Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a raincoat for wheelchairs having excellent detachability and wearing comfort.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Most of the conventional rain gowns are based on the wearing state of standing posture, and in terms of functionality, the clothes are designed with a focus on comfort and ease of movement when worn. Also, in terms of aesthetics, pattern makeup and production are currently being made mainly on the beauty of appearance in a standing position. Therefore, under the situation where it is necessary to move in a wheelchair in the rain, the conventional rain gown cannot cover the whole body. In addition, in the type where the cover hem is completely open from the head like the poncho type, the rain clothes were disturbed by the wind and rain, and the body was often wet.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The object of the present invention is to provide ease of wearing in a sitting state, ease of wearing, ease of taking off, ease of taking off, ease of movement, and ease of movement when it is raining and moving with a wheelchair. The object is to provide a rain gown that is both waterproof and aesthetic, preventing the clothing from being disturbed.
[0004]
For the same purpose, a raincoat for a poncho type wheelchair registered in Utility Model No. 3003647 has been described. Although this form is effective for easy attachment / detachment, It was not possible to solve the disturbance of clothes and waterproofness when worn.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
One aspect of the garment of the present invention has a first opening for passing the head at the upper part of the front body and the back body, and second and third openings for passing the arm part at both sleeves. The length of the front body from the position corresponding to the first opening from the position corresponding to the first opening is such that the length from the first opening to the hem of the front body center part can be wrapped around the wearer's feet. Longer than the length of the hem, and joined to the back body at the side part to form a fourth opening with the hem of the front body and the hem of the back body, A raincoat for a wheelchair characterized in that an elastic material is inserted or sewn around.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The raincoat for wheelchairs of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings showing one embodiment.
[0007]
FIG. 1 is a side view showing an embodiment of a state in which a wheelchair user wears the rain gown of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view showing an embodiment of the garment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a rear view, and FIG. It is the figure opened by the back body center part in an insleeve.
[0008]
In the figure, the portion depicted by a dotted line indicates the portion hidden by the rain gown.
[0009]
The wearing method is as follows. First, both arms are passed through the second (6) and third (7) openings that have both sleeves (4) of the rain gown, and the head is passed through the first opening (5) provided at the top. Insert a part. Next, the back body (2) is hooked to the handle (push hand) of the wheelchair, and the front body (1) is worn from the front of the body through the knees and spreading to the entire foot and foot plate. At this time, care should be taken not to put raincoats on the tire (17).
[0010]
In the raincoat for a wheelchair according to the present invention, the length (9) from the first opening to the hem of the center part of the front body is the length (10) from the position corresponding to the first opening to the hem of the side part. It is getting longer. By providing a dimensional difference in this way, it becomes possible to wrap the foot tip and the foot plate by the difference dimension. The dimensional difference may be provided continuously from the front body as shown in FIG. 4, or the same effect can be obtained by sewing different dimensional difference fabrics. Furthermore, the same effect can be obtained by providing a differential dimension by connecting the side portion (11) and the hem (12) of the front body with a curved line.
[0011]
In addition, the first opening in the present invention is preferably an endless opening that cannot be seen in the front (front) in consideration of waterproofness and easy attachment / detachment. In addition, as an example of the design, a part may have a front perforation to the vicinity of the chest, in which case it can be opened and closed with a fastener or a button.
[0012]
The raincoat for wheelchairs according to the present invention is preferably finished by inserting or sewing an elastic material around the fourth opening (8) to 50 to 100% of the circumference. If the elastic material is inserted or sewn less than 50%, the raincoat will not be secured to the wheelchair, the hem of the raincoat will turn over, the body will get wet in the rain, and the hem of the raincoat will wear on the tire. . The elastic material in this case preferably has an elongation of 140 to 230% when loaded with 500 g and a recovery rate of 90% or more.
[0013]
If you wear a rain gown and go out for a long time, it will collect rainwater in the center of the back of the wheelchair. If the wearer bends forward or changes direction in this state, the accumulated water scatters backward, causing the wearer himself or the caregiver behind to get wet. Therefore, by opening a hole (15) having a diameter of 1 to 3 cm in the back body, rainwater accumulated in the back body can be gradually drained downward. If the hole diameter exceeds 3 cm, rainwater infiltrates into the rain garment, and there is a high possibility that the body gets wet, and the aesthetic appearance is also impaired. Conversely, if the pore diameter is smaller than 1 cm, the drainage effect of rainwater is low, which is not preferable. Furthermore, by removing the string (16) having a length of 20 to 40 cm from the hole (15), the drained rainwater can flow gently down along the string. If the string coming out of the hole diameter is shorter than 20 cm, rainwater may be scattered even if it travels through the string. On the other hand, if it exceeds 40 cm, there is a possibility of wrapping around the wheelchair tire (17), and the risk is high.
[0014]
As the main material of the rain gown in the present invention, a commonly used synthetic fiber or natural fiber cloth or a rain gown material made of a water-resistant sheet can be used, but preferably polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate. A cloth made of a polyester fiber such as nylon fiber or a polyamide fiber such as nylon 6 or nylon 66 is used. In addition, these fabrics are made of an acrylic coating, urethane coating, various laminates, water-repellent finish, etc. to improve waterproofness, or waterproof materials that have improved waterproofness by woven at high density are used. It is more preferable.
[0015]
In order to improve the waterproof effect of the rain garment in the present invention, it is effective to apply a waterproof tape to the back side of the seam of the rain garment.
[0016]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the garment of the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples and comparative examples.
[0017]

The sewing method of the rain garment used in the examples is as follows.
[0019]
(1) The front and back bodies are sewn together with shoulder lines and side lines.
[0020]
(2) The left and right sleeves are sewn into the armholes (sleeves) formed in the front and back bodies.
[0021]
