(A) It is not possible to completely close the upper front crotch portion (the portion indicated by A in FIG. 7) by the fastener. (B) Torn the back of the raincoat is not good in design. (C) When the rain that falls on the back flows down, a drop is transmitted from the buttocks to the saddle, and the saddle gets wet. (D) Since the crotch portion is fixed when wearing the raincoat, the freedom of the torso is restricted. (E) Especially on a summer rainy day, both humidity and temperature are high, and the crotch portion is tightened, so that the ventilation condition in the raincoat becomes extremely bad and it becomes very humid. (F) The raincoat itself has no means to protect the feet from getting wet, so that the hem of the pants below the knees and the shoes cannot be avoided from getting wet.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, when not riding a bicycle, the raincoat 1 surrounds the entire legs of the thigh L as shown in FIG. There is no transformation. When riding a bicycle, first, as shown in FIGS. 4, 6 and 8 (b), the thigh is fixed by the inner thigh waterproof cloth 2 attached to the corner portions 1 a on the inner sides of both hem. By enclosing in a tubular shape, the inside of the thigh can be prevented from getting wet. Further, the sliders 20 of the fasteners 5 on both sides of the raincoat 1 are pulled up, and both edges 1

At this time, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 9, (a), (b) and (c) of the conventional raincoat, the crotch portion is fixed by the slider of the fastener. The freedom of the body is restrained, and a force acts in a direction against the restraint (a direction in which the slider is lowered and the fastener is opened), so that the crotch portion at the upper end of the fastener (portion A in FIG. 7) rotates the pedal of the bicycle. Repeatedly, it gradually opens and the blockade against rainwater cannot be completely done. In addition, when raindrops dropped on the back flowed down, the back of the raincoat was connected to the crotch, so it was in a state of riding on the saddle, the droplets propagated from the buttocks to the saddle, and the saddle was wet.

However, according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 8C, the crotch portion is not restrained, so that the freedom of the torso is largely ensured. Further, as shown in FIG. The bag falls after the saddle. As a result, the rain falling on the back flows down after the bicycle saddle, so that the saddle does not get wet. In the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the Velcro fasteners 8a and 8b are removed, the cylindrical leg cover 6 is hung in front of the shin of the leg, and the shin is further covered with the cylindrical leg cover.
6. Velcro fastener 7 on one edge 6a, 6b

As described above, the present invention has solved all of the problems (a) to (f) of the above-mentioned prior art. That is, with respect to the problems (a) and (e), the hem front can be opened and the inner thigh can be prevented from being wet by the inner thigh waterproof cloth 2,
In addition, the ventilation condition was secured, and it became hard to get stuffy. Regarding the problem (b), the back of the raincoat is not changed in design, so that it can be used as a normal raincoat even when the bicycle is not used. Regarding the problems (c) and (d), the spread of the triangular fold 4 causes room around the waist, and the crotch portion is open so that there is no restraint, so that the freedom of the body is largely secured. Since the back of the raincoat 1 hangs down after the saddle, the raindrops falling on the back fall on the rear part of the bicycle saddle, so that the saddle does not get wet.

Regarding the problem (f), Rainco
Combined with shoe cover, the shoe cover can be easily attached, so it will be used without resistance,
Many children's trouser hem and shoes are no longer wet, so they are expected to be free from routine shoe polishing and washing after the housewife rains. In particular, the attachment / detachment method to the body by one-touch opening / closing of the Velcro fastener and the fastener is very easy to attach, and the shoe can be attached / detached without passing through the inside of the shoe cover, so that it can be used with almost no contamination. Another great advantage is that it can be mass-produced relatively inexpensively.
