Further, the detergent box assembly further comprises a damping block, and at least one of the detergent box, the distribution box and the sliding block is provided with the damping block, and the damping block increases the sliding resistance of the distribution box.
Further, a lock tongue extends from one side of the sliding block facing the locking device, the locking device is provided with a clamping interface, the distribution box slides to the closed position, and the lock tongue is inserted into the clamping interface and locked.

The elastic component comprises a scroll spring and a spring bracket, wherein the inner ring of the scroll spring is connected with the spring bracket, the spring bracket is fixed on the water inlet component, and the outer ring of the scroll spring is connected with the sliding block. The detergent box assembly further comprises a damping block, wherein at least one of the detergent box, the distribution box and the sliding block is provided with the damping block, and the sliding resistance of the distribution box is increased by the damping block. The damping block is designed to slow down the elasticity of the spiral spring in the process of ejecting the distribution box, so that the distribution box is stably ejected, and the damping block is low in cost, small in assembly limitation degree and convenient to install.
The sliding block is detachably connected with the distribution box, so that a user can conveniently unpick and wash the distribution box. The further optimized scheme is as follows: the distribution box is provided with a clamping groove, an opening is formed in one side, close to the rear portion of the detergent box, of the clamping groove, a protrusion extending downwards is arranged on the sliding block and inserted into the clamping groove, protruding ribs are respectively arranged on two side faces of the clamping groove, and the distance between the two protruding ribs is smaller than the width of the protrusion. When the distribution box is ejected, the convex rib blocks the convex rib and cannot be separated from the clamping groove, so that the use reliability is ensured; when the detergent box is required to be disassembled and washed, a user holds the dispensing box and applies an outward pulling force until the protrusion passes through between the two ribs, so that the whole dispensing box can be pulled out of the detergent box.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a detergent box assembly of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a detergent box 1, a distribution box 2 slidably disposed in the detergent box 1, and a water inlet assembly 3 disposed at an upper portion of the detergent box 1, specifically, both front and upper portions of the detergent box 1 of the embodiment are opened, the water inlet assembly 3 covers the upper portion of the detergent box 1 to form a cavity accommodating the distribution box 2, and the distribution box 2 is installed into the cavity from the opened portion of the front portion of the detergent box 1 and is slidably moved in a front-rear direction of the detergent box 1; the dispensing box 2 comprises a box body 22 and a panel 21 provided at the front of the box body 22, the box body 22 being used for placing a detergent, it should be noted that the detergent herein should be understood in a broad sense and should include all liquid solvents for washing laundry, such as laundry detergent, softener, etc., as well as all solid powders for washing laundry, such as laundry powder, bleach, etc. After the distribution box 2 is installed, the box body 22 is positioned in the cavity, and the panel 21 is close to the front end face of the detergent box 1. The water inlet unit 3 sprays washing water to the distribution box 2 to dissolve and foam the detergent in the distribution box 2, and the detergent solution is discharged from a liquid outlet 11 provided in the lower portion of the detergent box 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, for the dispensing cartridge 2 which is slidably disposed, there is a closed position and an open position with respect to the detergent cartridge 1, in which the cartridge body 22 of the dispensing cartridge 2 is substantially located in the cavity of the detergent cartridge 1, the front panel 21 of the dispensing cartridge 2 is adjacent to the front face of the detergent cartridge 1, at which time the cartridge body 22 of the dispensing cartridge 2 and the detergent cartridge 1 have the greatest overlap, and in which open position the cartridge body 22 of the dispensing cartridge 2 is at least partially exposed to the exterior of the detergent cartridge 1, so that a user can dispose a detergent into the cartridge body 22, whereby it will be appreciated that the dispensing cartridge 2 is not limited to a particular position after opening, and that the degree of opening of the dispensing cartridge 2 can be defined as an open position, depending on the user's usage habits, as long as only a portion of the cartridge body 22 is exposed to the exterior of the detergent cartridge 1.
