本発明は、果汁飲料、調味料、洗剤及び化粧品などの詰替え用パウチの注出口部に挿着する注出用口部材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、環境保全や省資源の立場から、各種の液体内容物に詰替え用容器が広く使用されるようになってきた。この詰替え用容器としては、使用時に注出口部の先端を切断して開口し、内容物を注出する合成樹脂フィルムからなる柔軟な注出口部付パウチがあるが、他の容器へ内容物を詰め替えるときに、注出口部の内容物の注出のし易さを改善するために、例えば、特開平8−2538号公報に記載されいる注出口部の注出口を中空円筒状又は中空半円筒状に成形したものや、特開平9−24956号公報に記載されている注出口部の注出口に半硬質ないし硬質パイプを埋没したものなどが知られていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述した従来の内容物の注出性を改善した注出口部付パウチは、内容物を充填する前に、パウチ本体は平坦であるが注出口部が立体構造になっているため、流通及び保管時の集積効率が悪く、また、内容物充填時に、充填機内での包装袋の搬送上のトラブルが発生し易く、このため、特殊な搬送装置などを必要とすることがあった。

本発明は、上述の従来の注出口部付パウチの問題を解決したものであり、注出口部がパウチ本体と同様に平坦で、流通及び保管時に、パウチの集積効率が良好であり、内容物注出時には、ワンタッチで注出口部を注出し易い立体構造にできる注出用口部材付パウチを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の第の発明は、使用時に先端を切断して注出口を開口する、突出状に設けられた注出口部をもつ合成樹脂フィルムからなる柔軟なパウチの、前記注出口部の注出口に、平板状で剛性をもつ合成樹脂製であって、折り曲げ可能でかつ折り曲げ状態を維持する嵌合機構を有する注出用口部材を挿着し、該注出用口部材を折り曲げ状態にすることで前記注出口部の注出口を筒状に開口維持可能とした注出用口部材付パウチにおいて、図1(a)乃至(c)に示すように、前記注出用口部材(100)が、上端から下端にわたる直線状のヒンジ(110)を左右方向のほぼ中央位置に形成し、前記ヒンジを折り曲げて断面く字状の立体構造にしたときに、折り曲げ側面の嵌合凸部(140)とヒンジを介して嵌合し合う嵌合凹部(150)とを、一組又は上下方向に複数組設けたことを特徴とする注出用口部材付パウチ(200)である。

本発明の注出用口部材付パウチ(100)は、図1(a)に示すように、突出状に設けられた注出口部(210)内に、平板状で剛性をもつ合成樹脂製の注出用口部材(100)を挿着したものであり、内容物を注出するときに、パウチの外側から指で注出用口部材を折り曲げるか又はねじ曲げて組み立てて立体構造にし、開口された注出口を筒状に開口維持するものである。この注出用口部材は、使用目的に適応した剛性をもつポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなどの熱可塑性樹脂を用いて、射出成形法により作製するものであり、パウチの注出口部の内面に、部分的又は全面を接着剤で接着するか又は熱融着して、パウチの注出口部内に挿着するものである。
