近年、環境保全や省資源の立場から、各種の液体内容物に詰替え用容器が広く使用されるようになってきた。この詰替え用容器としては、使用時に注出口部の先端を切断して開口し、内容物を注出する合成樹脂フィルムからなる柔軟な注出口部付パウチがあるが、他の容器へ内容物を詰め替えるときに、注出口部の内容物の注出のし易さを改善するために、例えば、特開平8−2538号公報に記載されいる注出口部の注出孔を中空円筒状又は中空半円筒状に成形したものや、特開平9−24956号公報に記載されている注出口部の注出孔に半硬質ないし硬質パイプを埋没したものなどが知られていた。

しかしながら、上述した従来の内容物の注出性を改善した注出口部付パウチは、内容物を充填する前に、パウチ本体は平坦であるが注出口部が立体構造になっているため、流通及び保管時の集積効率が悪く、また、内容物充填時に、充填機内でのパウチの搬送上のトラブルが発生し易く、このため、特殊な搬送装置などを必要とすることがあった。
