ンを鋳枠の各コーナーに取り付けて、離型時に型抜きピ
ンがパターンプレートを抜き出すように構成した型抜き

する際に振動や騒音を伴わず、鋳型に欠けを生じない型

シリンダを電磁弁及び減圧弁を介してエア供給源に連通

部エア供給源に電磁弁3及び減圧弁4を介して連通連結
している。なお、5は上鋳型、6はパターンプレート、

5が上昇して、鋳型5とパターンプレート6を離型させ

バイブレーターを使用したときのような振動や騒音は発
生しない。また、減圧弁によりエア圧を調節して複数の
エアシリンダを同圧で駆動するので、スプリング式の型
抜きピンとは異なり鋳型からパターンを均等に抜き出す
ことが可能となる。よって、鋳型に欠けが生じるといっ
