Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of sealed bag, for example, a sealed bag for filling a drink such as juice is known. As shown in FIG. 11, a spout 51 is attached to a flexible sealed bag 50. The spout 51 is configured by penetrating and attaching a spout main body 53 having a cylindrical shape to an opening 52 formed on the outer surface of the sealed bag 50. Flange portions 53 a and 53 b protrude from both ends of the spout body 53. The flange portion 53 b on the inner side of the sealed bag 50 is bonded to the inner surface of the sealed bag 50. Vinyl-like sheet-like sealing members 54a and 54b are bonded to both flange portions 53a and 53b so as to close the communication portion 53c of the spout body 53, and the beverage in the sealed bag 50 is externally attached by the both sealing members 54a and 54b. So that it does n’t flow out.
[0003]
And in order to pour a drink from this airtight bag 50, after accommodating the airtight bag 50 accommodated in the self-supporting container which consists of a corrugated cardboard box etc. which is not shown in figure, it differs from the same spout main body 53 with respect to the spout main body 53. A pouring tube 55 made of a member is inserted. Then, both the sealing members 54 a and 54 b are broken in the pouring pipe 55, and the inside and the outside of the sealed bag 50 are communicated with each other through the pouring pipe 55. When the self-supporting container is tilted, the drink in the sealed bag 50 released from the sealed state is poured out from the pouring tube 55.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the spout 51 shown in the prior art, the opening 52 is formed in the sealed bag 50, and the spout body 53 is bonded to the opening 52, or the sealing members 54a and 54b are attached to both flanges 53a and 53b. A lot of cumbersome processing of bonding was required. Further, in addition to the spout body 53, seal members 54a and 54b and a spout pipe 55 are necessary, and the number of parts is large. As a result, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases. Furthermore, in a state where the pouring tube 55 is inserted into the pouring spout body 53, the inside and the outside of the sealed bag 50 remain in communication with each other via the pouring tube 55. There was a problem of being poured out.
[0005]
The first object of the present invention is to allow a spout to be easily assembled to a sealed bag. The second object is to reduce the number of parts to reduce the manufacturing cost. Furthermore, the third purpose is to reduce the leakage of drink from the spout.
[0006]

It is disposed obliquely below the protrusion 12. Further, a gripping portion 14 projects upward at the rear upper end of the joint portion 4.
[0017]
Next, the self-supporting container of the sealed bag 2 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 5, a self-supporting container 15 made of corrugated paper is formed in a box shape having a side pentagon, and an opening 16 is formed on the top thereof, and the airtight container 15 is sealed through the opening 16. A bag 2 is accommodated. The opening 16 is provided with a lid 15a. The lid 15a is attached so as to be rotatable about the front edge of the opening 16, and a fastening portion (not shown) capable of holding the lid 15a in a closed state is formed at the rear end.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6A, the lid 15a has a flat surface and an inclined surface, and a support plate 17 as a support member made of synthetic resin is provided on the inclined surface. An insertion hole 18 is formed in the support plate 17, and the inside and the outside of the self-standing container 15 are communicated with each other through the insertion hole 18. The spout 1 can be inserted into the insertion hole 18 from the inside of the self-supporting container 15. The insertion hole 18 includes a lead portion 18a having a rhombus shape near the center thereof and a pair of slit portions 18b and 18c extending in the front-rear direction from both ends of the lead portion 18a. Then, with the spout 1 inserted into the insertion hole 18, the engaging projections 11 and 12 are hooked and supported on the upper surface of the support plate 17, so that the spout 1 can be supported by the lid 15 a. It has become.
[0019]
A pair of insertion portions 19 are notched on the upper surface of the support plate 17 on both sides of the rear slit portion 18 c, and the rear engagement protrusion 12 can be inserted into the insertion portion 19. First and second locked protrusions 20 and 21 are formed on the upper surface of the support plate 17 before and after the insertion portion 19. In the present embodiment, the first and second locked protrusions 20 and 21 constitute a holding means.
[0020]
Then, as shown in FIG. 6B, the rear engagement protrusion 12 of the spout 1 is elastic to the bent portions 6 and 7 and the elastic piece 10 with respect to the front surface of the first locked protrusion 20. By being abutted against the force, the opening / closing portion 8 of the spout 1 is held open. In this state, the front end of the front slit portion 18b is a contact portion 22 with which the front joint portion 4 of the spout 1 can contact. Further, as shown in FIG. 6C, the rear engaging protrusion 12 of the spout 1 is brought into contact with the rear surface of the second locked protrusion 21, whereby the opening / closing portion 8 of the spout 1. Is kept closed. In this state, the non-joining part 5 of the spout 1 is engaged with the rear slit part 18c.
