第2図は他の実施例の側面図であ
る。図に従つて説明すると、1はレシート、2は
紙送りローラ、3は紙押えローラ、4は印字ヘツ
ド、5はヘツド案内軸、6はプラテン、7は紙案
内、8は紙案内7にレシート1が発行部で外部負
荷を受けた時に湾曲する逃げ部となる紙案内開口
部であり、レシート1の送り方向に対して直角
に、しかも幅広に設けてある。9はインクリボ
ン、10はキヤツシユレジスタケース、11は可
動な開口部カバーである。平常の状態では、レシ
ート1は紙送りローラ2と紙押えローラ3により
紙案内7にそつて印字ヘツド4及びプラテン6の
