The stopper releases the rubber cord when the rubber cord moves in a direction to squeeze the sleeve, and releases the rubber cord when the rubber cord moves in a direction to widen the squeeze of the sleeve. 14. A rainwear comprising a pants-type bottom, wherein the bottom comprises: a string-shaped member; and a sleeve formed at a bottom of the bottom and through which the string-shaped member is inserted. Rainwear provided with a hem adjustment mechanism for adjusting the size of the circumference of the hem by maintaining the state by squeezing the hem by the string-shaped member. 16. The cord-shaped member is made of a rubber cord, and further comprises a stopper for determining a length of the rubber cord inserted into the sleeve, wherein the stopper is provided in a direction in which the rubber cord is squeezed in the sleeve. The rainwear according to claim 15, wherein the rubber cord is released when the rubber cord is moved, and the rubber cord is locked when the rubber cord is moved in a direction in which the diaphragm of the sleeve is expanded. 17. The rainwear according to claim 13, wherein the cord-like member extending from the sleeve is guided to be located above the skirt.