[0021]
Next, the operation of the spout of the sealed bag and the self-supporting container of the bag configured as described above will be described.
First, an adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the opening / closing part 8 of the spout 1, and then the opening 8 is sandwiched and bonded to the corner part of the sealed bag 50. Then, the corner part of the airtight bag 50 is cut off with a scissors etc., and the cut opening 2a is opened.
[0022]
Next, the lid 15 a of the self-supporting container 15 is opened, and the sealed bag 2 is accommodated through the opening 16. Thereafter, the lid 15a is tilted in the closing direction, the front engaging projection 11 of the spout 1 is extracted from the outlet 18a of the insertion hole 18 to the outside of the lid 15a, and the joint 4 of the spout 1 is connected to the front slit 18b. Enroll. Then, the front engaging protrusion 11 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the support plate 17.
[0023]
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 7, the rear engagement protrusion 12 of the spout 1 is extracted from the insertion part 19 to the outside of the lid 15 a while holding the holding part 14. Then, as shown in FIG. 6C, the rear engagement protrusion 12 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the support plate 17 and the rear surface of the second locked protrusion 21. Then, the opening / closing portion 8 of the spout 1 is closed and supported on the upper surface of the lid 15a. Then, when the lid 15a is closed and the corner portion of the sealed bag 2 is cut along the upper edge of the spout 1, the cut 2a is opened. In this state, the opening / closing part 8 of the spout 1 is closed by the elastic force of the sandwiching piece 3 and the elastic piece 10, and the non-joining part 5 of the spout 1 is sandwiched in the rear slit part 18c. Therefore, even if the freestanding container 15 falls down, the drink in the sealed bag 2 does not flow out through the spout 1 vigorously.
[0024]
Next, in order to open the opening / closing part 8 of the spout 1, the gripping part 14 is gripped, the contact between the rear engagement protrusion 12 and the second locked protrusion 21 is released, and the rear engagement protrusion 12 is brought into contact with the front surface of the first locked protrusion 20 and the upper surface of the support plate 17. Then, the front engagement protrusion 11 is moved forward while sliding on the upper surface of the support plate 17, and the front end of the front joint portion 4 of the spout 1 is brought into contact with the front end of the front slit portion 18b. And both the clamping pieces 3 are bent by the 1st and 2nd bending parts 6 and 7, and the opening-and-closing part 8 of the spout 1 is held in the open state. When the opening / closing part 8 is opened, the cut 2a of the sealed bag 2 is opened.
[0025]
Here, although the support plate 17 is inclined obliquely forward, the elastic force of the sandwiching pieces 3 and the elastic piece 10 acts in the front-rear direction, so that the rear engagement protrusion 12 is the first engagement protrusion 20. Pressed against the front. Therefore, the opening / closing part 8 of the spout 1 is not closed. Then, as shown in FIG. 8, when the self-standing container 15 is tilted, the drink in the sealed bag 2 is poured out through the opening / closing part 8 of the spout 1. Further, when the self-supporting container 15 is tilted, the retaining protrusion 13 is brought into contact with the back surface of the lid 15 a, so that the spout 1 does not come out of the insertion hole 18.
[0026]
The present embodiment has the following effects (1) to (7).
(1) Since processing such as forming an opening in the airtight bag 2 is not necessary, and the corner portion of the airtight bag 2 only needs to be inserted and attached to the opening / closing portion 8 of the holding piece 3, On the other hand, the spout can be easily assembled. Further, there is no need for a member for forming a sealed structure, such as a case where an opening is formed in the sealing bag 2 and a spout is attached to the opening, or a member such as a pouring tube fitted into the spout. As a result, the number of parts can be reduced, and processing for forming the sealed structure is not required, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0027]
(2) Since both the sandwiching pieces 3 are provided with the first and second bent portions 6, 7, the unjoined portion 5 of both the sandwiching pieces 3 can be easily bent when the opening / closing portion 8 is opened. In addition, since the first bent portion 6 is formed on the outer side surfaces of the both sandwiching pieces 3 and the second bent portion 7 is formed on the inner surface of the both sandwiching pieces 3, both the sandwiching pieces 3 are opened when the opening / closing portion 8 is opened. The non-joining part 5 can be bent in a direction away from each other, and the opening / closing part 8 can be opened reliably.
[0028]
(3) Since both of the sandwiching pieces 3 are elastically provided in the closing direction of the opening / closing portion 8, for example, even when the spout 1 faces downward when not accommodated in the sealed bag 2, from the cut 2 a of the sealed bag 2. It can prevent the drink from leaking vigorously. In addition, since the elastic piece 10 having elasticity in the closing direction of the opening / closing part 8 is provided at the center of the lower ends of the both holding pieces 3, the opening / closing part 8 is further opened by the elastic force of the elastic piece 10 and the both holding pieces 3. It can be difficult. As a result, the amount of drink that leaks from the cut 2a of the sealed bag 2 can be further reduced.
