Conventionally, as a construction of a surface decorative sheet used for building materials, furniture, etc., as shown in FIG. 2, a solid printing layer 2 'and a pattern printing layer 3' are sequentially provided on the surface of a sheet substrate 1 ', and then a foaming type embossing ink is formed. Alternatively, a polyvinyl chloride type embossing ink is printed on an embossing plate to provide an embossed print layer 5 ', and a transparent thermosetting resin layer 4' for protecting the surface is provided thereon. Since the foaming type or PVC sol type embossing ink has low hardness, the abrasion resistance of the embossed portion is insufficient. Therefore, a transparent thermosetting resin layer 4 'for protecting the surface is provided. In the decorative sheet of the prior art having such a configuration, since the surface protective layer made of the transparent thermosetting resin 4 'is provided on the raised ink, the surface protective layer adheres to the region where the raised printing is performed. The surface protective layer 4 'is not sufficiently formed in a region other than the raised print portion. That is, the non-printing area B 'has a large depression due to the emboss printing, and the transparent thermosetting resin 4' forming the surface protective layer 4 'does not sufficiently transfer. As shown in FIG. 2, the film cannot be completely covered, and as shown in FIG. 2, a film of the transparent thermosetting resin 4 ′ may not be formed in the concave portions other than the embossed print portion T ′, or may not be a sufficient film. In some cases, the contamination resistance and the solvent resistance in the concave area were not sufficient. Further, as a countermeasure, there is a problem that when the surface protective layer, that is, the transparent thermosetting resin layer 4 'is made thick, the feeling of unevenness disappears.

A thermosetting resin such as a guanamine resin, a urea resin, and a thermosetting acrylic resin may be used. Among them, a polyurethane resin can be preferably used. The polyurethane resin is a resin having a polyol (polyhydric alcohol) as a main component and a sissocyanate as a crosslinking agent (curing agent). As a polyol,
Those having two or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule, for example, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, acrylic polyol, polyester polyol, polyether polyol, alkyd-modified acrylic polyol and the like are used. Among them, alkyd-modified acrylic polyols are preferred.

A thermosetting resin such as a curable acrylic resin may be used. Among them, a polyurethane resin is preferable. Examples of the filler used in the printing ink for printing include an inorganic filler such as silica, aluminum hydroxide, and calcium carbonate, or an organic filler. The appropriate amount of the filler depends on the specific gravity of the filler. The larger the specific gravity, the larger the amount of the filler. For example, when silica is used as the filler,
5 to 15% of the printing ink is preferred. In addition, as a coloring agent used in the ink for swelling printing, various inorganic,
Organic pigments can be used.

For the viscosity adjustment, a general organic solvent can be used, but a cellosolve having a high polarity is preferable in terms of accelerating gelation. Any printing method may be used as long as it can be raised in a pattern, but a gravure printing method is preferable as a method capable of stably printing in a web state and expecting an effect of raising.

Generally speaking, if the pattern is relatively delicate and has few irregularities, there is a general screen of about 50 lines per inch, a striped line screen, or a diagonally striped line screen. The more stable the metastatic state. In this case, the ratio of the cell width to the bank width depends on the viscosity and transfer rate of the ink used, but in this case, generally 3 or more is preferable. The thickness of the transferred ink unevenness is designed according to the design. The thicker, the more three-dimensional the design can be. On the other hand, when only glossiness is expected rather than unevenness, the thickness may be several microns. However, in order to obtain abrasion resistance, 10
Preferably, it has a thickness of a micron or more. The pattern of the embossed printing may be synchronized with the printing of the pattern printing layer, or a part of the pattern may be formed without tuning.

The subsequent third color (transparent thermosetting resin layer) was printed as an ink having the following composition, and the coating amount was 8 g / m 2 · dry. Ink for transparent thermosetting resin: Resin: Urethane resin composed of alkyd-modified polyol and isocyanate (trade name of KR-700, manufactured by The Inktech Co., Ltd.) 60% Solvent: Ethyl acetate 40% In the fourth color (uplift printing), Emboss printing was performed with an ink having the following composition and other conditions. Embossed printing ink: Resin: Urethane resin composed of acrylic polyol and isocyanate (KKB Cure U Medium, manufactured by Dainichi Seika Co., Ltd.) 55% Additive: Silica 5% Solvent: Ethyl acetate 40% Ink viscosity: 2000cps The obtained decorative sheet was laminated on a particle board molded product to form a wall material on the front of the kitchen. As an external appearance, it is a wall material that makes you feel extremely sharp unevenness,
In addition, excellent results were shown in the stain resistance and solvent resistance of the surface.
