骨材を収容する新骨材用ホッパと、該新骨材用ホッパか
ら切り出された新骨材を乾燥加熱する新骨材用ドライヤ

別に篩分けるスクリーンと、該スクリーンで篩分けられ
た新骨材を粒度別に貯蔵する複数の貯蔵ビンと、再生骨
材を収容する再生骨材用ホッパと、該再生骨材用ホッパ
から切り出された再生骨材を加熱する再生骨材用ドライ
ヤと、該再生骨材用ドライヤで加熱された再生骨材を貯
蔵するサージビンと、上記貯蔵ビンから取り出された新
骨材とサージビンから取り出された再生骨材を計量する
計量装置と、該計量装置から排出された新骨材と再生骨
材とを混合するミキサとを具備したアスファルト再生合
材の製造装置において、新骨材用ドライヤで乾燥加熱さ
れた新骨材の一部を切出手段で切り出して再生骨材用ド
ライヤに投入する投入経路が、新骨材用ドライヤから計
量装置に至る新骨材の経路から分岐して設けられた構成
とされているので、再生骨材用ドライヤやサージビンに
対する再生骨材のアスファルト分の付着を低減し、また
再生骨材を効率よく加熱してアスファルト再生合材を製
造することができる。しかも上記のように再生骨材用ド
ライヤ等に対するアスファルト分の付着が低減されるた
め、それらの機器の補修が容易になる。
