Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-feeding guide capable of reducing the uneven application of an oil even to a yarn having a filament diameter of as fine as several μm, containing >=100 filaments constituting the yarn and running at a speed of as high as >=2,500m/sec to obtain a spun yarn having improved quality. SOLUTION: This oil-feeding guide has an oil-flow guiding slope 6 decreasing the depth in the running direction of the yarn and formed on the bottom of a notch of a guide main body 1 having a notch on the front face and a cross-section with a nearly U-shaped inner face. An oil-ejection hole 3 is opened above the guiding slope 6. An oil is applied to a yarn bundle F running in contact with the yarn-contacting face 5 under the guiding slope 6. A protrusion 8 to shield an accompanying air flow caused by the running motion of the yarn bundle F is formed in such a manner as to cover the oil-ejection hole 3 and the guiding slope 6 from above.

There are various methods for applying an oil agent to a yarn bundle, but with the recent high-speed spinning, an oil supply guide having a function of guiding the yarn bundle and a function of applying an oil agent to the spun yarn bundle. The method using is becoming the mainstream. In the lubrication method using this lubrication guide, the yarn bundle is brought into contact with the thread contact surface of the lubrication guide body, and the measured oil solution is flowed down from the oil discharge hole provided upstream of the thread contact surface to supply oil. There is.

The spun yarn bundle is collected by the oil supply guide, runs on the yarn contact surface of the guide body in a state where its cross-sectional shape is substantially circular, and flows down along the yarn contact surface. The oil agent is applied in contact with the solution. Therefore, when the yarn bundle passes while coming into contact with the yarn contact surface, the oil agent is removed between the filaments that have passed through the yarn bundle in contact with the yarn contact surface and those that have passed away from the yarn contact surface. There is a problem that unevenness of adhesion occurs, and the filament bundle is fluffed or broken due to the difference in frictional resistance that the filament receives from the yarn guide and the like.

In particular, in a yarn bundle having a filament diameter of several μm and a filament number of 100 or more, the yarn bundle travels in a flat state when traveling while contacting the yarn contact surface of the oil supply guide. Instead, the filaments run in a state of overlapping one on the other, so that the unevenness of adhesion of the oil agent between filaments forming the yarn bundle becomes large.

Further, the discharge amount of the oil agent in the oil supply guide is set in accordance with the surface area and the number of filaments constituting the yarn bundle, the traveling speed of the yarn, etc. Not only is economically disadvantageous, but as the traveling speed of the yarn bundle increases, an accompanying air flow is generated around the traveling yarn bundle. There is a problem that the material is scattered around and is contaminated.

A refueling guide for solving these problems is proposed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-252716. In this oil supply guide, an oil sump is provided between the yarn contacting surface with which the yarn bundle comes into contact and the oil agent discharge hole, and the oil agent flow that receives flow resistance from this oil sump rises due to surface tension, and the yarn bundle is there. Is designed to pass through. However, even with this refueling guide, when the filament diameter is extremely small, such as several μm, and the number of filaments that make up the yarn bundle is 100 or more, and when traveling at a high speed of 2500 m / min or more, the yarn described above is used. Due to the large amount of accompanying airflow around the bundle, the oil discharged from the discharge holes due to this airflow does not flow down smoothly to the yarn contact surface, but is diffused around the yarn contact surface, resulting in adhesion spots. There is a problem.

[0008] Further, as a method for efficiently blocking the entrained airflow to obtain stability of oil agent adhesion, there is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-116806.
Japanese Patent Publication proposes a method of blocking an air flow by providing a baffle plate on the upstream side of the refueling guide. However, in the above method, the baffle plate is installed at a position away from the lubrication guide, and the yarn bundle is not sufficiently focused at this position. Therefore, after the yarn bundle passes through the baffle plate, it is accompanied again. An air flow will be generated. In addition, since the baffle plate is installed on the spinning line, there are many management problems such as deterioration of workability, bending of the baffle plate, contact with the yarn bundle due to warp, and breakage of filaments.