[0029]
(4) Since the spout 1 is supported by latching and supporting the engaging projections 11 and 12 of the spout 1 on the upper surface of the support plate 17, the cut 2a of the sealed bag 2 does not face downward. As a result, it is possible to prevent the drink from leaking from the spout 1. In addition, since the engaging projections 11 and 12 are provided before and after the spout 1, both ends of the spout 1 are not supported when the spout 1 is supported, and the spout 1 can be supported in a stable state.
[0030]
(5) The front end surface of the front joint portion 4 of the spout 1 is brought into contact with the abutting portion 22 of the front slit portion 18b, and the rear engagement protrusion 12 of the spout 1 is placed on the front surface of the first locked protrusion 20. It was made to contact | abut and was able to hold | maintain in the state which opened the spout 1. Therefore, even if the user does not hold the pour spout 1 and hold it open, the drink can be easily poured out from the cut end 2a of the sealed bag 2 only by tilting the self-standing container 15.
[0031]
(6) The spout 1 is pressed against the abutting portion 22 of the front slit portion 18b and the first locked protrusion 20 by the elastic force of both the sandwiching pieces 3 and the elastic piece 10. Therefore, even if the self-standing container 15 is tilted, the open state of the spout 1 is not easily released.
[0032]
(7) The rear engagement protrusion 12 of the spout 1 is brought into contact with the rear surface of the second locked protrusion 21 so that the opening / closing portion 8 of the spout 1 can be held in a closed state. Therefore, even if the freestanding container 15 is tilted or falls down and the spout 1 faces downward, it is possible to prevent the drink from leaking vigorously from the cut 2a of the sealed bag 2.
[0033]
In addition, you may comprise this invention as follows besides the said embodiment.
(A) As shown in FIG. 9, a pair of protrusions 25 may be formed on both sides of the non-joining portion 5 of both sandwiching pieces 3 so as to face obliquely outward. According to this configuration, the both ends of both sandwiching pieces 3 can be grasped, and both the protrusions 25 can be grasped to easily open and close the opening / closing portion 8 of the spout 1.
[0034]
(B) In the above embodiment, the rear engaging protrusion 12 is supported by the second locked protrusion 21 and the opening / closing portion 8 of the spout 1 is held in the closed state, but as shown in FIG. In addition, the closing member 26 may be provided above the lead portion 18a. The closing member 26 includes a pair of flexible leg portions 26a fixed to the upper surface of the support plate 17, and a cap portion 26b formed in a reverse channel shape at the tip of the leg portion 26a. . And when the opening-and-closing part 8 of the pouring spout 1 is held in the closed state, the cap part 26b is inserted into the upper ends of the non-joining parts 5 of the both clamping pieces 3. Also with this configuration, it is possible to reliably prevent a drink from leaking from the opening / closing part 8 of the spout 1 even if the self-supporting container falls down.
[0035]
(C) In the above embodiment, the rear engagement protrusion 12 can be brought into contact with the first and second locked protrusions 20, 21. Instead of this, a recessed portion into which the rear engagement protrusion 12 can be engaged may be formed.
[0036]
(D) In the above-described embodiment, the sandwiching piece 3 made of another member is joined. However, the sandwiching piece 3 made of a single member is bent at the center, and both ends of the sandwiching piece 3 are joined with an adhesive. Also good. Further, in addition to joining the both end portions of both sandwiching pieces 3 with an adhesive, they may be fastened with screws and nuts or joined by ultrasonic welding or the like.
[0037]
(E) In the said embodiment, it was set as the self-supporting container 15 which can be selectively hold | maintained in any one state of the state where the spout 1 was opened or closed. In addition to this, any one of the first and second locked protrusions 20 and 21 may be omitted, and the spout 1 may be held only in the opened state or in the closed state.
[0038]
(F) In the above embodiment, the self-standing container 15 is made of a material made of corrugated paper, but may be changed to a material made of synthetic resin or metal. According to this structure, water resistance and rigidity can be improved and the self-supporting container 15 can be repeatedly used.
[0039]
(G) In the said embodiment, although the shape of the self-supporting container 15 was formed in the box shape which makes a side pentagon, you may change into arbitrary shapes.
(H) In the said embodiment, although embodied in the airtight bag 2 in which a drink is accommodated, if it is a liquid, you may accommodate arbitrary things.
[0043]
