Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform suction of liquid even when a liquid of a high viscosity is housed, by a method wherein in a liquid housing bag to which a spout is attached, and in which a liquid can be housed, a sheet member on which a plurality of openings are formed, is enclosed. SOLUTION: This liquid housing bag is equipped with a bag main body 1 being constituted of two sheets of a synthetic resin sheet such as vinyl having flexibility, and a spout 10 having a flange 13 of which the cross section is a ship-shape, which is constituted of a synthetic resin, etc., and protrudes downward from a mouth part 11 and a flange part 12, and in the tightly joined bag main body 1, a sheet member 20 which prevents the bag main body 1 from joining, is enclosed. Then, on the sheet member 20, a total of 14 long oval shaped openings 21 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the bag in two rows, so that the internal surface of the bag may not join to the surface of the sheet member 20, and an uneven part is formed into a grid-shape in a manner to surround each opening 21. This unevenness is integrally formed by making the front surface side into a protruding part 23, and the rear surface side into a recessed part 24, and the recessed part 24 is formed into a rib-shape so that it may form an extended groove.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, bags are widely used in distribution systems because it is inexpensive to use bags as a means for containing and selling liquids. In order to efficiently remove the liquid contained in such a bag, a suction tube is attached to the spout attached to the bag, the liquid is sucked by the suction tube, removed from the bag, and supplied to a predetermined location. The system is being developed.

In the above system, if the liquid in the bag is actually sucked and used, no problem occurs in the initial stage of use, but the internal pressure inside the bag gradually decreases, and a part of the both sides of the bag and approximately The whole surface comes into close contact. When such close contact occurs, the suction amount of the liquid gradually decreases, and eventually the liquid is not sucked at all. Therefore, the suction is stopped when a considerable amount of liquid remains in the bag, and an operation of switching to a new bag is performed, so that there is considerable waste of liquid.

However, in the above-described conventional liquid storage bag, when suction is actually performed while storing a highly viscous liquid, there is no problem in the initial stage of suction, but the liquid gradually extended into the bag. In the region of the introducer, the bag sticking phenomenon occurs. When such close contact occurs, the flow of the viscous liquid stops, so that suction cannot be performed with a certain amount of liquid remaining. In addition, forming the liquid introducing body as described above complicates the molding of the spout. An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid storage bag which has a high absorption efficiency even when storing a highly viscous liquid and does not complicate the molding of the spout.

When the liquid inside is actually sucked through the spout, the inside of the bag body is gradually reduced in pressure and comes into close contact. However, by pre-sealing the sheet member having the above-described configuration inside the bag body, the inner surfaces of the bag are prevented from sticking to each other at the position where the sheet member exists, and the inner surface of the bag and the surface of the sheet member are not sealed. The close contact of the opening,
A flow path which is prevented by the groove and the projection and through which the liquid can flow is formed. Therefore, such a flow path makes it possible to efficiently suction even a highly viscous liquid.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 2, the sheet member 20 is sealed inside, and a liquid storage bag to which the spout 10 is attached is constructed. It is sufficient that a liquid storage bag having a configuration as shown in FIG. 2 is finally formed. The assembling step of enclosing the sheet member 20 inside the bag body 1 and attaching the spout 10 to the bag body. Is not limited to the method described above. The shape of the bag body is not limited to a three-sided bag as shown in FIG. Things included.

As shown in FIG. 3, for example, a pair of sandwiching pieces 14 extending into the bag body are formed in the spout 10, and when the sheet member 20 is arranged in the bag body, It is preferable to configure so that the member 20 can be clamped. If such a holding piece is formed, the spout 1
The flow path is secured by preventing close contact of the bag body between 0 and the sheet member 20, and the position of the sheet member 20 sealed in the bag body 1 can be fixed. The present invention is characterized in that the sheet member is sealed in the bag body, and the configuration such as the shape and size of the spout attached to the bag member is not limited. Next, the structure of the sheet member 20 enclosed inside the bag body 1 will be described. In the configuration shown in FIG. 2, the sheet member 20 applies the liquid stored therein to the spout 1.
When suction is performed through the mouth 11 of the bag body 1, the inner surfaces of the bag body 1 are prevented from sticking to each other. It is preferable to have The material is preferably a synthetic resin so that it can be easily formed at low cost.

