Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a damping sound insulating plate used for a metallic staircase and excellent in damping sound insulating effect and easy in execution by sticking fiber sheet layers on the upper and lower face of the damping sound insulating layer of specific material and property, and laminating a hard material layer. SOLUTION: Asphalt (100 pts.wt.), thermoplastic polymer (0-100 pts.wt.) and an inorganic filler (100-2000 pts.wt.) of the particle diameter of 0.5 mm or smaller are uniformly mixed for form a damping sound shield sheet layer 3 of face density of 2.0 kg/m<2> /mm of more and 2 mm thick and polyester non- woven clothes (fiber sheet layer) 2, 4 are stuck on both the faces. A hard gypsum cement (hard material layer) 6 of 3 mm thick is laminated through an adhesive layer 5 on the upper face of the laminating layer plate to form a damping sound insulating plate 1 of 5 mm thick. necessary surface strength and external appearance harmonized with the wall material and floor material of a circumference can be obtained and damping sound insulating effect can be obtained by providing a pressure sensing adhesive layer on the rear face of the damping sound insulating plate 1, and adhering it on the tread plate of the steel-made outer staircase of a two-story multiple dwelling houses.

Preferred inorganic fillers include iron powder, various iron oxide powders, steelmaking slag powder, calcium carbonate, calcium bicarbonate and the like. These powders have a particle size of 0.5 mm or less, especially 0.2 mm or less. It is preferred to use. By using such a finely powdered inorganic filler, it is possible to improve the molding processability when producing a vibration damping sound insulating plate, and to uniformly disperse and mix a large amount of an inorganic filler in an asphalt base material. Thus, the surface density of the vibration-damping and sound-insulating sheet layer (b) can be increased, and the thermal sensitivity of the vibration-damping and sound-insulating sheet layer (b) can be greatly improved. The surface density of the vibration-damping and sound-insulating sheet layer (b) has a close relationship with the vibration-damping and sound-insulating effect of the vibration-damping and sound-insulating plate, and the higher the surface density, the better the vibration-damping and sound-insulating effect. It is extremely difficult to incorporate a large amount of an inorganic filler therein, and a conventional vibration-damping and sound-insulating sheet layer using an asphalt base material could not obtain a sheet with a large surface density. In the present invention, by using the inorganic filler in the form of fine powder, the areal density is 2.0 kg / m 2 / mm or more, preferably 2.5 kg / m 2 / mm or more, and more preferably 2.8 kg / m 2 / mm. it is possible to obtain m 2 / mm or more of, is obtained by realizing the damping sound insulating plate having excellent damping sound insulation effect.

The inorganic filler is added in an amount of 100 to 2,000 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt. However, if the amount of the inorganic filler is less than 100 parts by weight, sufficient vibration damping and sound insulation effects cannot be obtained. If it exceeds 2000 parts by weight, the whole becomes brittle, and the workability as a vibration damping and sound insulating plate is reduced. In the present invention, in order to form the vibration-damping and sound-insulating sheet layer (b), for example, a thermoplastic polymer and an inorganic filler are added to asphalt, and the mixture is uniformly mixed while heating to form a vibration-damping and sound-insulating sheet. Laminate with sheet or
The vibration-damping and sound-insulating sheet layer is directly formed between the fiber sheet layers (a) and (c) by the asphalt mixture in the heated and molten state.
At this time, an adhesive layer may be provided between each layer as needed.