In the prior art, a handle structure is usually designed on a panel of the distribution box so as to facilitate the drawing operation of a user, but the arrangement of the handle structure can reduce the appearance attractiveness of the detergent box assembly and easily accumulate dust; in addition, the capacity of the distribution box is limited, and corresponding detergents are basically prepared in advance before each washing, that is, the user needs to draw out the distribution box to prepare the detergents before each washing, so that the drawing operation is complicated, the use is inconvenient, and the enthusiasm of the user for using the washing machine is reduced to a certain extent.
Thus, the present embodiment proposes the following design: an elastic driving device and a locking device 4 are additionally arranged on the component of the detergent box 1, the elastic driving device comprises an elastic component 6 and a sliding block 5, the elastic component 6 is provided with a fixed end and a free end, the fixed end is arranged on the water inlet component 3, the sliding block 5 is connected with the distribution box 2, the free end is connected with the sliding block 5, the locking device 4 is arranged on the water inlet component 3 or the detergent box 1, and the locking device 4 locks the distribution box 2 at a closed position. Specifically: in actual operation, a user can unlock the locking device 4 by pressing the distribution box 2, the elastic component 6 acts on the distribution box 2 through the sliding block 5, and part of the distribution box 2 is ejected out of the detergent box 1, so that the user can configure the detergent, the configuration is completed, the distribution box 2 is pushed back into the detergent box 1, the locking device 4 locks the distribution box 2, the design of ejection is realized, the user does not need to control by hand, the operation is more convenient, and brand new operation experience is given to the user; in addition, the invention changes the original drawing type design with unchanged dust, and can omit the design of the handle of the distribution box, so that the appearance of the detergent box assembly is more concise and beautiful, and a brand new visual experience is given to users.
Referring to fig. 1-3, it is preferred that: the elastic component 6 of the embodiment comprises a scroll spring 61 and a spring bracket 62, wherein the inner ring of the scroll spring 61 is connected with the spring bracket 62, the spring bracket 62 is fixed on the water inlet component 3, and the outer ring of the scroll spring 61 is connected with the sliding block 5. More specifically: the water inlet assembly 3 of this embodiment includes an upper cover plate 31 and a lower cover plate 32, the upper cover plate 31 and the lower cover plate 32 form a plurality of serpentine circuitous water flow channels after being assembled, a plurality of spray holes are arranged on the lower cover plate 32, and when the water inlet assembly 3 is used for water inlet, water flows along the water flow channels in an accelerating way and is sprayed downwards from the spray holes to wash the detergent in the distribution box 2. In this embodiment, a concave accommodating cavity 311 is provided at the front of the upper cover plate 31, the spiral spring 61 and the spring bracket 62 are connected and then placed in the accommodating cavity 311, a pressing plate 8 is installed at the opening of the accommodating cavity 311, and the pressing plate 8 fixes the spiral spring 61 and the spring bracket 62 in the accommodating cavity 311, so that the design protects the spiral spring 61, prolongs the service life thereof, and simultaneously avoids the interference of the elastic component 6 to the normal opening and closing of the distribution box 2.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the spiral spring 61 is formed by winding a resilient metal sheet in a plane, which is also referred to as a plane spiral spring, the spring bracket 62 is provided with a rotating shaft, the inner ring of the spiral spring 61 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft to form the fixed end of the resilient assembly 6, that is, the relative position between the portion and the water inlet assembly 3 is unchanged, the outer ring of the spiral spring 61 is fixedly connected to the slider 5 to form the free end of the resilient assembly 6, the spiral spring 61 in a free state is kept in a winding state under the action of torque, when the free end moves away from the fixed end against the torque, the spiral spring 61 is gradually stretched, after the free end is released, the stretched portion is wound again under the action of torque, which applies to this embodiment, because the slider 5 is connected with the distribution box 2, the slider 5 can be driven to move backward when the distribution box 2 slides towards the closed position, thereby stretching a portion of the spiral spring 61, the locking device 4 holds the distribution box 2 in the closed position, as long as the locking device 4 releases the distribution box 2, and the spiral spring 61 can be ejected forward by the slider 5 driving the distribution box 2. The scroll spring 61 outputs a larger moment when being stretched, and the scroll spring 61 outputs a much smaller moment when approaching to a rolling state, so that the scroll spring 61 has a certain buffering effect, namely, a larger elastic restoring force when being stretched, and the moment gradually decreases along with the rolling of the scroll spring 61, the elastic restoring force also decreases, larger vibration and noise cannot be generated due to the overlarge restoring force and restoring speed, the scroll spring is quite different from a conventional compression spring or a conventional tension spring, and the user experience effect is better.
