Abstract

SOLUTION: The equipment for testing a semiconductor comprises a connector 3 including a planar insulating elastic member 1 and a planar insulating hard member 2, a test board 5 being connected electrically with a BGA (semiconductor integrated circuit device) 4 through the connector 3 in order to test the BGA 4, and a guide member 6. When the BGA 4 is tested electrically using the connector 3, rigidity at the insulating elastic member 1 is enhanced through the insulating hard member 2 at the time of connecting the BGA 4 with the test board 5 and thereby reinforcing the insulating elastic member and the insulating elastic member 1 is reinforced.
