の栄養分を持ち、適度な繊維質を含み消化しやすく、食
すれば吸収性が高く、T細胞の免疫坑体を増加させると

を保持したものを乾燥せしめるので熱源は殆どいらない
程度で脱水が行われる。又、トリコデマル菌から分離し
た繊維素分解酵素やアスペルギリウス菌、乳酸菌、蛋白
分解酵素を生オカラに添加して、予備発酵室で発酵せし
める時は風味を増大した消化しやすいオカラが前もつて
出来るので、これを電気加熱すれば殺菌性が出来て食品
としての品位が講じようし、ソーセージやカマボコの原
料にも使用し得る様になり、螺旋状水藻をいれると野
菜、肉のバランスのとれた食品加工に応用される。又、
螺旋性水藻は、中国のみ産するのでコストハ高いが。日
本国産の青ノリ(高知県、和歌山県生産)を粉末化した
ものと混合して使用すると増容性として安価なものが得
られ、ビタミン類も多いので稚魚の飼料に適する飼料作