The sheet member 20 has a plurality of openings and uneven portions so that when the inside of the bag is depressurized, the inner surface of the bag does not adhere to the surface of the sheet member 20. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, a total of 14 oblong openings 21 are formed in two rows along the longitudinal direction of the bag. It is formed in a lattice shape so as to surround it. In this case, the concavo-convex portion is integrally formed so that the front surface side is the convex portion 23 and the back surface side is the concave portion 24, and the concave portion is formed in a rib shape so as to form an extending groove.

As described above, since the opening 21 is formed in the sheet member and the rib-shaped uneven portions 24 and 23 are formed, even if the pressure inside the bag is reduced, the opening 21 and the uneven portions 24 and 23 are formed.
By 23, a space, that is, a flow path, is formed in the area between the sheet member. Therefore, even if the sheet member 20 and the inner surface of the bag body 1 are in close contact with each other due to the reduced pressure,
The liquid is smoothly and efficiently sucked from the formed channel.

The configuration of the sheet member 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 is merely an example, and can be variously modified as described below. Although the opening 21 and the uneven portions 24 and 23 are formed in the above-described sheet member 20, a configuration in which any one is formed may be used.
That is, even if the bag body is depressurized by suction, if any one of the above is formed, a flow path is formed between the sheet member and the inner surface of the bag, so that the liquid can be efficiently sucked. It is. Further, the shape, position, and number of openings formed are not limited to the configuration shown in the drawings, and can be variously modified.

Although the uneven portions in this embodiment are formed in a lattice shape, they may be formed in, for example, an arc shape or a radial shape, or may be formed partially instead of extending in a groove shape. Is also good. In addition, it is preferable that such an uneven portion is formed so as to extend toward the spout 10, since a flow path formed thereby also faces the spout 10, so that the flow of the liquid reaching the spout 10 is preferable.

The above concave and convex portions extending in a groove shape can be enlarged as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 (a).
Although the cross-sectional shape is configured in a semicircular shape, the shape of the uneven portion is not limited to such a shape. For example, as shown in FIGS. 6B to 6D, a rectangular, trapezoidal, or triangular shape may be used. As described above, if the cross-sectional shape of the uneven portion is polygonal, a wider flow path can be formed between the sheet member 20 and the inner surface of the bag body 1 when the bag body is sucked. Further, the uneven portion may be configured such that only the concave portion or only the convex portion is formed on the sheet member. FIGS. 6E to 6H show that the sheet member 20 includes:
An example is shown in which only semicircular, rectangular, trapezoidal, and triangular recesses 24 are formed. Thus, even if only the concave portion is formed, it is possible to form a flow path between the sheet member 20 and the inner surface of the bag body 1. Of course, a configuration in which only the protrusions are formed may be used.

Further, it is preferable that the sheet members 20 having the structure shown in FIG. 4 are overlapped on the back surface, since a flow path (formed by the concave portions) where the inner surface of the bag body 1 does not contact is secured. . As a method of forming such a flow path in which the inner surface of the bag body 1 does not contact, a flat sheet may be simply stacked on the back surface of the sheet member 20 configured as shown in FIG. Alternatively, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, a configuration may be adopted in which the sheets 30 and 31 are separately stacked so that only the recess 24 is covered. In the configuration shown in FIG. 7A, only the concave portion 24a extending to the central portion is
And a flow path toward the spout 10 is formed. In the configuration shown in FIG. 3B, the concave portion 24a extending to the central portion, the concave portions 24b and 24c extending to both sides, and the concave portions 24d and 24e at the upper and lower ends are covered with the sheet 31, so that all of the inside of the bag body is covered. The configuration is such that a flow path from the region to the spout 10 is formed.

As described above, by forming in advance a flow path in which the inner surface of the bag body 1 does not contact, the flow of the stored liquid is reliably ensured, and more efficient suction can be performed. . In addition, the sheets 30 and 31 attached in order to reliably form such a flow path are formed by the sheet member 20.
Alternatively, it may be formed integrally with the sheet member 20, provided with perforations or the like, and superposed by bending or the like.

By enclosing the sheet member 20 having the above configuration in the bag body, even if suction is actually applied,
Since the flow path is secured, the liquid can be efficiently discharged through the spout 10. In particular, even for a highly viscous liquid, a flow path is ensured, so that efficient suction can be performed. Also, a spout 10 attached to the bag body.
Can be used with a simple structure, and there is no need to perform particularly complicated molding. Actually, when mayonnaise was sealed as a highly viscous liquid in a liquid storage bag having the structure shown in FIG. 2, an experiment was performed. As a result, 97% or more could be finally sucked.
