Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 チューブに入っている内容物を取り出す時に
は、直接取り出したい部分に内容物を塗り取るため、塗
り出し終わった後のチューブの先端部分には塗り取った
部分からの汚れが付着するという問題点を解決するため
に、チューブ先端部に絞りだす圧力を開放すると閉まる
ふたを設けた装置である。 【構成】 チューブ先端部にばね１を取りつける。 【効果】 チューブに圧力が加わるとばね１が押し広げ
られ内容物がチューブから取り出され、チューブの圧力
を開放することによりばね１が初期の状態に戻ることに
より内容物とチューブとを分離する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、歯磨き，のりなどチュ
ーブに充填されている内容物を取り出すときに、絞り出
す圧力を開放されると出口部分のふたがしまり内容物と
チューブと分離し取り出す装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来の歯磨き，のりなどチューブに充填
されている内容物を取り出すには内容物を取り出したい
部分に直接塗り取るか、または手に必要量拭い取るかし
て使用している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来のチューブからの
取り出し方法では、取り出す時には直接取り出したい部
分に内容物を塗り取るため、塗りだし終わった後のチュ
ーブの先端部分には塗り取った部分からの汚れが付着す
るという問題点があった。
【０００４】本発明は、内容物を絞り出し、取り出した
い部分に付着させたと同時に絞り出す圧力を開放すると
チューブ出口に設けたふたがしまり内容物とチューブと
を分離させることにより、チューブに残された内容物の
先端が汚れるのを防ぐことを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に、本発明のチューブにおいては、チューブの出口部分
にバネまたは、スプリングで動作するふたを取りつけた
ものである。

【作用】上記のように構成されたチューブにおいては、
チューブの内容物を取り出すためチューブに外側から圧
力をかける。
【０００７】圧力が加わるとチューブ先端部に設けたバ
ネまたは、スプリングが押し上げられふたが開き内容物
が取り出される。
【０００８】内容物を適量取り出した後、チューブに加
えられている圧力を開放するとばねまたはスプリングが
元の状態にもどろうとしてチューブ先端部のふたが閉ま
る。
【０００９】ふたが閉まることによりチューブから出た
内容物はチューブと分離し目的の対象物に付着すること
ができる。

【実施例】実施例について図面を参照して説明すると、
歯磨きのチューブに板状のばねを取りつけた状態が図１
であり、外側から圧力は加わっていない状態であり１の
ばねが、ふたとして作用している。
【００１１】図１に外側から圧力を加えた状態が図２で
あり、図１でふたとなっていた１のばねが押し広げられ
ふたが開き内容物が外に出る。
【００１２】図２に加えられていた圧力を開放するとば
ねが元の状態にもどり、内容物と分離しふたとなり図３
の状態になる。

【発明の効果】本発明は、以上説明したように構成され
ているので、以下に記載されるような効果を奏する。
【００１４】チューブ先端部にばねまたは、スプリング
による開閉するふたを取りつけることにより、取り出し
たい部分に塗り込み先端部を取り出したい部分で拭うこ
となくチューブと内容物と分離することが可能なため、
チューブ先端部は常に汚染される心配がなくなる。

【図１】板状のばねを取りつけたチューブの断面であ
る。
【図２】板状のばねを取りつけたチューブに外側から圧
力が加わり板状のばねが押し広げられ、内容物が外に取
り出されている図である。
【図３】加えられた圧力が開放されることにより、板状
のばねが元にもどり外に取り出された内容物と分離しふ
たとなった状態であり図１と同様である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 チューブの中に充填されている内容物を
    取り出す時に、チューブに圧力を加えるとふたが開き内
    容物がチューブから放出され、圧力を開放するとふたが
    閉まり放出された内容物とチューブを分離させる装置。
