Generally, in order to apply an oil agent to a running yarn, a device for applying an oil agent to a yarn by rotating a roller having an oil film formed on its surface and bringing the running yarn into contact with the oil film is used. ing. Further, in recent years, in order to stably perform yarn production at high speed, a certain amount of oil agent is supplied to various oil agent application guides having special shapes that reduce running frictional resistance with the thread, and Oil agent application guides that apply oil agents are widely used.

However, in the guide, since the contact portion of the running yarn is formed by the V-shaped groove, the filaments forming the running yarn overlap each other at the bottom of the groove in a dump-like shape, and as a result, the oil agent is applied. There is a problem that unevenness of adhesion of the oil agent occurs between the filament on the contact side and the filament on the non-contact side of the guide.

Further, in the above-mentioned oil agent application guide,
A V-shaped groove is formed on the guide body in a convex shape along the yarn running direction, and an oil agent discharge hole for quantitatively supplying the oil agent is provided upstream of the thread contact portion at the bottom of the V-shaped groove. However, since the V-shaped groove formed in a convex shape along the yarn running direction is formed on the upstream side of the discharge hole as well, the width thereof is narrow, and therefore the yarn is formed in this portion. It has a problem that it is easy to come into contact with.

That is, the spun multifilament yarn is cooled by blowing cooling air under the spinneret, and at this time, the yarn sways due to the influence of the cooling air. The yarn sway often causes the unfocused yarn to come into contact with the side wall portion of the V-shaped groove of the oil application guide that is located upstream of the position where the oil solution discharge hole is formed. When the yarns come into contact with each other in such a place, the yarn contact surface is on the upstream side of the oil agent discharge hole, so that an oil film is not formed by the oil agent, and thus the contact friction coefficient (running resistance of the thread). Has a problem that it becomes very large as compared with the case where an oil film is formed, which causes filament breakage.

According to the present invention, in order to bundle an unfocused multifilament yarn which is melt-spun and travels from the upper side to the lower side, along the traveling direction of the yarn. A V-shaped converging groove engraved in a convex shape is formed, and an oil agent discharge hole for quantitatively supplying the oil agent is formed in the focusing groove, and the running yarn is pressed into contact with the oil agent reservoir formed in the focusing groove. In the oil agent applying guide for applying the oil agent to the running yarn by doing so, the width direction length thereof is 0.5 mm or more and 1.5 m at the yarn contact portion of the bottom of the V-shaped focusing groove.
A flat portion is provided for flattening and widening the running yarn having a length of m or less, and 1 from the upper end of the yarn contacting portion at the bottom of the focusing groove.
mm or more and 6 mm or less, an oil agent discharge hole for supplying an oil agent to the yarn non-contact portion on the upstream side is bored in the bottom of the focusing groove, and the yarn running on the upstream side of the oil agent discharge hole is swayed. There is provided an oil agent applying guide, characterized in that a funnel-shaped notch is provided in the side wall of the focusing groove so as not to contact the side wall of the focusing groove.

That is, first of all, in the oil agent applying guide of the present invention, the yarn contact portion at the bottom of the focusing groove is flat over a width of 0.5 to 1.5 mm. For this reason, in the conventional V-shaped groove formed in a convex shape, the non-focused multifilament yarns are overlapped in a dumpling shape, but they are contact-widened in the form of a film, which causes an oil agent to the running yarns. It is evenly applied.

Next, the side wall of the focusing groove is cut out on the upstream side of the oil agent discharge hole formed in the bottom of the focusing groove so that the traveling yarn does not come into contact with the side wall of the focusing groove due to yarn swing. Therefore, unlike the conventional oil agent application guide, the yarn does not come into contact with the wall surface on which the oil film is not formed, whereby the filament breakage can be significantly reduced and the spinning process can be stabilized. . Further, since the generation of fluff due to filament breakage can be significantly suppressed, the quality of the obtained yarn can be improved.