Referring to fig. 1-3, it is preferable that the detergent box 1 assembly of the present embodiment further includes a damper 7 connected to the scroll spring 61, and the damper 7 increases the rolling resistance of the scroll spring 61 when the dispensing box 2 is opened, i.e., when the dispensing box 2 is moved to its opened position, the damper 7 is designed to slow down the elastic force of the scroll spring 61 during the ejection of the dispensing box 2, so that the dispensing box 2 is ejected smoothly, giving a user a better operation experience. Specifically, the damper 7 is provided with a damper shaft, the inside of the damper 7 is filled with a damping medium, and when the damper shaft rotates, the inside of the damper 7 is blocked due to the slow flow of the damping medium, thereby generating a damping effect, and in this embodiment, the damper shaft is connected to and rotates together with the rotation shaft of the spring bracket 62. When the scroll spring 61 is wound, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate together, and the damper 7 generates reverse resistance, so that the winding speed of the scroll spring 61 is slowed down, and the distribution box 2 is stably ejected. Preferably, the damper 7 of the present embodiment may be a one-way damper that generates a damping effect only when the spiral spring 61 is wound up, but does not substantially generate a damping effect when the spiral spring 61 is stretched, so that it is convenient for the user to close the distribution box 2.
Referring to fig. 1-4, to achieve locking of the dispensing cartridge 2 in the closed position, the side of the slider 5 of the present embodiment facing the locking means 4 extends out of the locking means 4 with a locking tab 51, and when the dispensing cartridge 2 is slid to the closed position, the locking tab 51 is inserted into the locking tab and locked. The locking device 4 according to this embodiment adopts a known automatic lock, which is fixed on the upper cover plate 31 and/or the lower cover plate 32 of the water inlet assembly 3, and uses the principle that when the lock tongue 51 of the slide 5 is inserted into the automatic lock, the automatic lock locks the lock tongue, and when the lock tongue 51 moves into the automatic lock again, the automatic lock releases the lock of the lock tongue 51, and the lock tongue 51 can freely withdraw from the automatic lock, so that when the user pushes the distribution box 2 to move to the closed position, the lock tongue 51 of the slide 5 is inserted into the locking device 4, so that the movement of the slide 5 is limited, and the slide 5 is connected with the distribution box 2, namely, the movement of the distribution box 2 is limited; after pressing the dispensing box 2, the locking means 4 releases the locking tongue 51, and the above-mentioned spiral spring 61 drives the dispensing box 2 to move to the open position by means of the slider 5. The construction of such an automatic lock and its principles are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail in this embodiment. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the locking device may lock the dispensing cartridge directly, i.e. with the locking tongue extending out of the rear of the dispensing cartridge, with the slider acting only as a drive.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the water inlet assembly 3 is provided with a guide rail along the sliding direction of the distribution box 2, and the slider 5 is assembled on and slides along the guide rail. Specifically, the upper cover plate 31 of the present embodiment is provided with an upper chute 312, the lower cover plate 32 is provided with a lower chute 321, the upper chute 312 and the lower chute 321 vertically correspond to each other after the upper cover plate 31 and the lower cover plate 32 are assembled, two side walls of the upper chute 312 are respectively provided with a guide rail 313, and two sides of the slider 5 are provided with grooves 53. In assembly, the locking device 4 is arranged at the position of the upper cover plate 31 at the rear part of the upper sliding groove 312, the sliding block 5 is installed from the front part of the upper sliding groove 312, the guide rails 313 of the two side walls of the upper sliding groove 312 are embedded into the grooves 53 of the sliding block 5, and then the elastic component 6 is assembled at the position of the upper cover plate 31 at the front part of the upper sliding groove 312. The guide rail 313 is added in this embodiment, so that the smooth and steady movement of the slider 5 can be ensured, and further, the smooth movement of the distribution box 2 can be ensured. Moreover, after the upper chute 312 and the lower chute 321 are designed in this embodiment, most of the sliding block 5 is embedded in the water inlet assembly 3, so that the structure is compact.