Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the difference of an expansion coefficient caused by thermal expansion at a using time and to eliminate the distortion of an image caused by the distortion of a reflection mirror by making at least the reflection mirror and a rotary shaft of an identical material. SOLUTION: The rotary shaft 5 is freely rotatably arranged in the shaft direction of a case 1 through a pair of bearings 3 and 4. Then, the reflection mirror 6 is fixed to the shaft 5 so as to correspond to a window 2. One end side of the shaft 5 is provided with a rotor for a detector and a holding body for a detector 8 with which the case 1 is equipped is provided with a stator for a detector 7 corresponding to the rotor for a detector. Then, a rotating angle detector 9 detecting the rotating angle of the shaft 5 is constituted of the rotor for a detector and the stator 7. Besides, the case 1, the shaft 5 and the mirror 6 are constituted of the identical material. Thus, since the respective parts are uniformly changed even when the thermal expansion is caused by the rise of temperature in the midst of the using time, the distortion of the image caused by the distortion is suppressed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Preferred embodiments of a scanner according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG.
Is a case having a window 2 which is substantially box-shaped in its entirety and through which light can pass. The case 1 is provided with a rotating shaft 5 through a pair of bearings 3 and 4 in the axial direction. Are provided rotatably. A reflecting mirror 6 is fixedly provided on the rotating shaft 5 so as to correspond to the window 2.
A detector rotor 6 is provided at one end of the rotating shaft 5, and a detector stator 7 corresponding to the detector rotor 6 is provided on a detector holder 8 provided in the case 1. Therefore, the detector rotor 6 and the detector stator 7 constitute a rotation angle detector 9 for detecting the rotation angle of the rotating shaft 5.

A rotor 10 is provided on the other end of the rotary shaft 5, and a stator 11 corresponding to the rotor 10 is provided on a stator holder 12 mounted on an end of the case 1. The second bearing 4 has a preload adjusting nut 13.
Are provided so that the preload of the second bearing 4 can be adjusted. The motor 10 is constituted by the rotor 10 and the stator 11. Case 1, rotating shaft 5
The reflecting mirror 6 is made of the same material made of, for example, an aluminum alloy. Next, the operation will be described. By applying a forward / reverse rotation signal to the motor 13, the reflecting mirror 6 provided on the rotating shaft 5 reciprocates and an image is reflected by the reflecting mirror 6 to perform a scanning operation. In the case described above, since the case 1, the rotating shaft 5 and the reflecting mirror 6 are made of the same material, even if the temperature rises during use and thermal expansion occurs, each part changes uniformly. However, unlike the related art, only a part of the image does not protrude and change, so that distortion of an image due to distortion can be suppressed. Further, even when only the rotating shaft 5 and the reflecting mirror 6 are made of the same material, the same operation and effect as described above can be obtained.

Since the scanner device according to the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. That is, since at least the rotating shaft and the reflecting mirror are made of the same material, no image distortion or the like is generated even by thermal expansion during use, and a stable image scanning operation can be obtained.
