According to such a conventional printing method, multiple printed towels dyed in different hues can be manufactured. However, in the conventional printing method, only the pile yarn is substantially colored, and the ground yarn covered with the pile yarn becomes an undyed portion and is likely to appear as a dyed spot. In addition, in the case of performing multiple printing by a conventional printing method, a printing type corresponding to the number of colors is required, and the manufacturing cost of towels is high. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a multiple printed towel in which pile yarns and ground yarns can be easily colored and the number of printing dies can be reduced as much as possible.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In the present invention, one of a ground yarn and a pile yarn constituting a towel uses a dye printing yarn which is dyeable for dye printing, and uses an unrefined yarn as the other yarn. Is essential. As such a yarn for dye printing, it is preferable to use a treated yarn composed of a natural fiber yarn which has been subjected to a refining treatment and treated with a dipstick. This refining process is a process for removing impurities such as oil components contained in the yarn such as cotton raw yarn, and cosmetic bleaching may be performed after the refining process. In this way, the refined treated yarn is treated with a dipstick. An example of such a dipstick is anthraquinone-based bad dye, anthrosol.
Dyes can be used. The treated yarn treated with the dip is colored by a developer such as diazonium salt (Fast Color Salt). As the unrefined yarn, it is preferable to use an unrefined yarn composed of natural fiber yarn. Since unrefined yarn contains contaminants such as oil components, a fixing agent such as a melanin resin used for pigment printing is usually lipophilic.
This is because the pigment-containing fixing agent has a good affinity with impurities such as an oil component and is more likely to be fixed than the dye printing yarn from which the impurities have been removed. The unrefined yarn is slightly stained by contaminants or the like as compared with the treated yarn after the refining treatment, but the stain can be sufficiently hidden by the pigment.

[0008] By woven into a towel using such a dye-printing yarn and unrefined yarn, and then performing dye-printing on the dye-printed yarn of the towel, and pigment-printing a predetermined portion of the towel. Ground yarn and pile yarn can be dyed. Here, when performing dye printing on the towel, after printing a paste containing a developer on the towel,
The color is developed by reacting the developer with the dipstick by a steaming method or the like. Such coloring is caused only in the yarn for dye printing to which the underpick is attached, and the unrefined yarn to which the underpick is not attached does not produce color. Therefore, by washing and washing off the printed paste, it is possible to dye only the dye-printing yarn of the towel. In addition, when performing pigment printing on a predetermined portion of the toweling cloth, a printing die that exposes a portion to be subjected to pigment printing is placed, and a fixing agent containing the pigment is printed on the exposed portion, and then heat treatment is performed. The fixing agent solidifies between the fibers and can fix the pigment. Such fixation can exhibit high color fastness because the fixing power of the unrefined yarn in which the impurities are present is stronger than that of the wrought yarn from which the impurities are removed.

As described above, since the dyeing function of the dye-printing yarn and the unrefined yarn are different, for example, only the dye-printing yarn previously used for the ground yarn is dye-printed and then placed on a toweling cloth. By applying pigment printing with a different hue from the dye printing to the exposed part of the printed toweling, the unrefined yarn used for the pile yarn can be subjected to a pigment printing with a hue different from the dye printing, and a light background color can be darkened. It is possible to form a design that gives a sense of perspective as if a color pattern emerges. At this time, the printing die may be only those used for pigment printing. In addition, in the toweling obtained by performing such printing, the pile yarn and the ground yarn covered with the pile yarn are both dyed, so that it is possible to prevent the undyed ground yarn from appearing as stained spots. The dye printing yarn may be dye printed after the pigment printing is performed on a predetermined portion of the towel fabric, and it is optional to use the dye printing yarn or the unrefined yarn for any of the yarns constituting the towel fabric. To create various variations.

In the first invention of the present invention, the towel is woven using the dye printing yarn and the unrefined yarn, but the towel ground yarn and the pile yarn may be only the dye printing yarn. In this case, after the first dye printing is performed with a color developing agent on a predetermined portion of the toweling material, a color developing agent having a different hue from the first dye printing is applied to a portion different from the first dye printing portion. By performing the second dye printing using the above, multicolor printing can be performed. At this time, since the portion subjected to the first dye printing is not dyed by the second dye printing,
In the case where the second dye printing is performed in a range including the portion where the first dye printing is performed, only the printing die used for the first dye printing needs to be prepared, and the printing die used for the second dye printing is used. No mold is required. Further, in the toweling obtained by performing such dye printing, since the pile yarn and the ground yarn covered with the pile yarn are both dyed, it is possible to prevent the undyed ground yarn from appearing as stained spots. .