Means for Solving the Problems The present inventors have made intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, have reached the present invention. That is, according to the present invention, the guide slope of the oil flow is inclined at the bottom of the notch of the guide body having the inner surface of which the front surface is cut and the cross section is substantially U-shaped, and which is inclined in a direction that becomes shallower in the running direction of the yarn. An oil agent discharge hole is provided above the guide slope, and the oil agent is applied by running the yarn bundle while the yarn bundle is in contact with the yarn contact surface below the guide slope. The gist of the present invention is to provide a lubrication guide characterized in that a protrusion for blocking the accompanying air current due to the traveling of the yarn bundle is provided above the above so as to cover the oil agent discharge hole and the guide slope from above.

Although the shape of the refueling guide can be variously changed, the common element is, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a notch of the guide body 1 having a notch on the front surface and an inner surface having a substantially U-shaped cross section. The yarn passage 4 which is a part, the guide slope 6 of the oil flow which is provided at the bottom of the cut and is inclined in a direction that becomes shallower in the traveling direction of the yarn, and is provided above the guide slope 6. And the yarn contact surface 5 below the oil agent discharge hole 3 and the guide slope 6.

When the yarn bundle is brought into direct contact with the oil agent discharge hole 3, adhesion unevenness occurs due to a change in the pressure balance in the oil agent discharge hole 3 due to the traveling of the yarn bundle, so that the yarn contact occurs as described above. The oil agent discharge hole 3 is bored above the surface 5 to allow the oil agent to flow down naturally on the guide slope 6 so as to come into contact with the yarn bundle running on the yarn contact surface 5 to be applied. .

However, in the conventional refueling guide, since the guide slope 6 provided at the bottom of the notch of the guide body 1 is exposed to the upper side, the diameter of the filament as described above is as small as several μm, Moreover, the number of filaments that make up the yarn is 100 or more, and it is 2500 m / mi.
When applied to a spinning process that runs at a high speed of n or more and comes into contact with the yarn contact surface 5 of the oil supply guide with a large amount of entrained airflow, the entrained airflow blows off the oil agent that naturally flows down the guide slope 6. It also makes it difficult to evenly apply the oil agent to the yarn bundle because it hinders smooth flow-down.

Therefore, in the present invention, the protrusion 8 for effectively blocking the accompanying air flow brought in by the traveling of the yarn bundle is provided above the oil agent discharge hole 3 above the oil agent discharge hole 3.
The guide slope 6 must be provided so as to cover it from above.
If the protrusion 8 is provided below the oil solution discharge hole 3, the protrusion 8
The entrained airflow that has collided with the above hits the oil agent discharge hole 3, which is not preferable.

The protruding portion 8 extends from the upper portion of the rear wall portion 1a of the guide body 1 to the opening side (front side) of the yarn passage 4 directly above the oil agent discharge hole 3 and forms the side wall portion 1b of the guide body 1. It is preferable that the openings, that is, the yarn passages 4 are formed in a state in which they are connected to each other and gradually increase in distance to the front, but the opening, that is, the yarn passage 4 is as small as possible in order to more effectively block the air flow associated with the yarn bundle. It is preferable.

It is preferable that the protrusion 8 has its tip on the rear wall 1a side located in front of the oil agent discharge hole 3 and behind the yarn contact surface 5. When the tip of the protrusion 8 on the rear wall 1a side is located in front of the yarn contact surface 5, the yarn bundle does not contact the yarn contact surface 5, and the oil agent cannot be applied. If it is behind the oil agent discharge hole 3,
It becomes difficult to block the accompanying air flow due to the yarn bundle.

Since the oil supply guide of the present invention has the protrusions that cover the oil agent discharge holes and the guide slopes from above, the associated air flow brought in by the yarn bundle traveling downward from above the yarn passage is projected. It is possible to cut off very effectively in the part. Therefore, the oil flow discharged from the oil discharge hole is
It smoothly flows down the guide slope without reaching the side wall and scattering from the guide slope to reach the yarn contact surface. Therefore, even if the yarn bundle does not run in a flat state,
Even when running with multiple filaments overlapping
It is possible to uniformly apply the oil agent between the filaments forming the yarn bundle.