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, for convenience of use, the slide 5 of the present embodiment is detachably connected to the dispensing box 2, that is, the dispensing box 2 is detachable from the slide 5, so that the dispensing box 2 can be pulled out of the detergent box 1 for cleaning, in particular, in the present embodiment, the dispensing box body 22 is provided with a partition 221 along the front-rear direction, a U-shaped slot 222 is provided at the rear of the partition 221, an opening 224 is provided at one side of the slot 222 near the rear of the detergent box 1, a downward extending protrusion 52 is provided on the slide 5, the protrusion 52 is inserted into the slot 222, ribs 233 are provided at both sides of the slot 222, and the distance between the two ribs 233 is smaller than the width of the protrusion 52. In the use state, the protrusion 52 is inserted into the clamping groove 222, and the elastic restoring force provided by the elastic component 6 is insufficient due to the blocking of the protruding ribs 233, so that the protrusion 52 passes through between the two protruding ribs 233; when the dispensing box 2 is required to be disassembled and washed, the dispensing box 2 is pushed down, the dispensing box 2 is ejected from the detergent box 1, the user holds the dispensing box 2 and pulls the dispensing box 2 outwards, and the force provided by the force can enable the protrusions 52 on the sliding block 5 to pass through between the two ribs 233, so that the dispensing box 2 can be pulled out for washing. Of course, the detachable connection structure of the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the detachable connection structure may be implemented by other known detachable means such as magnetic attraction.
Example two
Referring to fig. 6, this embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment except that the damping design is changed in that the detergent box 1 assembly of this embodiment further includes a damping block provided to at least one of the detergent box 1, the dispensing box 2 and the slider 5, the damping block increasing the sliding resistance of the dispensing box 2. Preferably, the damping block 54 is mounted on the sliding block 5, and since the water inlet assembly 3 is provided with a sliding groove (an upper sliding groove and a lower sliding groove) structure, the damping block 54 can be contacted with the sliding groove wall to generate friction during the sliding process of the sliding block 5, so that friction resistance is generated, and particularly when the distribution box 2 is ejected, the friction resistance can slow down the ejection speed of the distribution box 2, so that the distribution box 2 is ejected stably. The damping block of the present embodiment may be made of rubber or plastic.
It can be understood that: in other embodiments, the damping blocks may be disposed on the side of the upper chute of the upper cover plate and/or the side of the lower chute of the lower cover plate, and theoretically, the damping blocks may be disposed at any position where the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate can contact the sliding block; the damping block can be arranged on the inner wall of the detergent box or the outer wall of the distribution box, so long as friction resistance can be generated when the distribution box slides, and the scheme of the damping block has small assembly limitation degree and is convenient to install.
The washing machine comprises a machine body, a washing barrel and a water containing barrel, wherein an opening part of the water containing barrel with a pulsator is arranged at the bottom of the washing barrel, an annular dehydration barrel frame is arranged at the upper part of the machine body, and a control seat is arranged at the upper part of the machine body, and the detergent box 1 assembly in any embodiment is arranged on the dehydration barrel frame or the control seat.
