ル樹脂(レゾール樹脂)の配合量は、ゴム成分100重
量部に対して5〜15重量部、好ましくは7〜10重量
部である。5重量部未満であるとブラダー成形のための
加硫時間の延長が必要であり、また、15重量部を越え
ると永久伸びが大きくなるので好ましくない。これらの
樹脂の使用した加硫用ブラダーは、従来のメチロール成
分が8〜9重量%のメチロール化フェノール樹脂(レゾ
ール樹脂)の使用した加硫用ブラダーと比べて永久伸び
が減少し、加硫用ブラダーの寿命が1.5倍以上向上す
