【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 洗濯機のドアに設置した爪が入る開口部
とそのドア爪ロック用の係合部を有し、そのドア爪をロ
ックする方向と逆方向に当るドア爪ロックの解除方向に
移動可能に設置され、そのドア爪ロック解除方向に付勢
力を受ける爪挿入部材と、その爪挿入部材を操作するロ
ック機構部とを具備し、そのロック機構部に爪挿入部材
のドア爪ロック用係合部と対応するドア爪ロック用の係
合部を有し、その爪挿入部材の移動方向と直角方向に移
動可能に設置された操作部材と、その操作部材をドア爪
ロックとドア爪ロック解除に当り移動させる手段とを備
えてなる洗濯機用ドアロック装置において、上記操作部
材移動手段として、その操作部材を爪挿入部材の方向に
付勢する圧縮コイルスプリングと、その操作部材を爪挿
入部材の方向と逆方向に移動させるソレノイドとを備
え、更にその操作部材の本体に軸を設置してハートカム
を回転可能に備え付け、そのハートカムに設けたハート
溝の内面にロックピンの先端を接触させ、そのロックピ
ンを先端が操作部材の移動方向には移動不能で、その移
動方向と直角の方向やハート溝の深さ方向には移動可能
となるように支持し、そのハートカムを回転不能に位置
規制可能な手動解除部材を備えることを特徴とする洗濯
機用ドアロック装置。
1.
