（２）をつける。切った食材を受皿に入れるとそのまま
鍋やお皿に入れる事ができ、また同時に水も切る事がで
きる。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、着脱式の受皿を側面に付けたまな板に関す
るものである。従来のまな板は、切った食材を鍋や皿に
移す時、包丁の上にのせて移動したり、まな板ごと持ち
運んだりしなければならなく危険でありまた、水切りに
は別の容器を用意する必要が有り不便であった。本考案
は、その欠点を除くためになされたもので、これを図面
について説明すれば、まな板（１）の側面に着脱式受皿
（２）を付けるものである。本考案はこのような構造で
あるから、まな板の上で切った食材を包丁で受皿方向に
押し受皿に入れる。そのままにしておけば水切りでき、
また受皿を外しそのまま鍋や皿に移せるわけである。受
皿の水切穴形状は長穴でも格子でも水がきれれば良い。
左利きの方や流し槽が左右どちら側に付いている場所で
も、対応が可能であるなお、本考案のまな板（１）はプ
ラスチックだけでなく、一般的な従来の木材などの傷つ
きにくい物であれば何でも良い。形は長方形だけでなく
楕円、正方形など受皿が付けられればよい。受け皿の着
脱方法はスライド方法だけでなくマグネット式や差込式
など片手で容易に取り外せ、また、物が乗ったり当たっ
たくらいで簡単に外れなければ何でもよい。
