二輪車の運転者が使用する雨具には、通常図１に開示するレインポンチョと、図２に開示するツーピース形式の雨合羽がある。図１に開示するようにレインポンチョ（１０）は、使用者の頭部から下半身に至るまでを覆うものであり、雨合羽のレインパンツは通常併用しない。よって、図１に開示するように、雨靴（３０）の上部から雨水が容易に浸入する。これに対して、図２に開示するように雨合羽（２０）は上着（２１）とレインパンツ（２２）とに分かれ、それぞれ使用者の上半身と下半身とを覆うとともに、レインパンツ（２２）の裾で雨靴（３０）の上部表面を覆うことによって、雨水の進入を防ぐことができる。

また、オーバーシューズは、靴の上から履くことができ簡易な雨靴として使用することができる。オーバーシューズは、折り畳みが可能で携帯に便利であるが、その反面適宜に保管しておかないと実際に使用する場合、一足揃っていなく、片方が見つからないこともある。さらに、二輪車の運転手にとって、オーバーシューズは雨が降り出した場合、取出して靴の上から履くまでに手間取ると、靴も、靴下も雨で濡れてしまうのみならず、係る動作を路上で停車して行う場合、交通の妨げになり、安全性の点で問題になる。

さらに、図１に開示するように、雨靴（３０）であろうと、オーバーシューズであろうと、特に交差点で信号待ちする場合、二輪車を支持するために片足を地面に付けた姿勢を取ると、レインパンツの裾で雨靴（３０）、もしくはオーバーシューズ（図示しない）の上部を覆わない状態ではレインポンチョ（１０）の裾と雨靴（３０）、もしくはオーバーシューズとの間に隙間が発生し、雨水が進入して、足が濡れてしまう。仮に、雨具と雨靴、もしくはオーバーシューズとが一体に形成されていれば、雨水の浸入は確実に防ぐことができるが、但し、上述のとおり着脱が不便になる。よって、従来の雨具と雨靴に改良を加え、着脱の便利さと、雨水の浸入を確実に防ぐ効果とを具えた新規な雨具を提供することが望まれている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この発明は、取出し、収納、もしくは着脱の動作が容易で、使い心地がよく、かつ収納後に遺失することのないオーバーシューズを提供することを課題とする。

また、この発明は雨水の進入を確実に防ぐことのできるオーバーシューズを提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明者は従来のレインポンチョ、雨合羽、雨靴などに見られる欠点に鋭意研究を重ねた結果、レインポンチョ、もしくは雨合羽のレインパンツの裾に収納部を設け、該収納部内に一端を固定する延伸部と、該延伸部に接続する被覆部と、該被覆部に接続するオーバーシューズ本体とによってなるオーバーシューズの構造によって本発明の課題が解決できる点に着眼し、かかる知見に基づいて本発明を完成させた。

即ち、使用者の足首より上の部分を覆う被覆部と、該被覆部に接続し、使用者の靴を覆うオーバーシューズ本体とが、該延伸部を介してレインポンチョ、もしくはレインパンツの裾に形成した収納部内に接続することによって、レインポンチョ、もしくはレインパンツと一体に形成され、この発明の課題を解決するオーバーシューズが得られる。

以下、この発明について具体的に説明する。
請求項１に記載するオーバーシューズは、レインポンチョの裾に設けられる収納部と、
一端が該収納部内に固定される延伸部と、
該延伸部に接続し、防水作用を具える外層部と柔軟性を具える内層部とによってなり使用者の脹脛の部分を被覆する被覆部と、
該被覆部の下方に接合するオーバーシューズ本体とによってなり、
該被覆部の内層部は円筒状に形成され、長さをレインポンチョの裾から使用者の足首に至る長さより若干長く、かつ上端縁部を該外層部に縫合し、底端縁部をオーバーシューズ本体の上端縁部に接合し、
該外層部は該内層部と略同一の長さに形成し、上端縁部を該延伸部に接合し、底端部はオーバーシューズ本体に接合することなく自由端とし、かつオーバーシューズ本体の外部表面を覆い、
該オーバーシューズ本体は、上端縁部に固定具を設ける。

請求項２に記載するオーバーシューズは、雨合羽のレインパンツの裾の外周に沿って環状に形成される収納部と、
該収納部内に一端が固定され、他端が下方に延伸する円筒状の延伸部と、

該オーバーシューズ本体は、上端縁部に固定具を設けるとともに、上端縁部から縦方向に開閉自在の切り欠き部を形成する。

かかるオーバーシューズの構造と特徴を説明するために、具体的な実施例を挙げ、図示を参照にして以下に詳述する。

【第１の実施例】
図３、４に、この発明によるオーバーシューズを開示する。図面によれば、雨具の使用者の両足に対応する位置にポケット状の収納部（７０）を設け、該収納部（７０）に、延伸部（４０）と、被覆部（５０）と、オーバーシューズ本体（６０）とによってなるオーバーシューズ収納自在に設ける。すなわち、該延伸部（４０）は、一端を収納部（７０）内に固定し、他端が、収納部（７０）から下方に延伸し、且つ、被覆部（５０）を接合する。被覆部（５０）は雨具の裾から下方に延伸し、使用者のふくらはぎの部分を被覆する。また、オーバーシューズ本体（６０）は、該被覆部（５０）の下方に接合して使用者の脚部を被覆する。よって、雨具とオーバーシューズが一体に構成され、雨具を着用し、かつオーバーシューズを展開して使用した場合、使用者の下肢が完全に被覆され、雨水の靴内への進入を防ぐことができる。該雨具は、第１の実施例においてレインポンチョとする。
