Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an in-mold decorated product having a good appearance which is free from generation of wrinkles by a method wherein a parting face from a suction hole provided inside from a position against which a clamp component clamping an inmold decoration film of the parting face of a movable mold abuts to a cavity recessed part is made a finely irregular face. SOLUTION: A movable mold 1 has a cavity recessed part injecting molten resin, a parting face 3 against which a clamp component 8 clamping an inmold decoration film 7 arranged thereon abuts, and a suction hole 4 for sucking the in-mold decoration film 7. The suction hole 4 is positioned inside from a position against which the clamp component 8 of the parting face 3 abuts, and the parting face 3 from the suction hole 4 to the cavity recessed part is formed in a finely irregular face 5. Since a state wherein a fine clearance is formed between the in-mold decoration film 7 and the finely irregular 5 is obtained thereby when the film 7 is sucked, partial inferiority in adhesion of the in-mold decoration film 7 onto an inner face of the cavity recessed part 6 is removed.

2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, there have been the following methods for obtaining a simultaneously molded article in which a painting film is adhered to an injection molded article. First, a mold A having a cavity recess into which a molten resin is injected, a suction hole (including a suction groove) formed on the inner surface of the cavity recess for sucking the painting film, and a mold A A mold for simultaneous molding and painting comprising a mold B having an injection port for injecting the molten resin into the cavity concave portion in the mold closed state, and a painting film are prepared. Next, a painting film is inserted between the mold A and the mold B, and the painting film disposed on the cavity recess is clamped by the clamp member. Next, the paint film is sucked through the suction hole to make the painting film adhere to the inner surface of the cavity concave portion. Next, the mold A and the mold B are closed, the molten resin is injected into the cavity concave portion from the injection port of the mold B, and a painting film is adhered to the surface of the injection molded product. However, hitherto, only a simultaneously molded article having poor appearance has been obtained. That is, since the suction hole for sucking the painting film is formed in the inner surface of the cavity concave portion, a trace of the suction hole is formed on the surface of the finished simultaneously formed painted product. If the suction hole is made smaller to reduce the trace, the appearance will be slightly better, but the trace of the suction hole will remain as it is, so it is not a means that can basically solve the problem, the painting film adheres to the entire inner surface of the cavity recess before,
Another problem is that the suction holes are blocked by the painting film, and the wrinkled painting film adheres to the surface of the injection molded product.

In the mold of the present invention, a fine uneven surface 5 may be formed on the entire or part of the parting surface 3 of the mold on which the suction hole 4 is not provided (FIG. 7). Fine uneven surface 5
Since the depth and width of the irregularities are extremely smaller than the thickness of the painting film 7, the movable mold 1 and the fixed mold 2 are closed, and the parting surface 3 of the movable mold 1 and the parting surface of the fixed mold 2 are closed. 3 is in close contact with the painting film 7, even if there is a gap between the parting surface 3 on which the suction hole 4 is not provided and the painting film 7, air can enter. A gap is not formed so that the molten resin can enter. Parting surface 3 of the mold on the side not provided with suction hole 4
If the fine uneven surface 5 is provided, a gap is created between the painting film 7 and the parting surface 3 even after closing the mold. Although the molten resin does not flow out due to the gap, the air compressed by the injection pressure of the molten resin can be exhausted outside the mold through the gap. This is advantageous because air bubbles are less likely to be mixed or chipped in the injection molded article.

The present invention has the following operation. (1) Since the parting surface has the suction holes 4, the suction holes 4 do not contact the surface of the simultaneously painted product. (2) Since the depth and width of the unevenness of the fine unevenness surface 5 are extremely small as compared with the thickness of the painting film 7, even if the painting film 7 is sucked, the finely unevenness of the painting film 7 remains on the parting surface. The surface 5 is not completely closed, and a fine gap is formed between the painting film 7 and the fine uneven surface 5. When all or most of the fine recesses are connected, air flows in the fine uneven surface 5 in all directions other than the cavity recess 6 direction. Therefore, the air in the cavity 6 reaches one of the suction holes 4 without fail. Multiple suction holes 4
Even if the periphery of some of the suction holes 4 is closed by the painting film 7, air is guided to the other suction holes 4 by the fine uneven surface 5. (3) When the fine uneven surface 5 is formed on the entire periphery of the edge of the opening of the cavity 6, suction can be performed from the entire periphery of the cavity 6, and the painting film 7 can be applied to the inner surface of the cavity 6. The partial poor adhesion is eliminated. Even if the periphery of a part of the plurality of suction holes 4 is closed by the painting film 7, air is guided to the other suction holes 4 by the fine uneven surface 5. The air sucked from the entire periphery of the edge of the cavity 6 can also be sucked from the entire periphery of the cavity concave portion 6.

According to the simultaneous-molding mold of the present invention, since the suction hole of the painting film is formed on the parting surface and it is not necessary to form the suction hole on the inner surface of the cavity concave portion, the finished molding is completed. No trace of the suction hole is left on the surface of the painting film of the simultaneous painting. Also, the depth and width of the unevenness of the fine uneven surface of the parting surface is extremely small compared to the thickness of the painting film, so the painting film is sucked by the suction hole, and the painting film adheres to the parting surface Also, since fine gaps are formed between the fine irregularities and the fine irregularities, suction can be performed evenly, and the wrinkled painting film does not adhere to the surface of the injection molded product. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a molded simultaneous painted article having a good appearance.