By forming the oil agent discharge hole (2) at such a position, an oil film is preliminarily formed on the guide wall with which the yarn (Y) comes into contact, whereby the yarn (Y) and the guide wall. The coefficient of contact friction between and can be reduced, and the running resistance of the yarn (Y) can be significantly reduced. Here, the perforation position of the oil agent discharge hole (2) for supplying the oil agent for applying the oil agent to the traveling yarn (Y) while forming the oil film at the contact portion (C) of the yarn is set to the focusing groove (G). The meaning of setting the upstream side of 1 mm or more and 6 mm or less from the upper end of the yarn contacting portion (C) at the bottom of is described below.

If the drilling position of the oil agent discharge hole (2) is less than 1 mm, the yarn (Y) is guided by the guide body (1).
The low-boiling substances that have adhered to the yarn (Y) fall off due to the abrasion with the thread (Y), and the oil agent discharge hole (2) is likely to be clogged.
In addition, the pulsation of the fixed amount supply pump (not shown) may propagate to the supplied oil agent, and in order to mitigate this effect, an oil agent reservoir is formed at a certain distance, and the pulsation effect Need to be reduced.

However, if this distance exceeds 6 mm, an appropriate oil agent reservoir is not formed, and the oil agent is unevenly distributed due to the influence of the air flow accompanying the running yarn, making it difficult to uniformly apply the oil agent.

That is, if the length in the width direction is smaller than 0.5 mm, the contact widening effect of the traveling yarns (Y) described above cannot be expected so much, and the multifilament yarns (Y) overlap each other in a dumpling shape. It is difficult to apply a uniform oil agent. Conversely, 1.5m
When it exceeds m, the oil agent reservoir is not well formed, and the oil agent adheres unevenly, and further, the problem that the oil agent is unevenly distributed and flows due to the air current accompanying the traveling yarn is apt to occur.

Finally, in the present invention, on the upstream side of the oil agent discharge hole (2), the traveling yarn (Y) is caused by the yarn shaking.
It is essential to provide a funnel-shaped notch (N) in the side wall of the focusing groove (G) so as not to contact the side wall of the focusing groove (G). The reason is that the yarn (Y) is constantly wobbling under the influence of the cooling air for cooling the spun yarn, and due to this influence, the oil film on the upstream side of the oil agent discharge hole (2). This is because it is necessary to avoid the yarn from coming into contact with the wall surface on which the thread is not formed. If the yarn comes into contact with the wall surface on which the oil film is not formed, the contact friction coefficient of this portion is large, and the yarn is damaged by rubbing, which causes filament breakage. For this reason, stable spinning is impaired, and the quality of the yarn obtained due to generation of fluff deteriorates.

The "notch (N)" is shown in FIG.
The notch angle (θ) is 100
It is desirable to set the angle to 180 °. Within such a range, even if the yarn shakes, contact with the side wall of the focusing groove (G) is extremely unlikely to occur, which is preferable. Also,
It is preferable that the notch (N) has such a notch depth that it reaches at least the bottom of the focusing groove.

1. In order to bundle a non-concentrated multifilament yarn (Y) which is melt-spun and travels from the upper side to the lower side, a V-shaped convex shape is formed along the traveling direction of the yarn. A focusing groove (G) is formed, and an oil agent discharge hole (2) for quantitatively supplying the oil agent to the focusing groove (G) is bored, and a running yarn (2) is provided in an oil agent reservoir formed in the focusing groove (G). In the oil agent application guide (1) for applying the oil agent to the traveling yarn (Y) by pressing and contacting Y), the width direction length of the yarn contact portion (C) at the bottom of the V-shaped focusing groove is A flat portion (F) is provided for flattening and widening the running yarn (Y) having a length of 0.5 mm or more and 1.5 mm or less, and 1 mm from the upper end of the yarn contacting portion (C) at the bottom of the focusing groove. As described above, the oil agent discharge hole (2) for supplying the oil agent to the upstream yarn non-contact portion of 6 mm or less is provided with the focusing groove. Drilled in the bottom of G),
In addition, a funnel-shaped notch (N) is provided on the side wall upstream of the oil agent discharge hole (2) so that the traveling yarn (Y) does not come into contact with the side wall of the focusing groove (G) due to yarn wobbling. An oil agent application guide characterized in that
