However, temporary sleepers used in shield tunnel construction having a relatively small diameter have a demand that the rail surface cannot be made too high because the height of the formed tunnel is small. In particular, when the secondary lining is formed of a pipe such as a plastic pipe, the outer diameter of the secondary lining pipe is only slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the segment. In order to carry into the tunnel where the lining has been completed, the temporary sleeper M made of the H-shaped steel for the primary lining work is removed as illustrated in FIG. 9, and as shown in FIG. transport carriage PT height dedicated rail surface of the PL had to temporary special rail R 3 a limited self steward et al. 9, in FIG. 10, S is a primary lining segments, BT subsequent carriage, GT is shear steel wheel, R 1, R 2 are temporary rails, Bc belt conveyor, Ap is the wind pipe.

Although the temporary sleeper of the present invention described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5 is used for secondary lining, the temporary sleeper of the present invention is shown in FIG. 6, FIG. 7, or FIG. As an example, as a base (FIGS. 6 and 7) for temporarily installing the temporary sleepers 18 and 19 at the time of the primary lining, or for a transport carriage 20 such as a wrought steel for the primary lining work. It can also be used as a sleeper (Fig. 8). 6 to 8, reference numeral 20 denotes a carriage for transporting earth and sand, segments, and the like, reference numeral 21 denotes a trailer for the shield machine, reference numerals 20 r and 21 r denote running wheels of the truck, and reference numeral 22 denotes a rail provided on the sleepers 18 and 19. In the example of FIG. 8, the trailing bogie 21 is formed as a gantry type in which the trailing bogie 21 is distributed to the left and right in the segment 1.
Brackets 23 and 24 functioning as temporary sleepers for the succeeding bogie are mounted on both outer sides of the temporary sleeper body 5 of the present invention, and left and right rails 22 and 22 are mounted thereon. Since the brackets 23 and 24 are temporarily installed on the flange portions of the segments by the clamp 7 and the turnbuckle 25, they can be removed and removed immediately after the construction is completed.

As described above, the temporary sleeper of the present invention is mainly composed of the rail 12 for running the trucks 14 and 17 for secondary lining.
It is for laying. This is because when the plastic pipe 13 is used for the secondary lining, the diameter of the pipe 13 is so large that a temporary sleeper for the primary lining cannot be used as it is, so that such a large diameter or large secondary pipe is used. This is for transporting the next lined article into the segment.