As described above, towels include a single-sided towel having a pile thread loop protruding on one side of the towel, and a double-sided towel having a pile thread loop protruding on each side of the towel. In a double-sided towel, the front pile yarn whose loop protrudes from the front side of the towel and the back pile yarn whose loop protrudes from the back side of the towel are usually formed of different yarns. For this reason, one of the front pile yarn and the back pile yarn uses a dye printing yarn that can be dyed for dye printing, and the other pile yarn uses an unrefined yarn and performs dye printing on one side of the toweling fabric. The front pile yarn and the back pile yarn are dyed by dyeing the pile yarn composed of the yarn for dye printing, and performing pigment printing on the other side of the toweling with a color different from that of the dye printing to the pile yarn composed of unrefined yarn. Can have different hues. The dye printing yarn and the unrefined yarn used for the front pile yarn and the back pile yarn are:
Those described above can be used. Depending on the use of the ground yarn, the front pile yarn, and the back pile yarn, it is also possible to draw a double-sided reversible pattern on the towel.

Although the towels described above are formed of natural fibers such as cotton, even if synthetic fiber yarns are used for one of the ground yarn and the pile yarn, the ground yarn and the pile yarn have different colors. Can be colored. In a towel using such a synthetic fiber yarn, a pre-dyed synthetic fiber yarn is used for one of a ground yarn and a pile yarn, and the other yarn is woven on a towel using a natural fiber yarn. It can be obtained by dyeing the fiber yarn by dye printing or pigment printing to a color different from that of the synthetic fiber yarn. In this towel,
As the natural fiber yarn used in combination with the synthetic fiber yarn, the dye printing yarn described above can be used. In other words, after refining natural fiber yarn such as cotton, anthrosol (Anthrosol)
After printing a paste mixed with a developer such as diazonium salt (Fast Color Salt) on the treated yarn that has been treated with a dye and the like, the developer is mixed with the dye by a steaming method. Let react and develop color. Such color development is induced only in the natural fiber yarn to which the dipstick is attached, and does not develop in the synthetic fiber yarn. Therefore, only the natural fiber yarn of the toweling can be dyed by washing and washing off the printed paste. Further, as the natural fiber yarn used in combination with the synthetic fiber yarn, an unrefined yarn made of the above-described natural fiber can also be used. Even in this case, the ground yarn and the pile yarn can be colored in different hues by performing pigment printing on a predetermined portion of the toweling. As described above, by using the pre-dyed synthetic fibers and the natural fiber yarns, it is possible to obtain a towel on which a pattern exhibiting a three-dimensional effect such that a dark pattern emerges on a light background color.

The present invention described above will be described in more detail with reference to examples. Example 1 A solution in which caustic soda and a surfactant were dissolved was heated to about 95 ° C.
The raw cotton yarn is immersed in a bath tub for 3 to 4 hours to perform a refining treatment, and then a treated yarn that has been subjected to cosmetic bleaching for about 3 hours is obtained. Anthrazole
(Anthrosol) A dye was attached to obtain a yarn for dye printing. The obtained yarn for dye printing was used for ground yarn, and toweling was woven using unrefined yarn, which had not been subjected to refining treatment and cosmetic bleaching, to pile yarn. A paste containing a naphthol-based Fast Blue Salt as a color developer is attached to this toweling cloth, and heated by a steaming method or the like to react the color developer and the underpick to develop a blue color. , Paste and the like were removed by washing. Next, the printing mold formed so that the toweling is exposed following the floral pattern is placed on the toweling surface, and a fixing agent containing a pigment having a different hue from the dye-printed portion is printed on the exposed portion of the toweling, and then heated. After that, unfixed pigments and the like were removed by washing. The resulting towel had a three-dimensional design with a floral pattern emerging on a light blue background.

According to the present invention, it is possible to easily obtain a multi-print towel having a pattern giving a three-dimensional effect, which is difficult to draw with a conventional towel. Moreover, since the number of printing dies can be reduced as much as possible, the manufacturing cost of the towel can be reduced. Furthermore, since the ground yarn covered with the pile yarn can be easily dyed, it is possible to prevent the undyed ground yarn from appearing as spots and improve the depth of the drawn pattern.
