Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stuck sufficiently by transferring a color toner to a non-heat- resistant material to be transferred by a method wherein a color toner just before heating is slightly fused by use of an organic solvent, and a color toner image is thoroughly transferred by pressing it with a heating printer of a low heat quantity. SOLUTION: A surface parting agent layer 2 is coated with a sheet-like base material 1 composed of various kinds of paper groups. A color toner image 3 of a colored design pattern or the like is formed by reproduction on a surface of the parting agent layer 2 with an electrostatic dry copying machine. An organic solvent having weak dissolving force which does not liquify the toner is applied to a surface of the toner image 3, and the color toner image 3 is impregnated with it. Thereafter, the color toner image 3 is superimposed onto various kinds of materials to be transferred. Under this state, it is pressed by heating with a heating printer 7 having various low heat quantities or the like. Thereafter, the sheet-like base material 1 is peeled off, the color toner image 3 is separated from the parting agent layer 2, and stuck by transferring to the material to be transferred.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it is generally known that a color copy is made on the surface of a sheet-shaped substrate of this kind, and the toner of the color copy is heated and melted and adhesively transferred to a material to be transferred. . However, since the temperature required for transferring the copy toner image is 150 ° C. to 170 ° C., the non-heat-resistant transfer material is significantly deformed by the temperature, and the transfer is practically impossible. Atsuta. Further, in the case of a material to be transferred to which heat is not applied, an adhesive is applied to a toner image portion to perform adhesive transfer, or a color toner is dissolved in an organic solvent that melts a color toner image into a solution. There are various methods of transferring by printing, but there are many difficulties for practical use due to transfer strength and complicated work.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the method of the present invention for transferring a low calorific value such as a color copy, a release agent layer is applied to the surface of a sheet-like base material, Then, a color toner image such as a design pattern is copied by a color electrostatic dry copying machine. The surface of the color toner image is coated with an organic solvent having a weak dissolving power not to form a solution of the toner, and impregnated into the color toner image. Then, the color toner image is polymerized on the material to be transferred. Thereafter, the sheet-shaped substrate is peeled off after being heated and pressed by a heating printer, so that the color toner image is separated from the release agent layer and transferred and adheres to the material to be transferred.

Next, as an operation to solve the present invention, the conditions for the color toner to be appropriately melted by heat and transferring to the material to be transferred are mainly the heating temperature and heating time applied to the unit area. Is the amount of heating, and in general, a certain amount of heating must be applied to the material to be transferred. With the heating amount, the color toner cannot be melted until the transfer force is generated. Therefore, the color toner immediately before heating is slightly melted using an organic solvent, and the color toner image is completely transferred by pressing with a heating printer having a low heating amount.

0 Heating printer (A) Okasei Copilet printer (roller temperature 160 ° C) Heating printer (B) Okasei hand printer (roller temperature 120 ° C) Organic solvent used: isopropyl alcohol Transfer material: vinyl sheet When not used (A) Transfer was performed at a low speed of 0.7 m / min. However, the surface of the vinyl was softened and damaged by heat. (B) In the case of the Okasei hand printer, transfer was not possible due to low heat. The vinyl surface shows no significant change. Experiment 2: Isopropyl alcohol was applied to the color toner image surface with a brush, left for 3 minutes, and then heated and pressed. (A) The image was transferred at a high speed of 2.0 m / min. No major changes are seen on the vinyl surface. (B) The image was easily transferred by hand pressing with an Okasei hand printer. No major changes are seen on the vinyl surface. As described above, when the temperature of the heating printer is as high as 150 ° C. to 160 ° C., the color toner can be transferred without damaging the heat-sensitive transfer material by shortening the heating time. Further, the heating printer is operated at a low temperature of 100 ° C. to 120 ° C.
Even when used at a temperature of ° C., complete transfer can be performed without damaging the material to be transferred.

As described above, the present invention solves the problem that transfer to a non-heat-resistant transfer material such as a conventional copy toner image cannot be performed due to heat temperature. The effect of sufficient transfer and adhesion to non-heat-resistant transfer materials, and the transfer strength and troublesomeness such as the conventional method of dissolving a color toner with an organic solvent that melts a color toner image into a solution and transferring it in print. Without the need for complicated work,
This has the effect of being extremely simple, reliable and inexpensive. Then, the color toner image was impregnated on the surface where the color toner image was formed by applying an organic solvent having a weak dissolving power to a degree that the toner was not dissolved into a solution, so that the color toner image could be easily melted. Polymerizes the transferred material in the state, so that the color toner image can be completely transferred and adhered just by pressing with the heating printer of the heating amount, and the transfer material which is weak to heat by the heating printer of the low heating amount There is an excellent effect that transfer can be easily performed without damaging the image. In addition, since the release agent layer is applied to the surface of the sheet-like base material, there is an effect that the color toner image is protected and stabilized.
