2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a melt spinning apparatus, a chimney cooling apparatus is generally provided below a spin pack for the purpose of cooling a yarn. After that, it was common to install a refueling device for the purpose of improving the passage property. When spinning is performed using such a melt spinning device, yarn sway occurs due to accompanying air flow generated by running of the yarn or air flow change due to disturbance, and inevitably yarn sway also occurs at the yarn joining portion of the refueling nozzle portion. This causes a problem of leakage and scattering of the oil agent.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram schematically showing an example of the melt spinning apparatus of the present invention. The melted polymer enters the pack through the polymer inlet tube 7 and passes through the spinneret to become a thread. After the discharged yarn 2 is cooled by the cooling air blown out from the continuous chimney cooling device of 3, 8 and the oil agent is applied by the refueling nozzle 4 while reducing the influence of the accompanying airflow and disturbance, the godet roller 5 At a predetermined take-up speed, and are taken up by the take-up device 6.

In general, during the melt spinning, the yarn discharged from the spin pack generates an accompanying airflow due to the air resistance of the running yarn, and the yarn is likely to sway. Further, an oil agent is attached in order to reduce the frictional resistance of the yarn and improve the passability through the stroke.

[0013] In addition, yarn sway also occurs in an oil supply guide, an oil supply roller, or the like of an oil supply device that causes the oil to adhere to the yarn, and the yarn path deviates from a regular portion, thereby impairing uniform adhesion of the oil. Therefore, the non-uniform adhesion of the oil agent to the yarn causes oil agent leakage and oil agent scattering, thereby fouling the guide and god roller of the yarn path and adversely affecting operability.

According to the present invention, at the time when the discharged molten yarn starts to solidify, the yarn speed increases, and due to air resistance,
The accompanying airflow occurs, and the yarn sways due to the interference of the airflow, but the effect of the accompanying airflow is reduced by the rectified wind, that is,
Yarn sway in the refueling device can be eliminated.

In the present invention, the phrase "the chimney cooling device is provided continuously" means a state in which there is no portion where the influence of the accompanying airflow is large. Therefore, the chimney cooling device may be integrated. However, the split type is preferable in order to change the air volume from the viewpoint of economy and the like.

On the other hand, for comparison, polyethylene terephthalate having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.6 was melted at 290 ° C. using the melt spinning apparatus shown in FIG. 2 to form 72 groups of 72 holes each having 36 holes. The film was wound up from the spinneret 1 having holes by the winding device 6 at 3000 m / min. As a result, a large amount of oil was scattered from the oil supply nozzle, and the yarn was frequently broken.
