Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily stick a light shielding film without generating creases by stripping a released film after cutting a light shielding film into a prescribed form, returning the released film after interposing moisture between an adhesive face and it, and sticking the light shielding film on a vehicle window glass while stripping the released film. SOLUTION: When a car film α composed of a light shielding film 1 and a released film 3 is stuck onto a rear window glass (hereafter glass) 7, at first the glass 7 is covered with the car film α, and the film is cut into a prescribed form. Next while stripping the released film 3 on a workbench, atomized mist of water solution L is blown between an adhesive face 2a and it. Next the car film αis wound up into a roll-like body R so that the released film 3 side is placed inside. Thereafter, while the released film 3 is stripped and left on the back face of the light shielding film 1 inside by one round, the exposed adhesive face 2a is opposed to the glass face 7a, and the light shielding film 1 is stuck onto the glass 7.

2. Description of the Related Art In vehicles such as passenger cars, for the purpose of preventing passengers from glare and ultraviolet rays from the sun, or to prevent fading of decorations in the passenger compartment and to make the exterior view clear from the passenger compartment. A light-shielding film is adhered to the vehicle window glass such as the rear window glass. The adhesion of the light-shielding film to the vehicle window glass has heretofore been generally performed by the following construction method, taking the rear window glass as an example. First, a car film divided product having a size divided into three equal parts or four equal parts with respect to the size of the rear window glass is cut so that the connection portions thereof are overlapped. Then, for the first car film divided product, while peeling the release film, and so that the adhesive surface of the peeled surface is opposed to the predetermined glass surface of the rear window glass, from the vehicle interior side of the light shielding film Make a temporary attachment. Next, the second piece of car film is temporarily attached so that the boundary line of the light-shielding film of the first piece of car film overlaps with the second piece of car-film. Then, the overlapping portions of the light-shielding film on the first and second surfaces are cut with a cutter or the like to remove unnecessary portions of the first and second light-shielding films that do not overlap. At this time, the joint portion of the first sheet and the second sheet is arranged along the heat ray for defrosting so that the joint portion cannot be seen. The light-shielding film for the third or fourth sheet is also performed in the same manner as the above construction. After that, trimming processing or the like is performed to complete the adhesion of the light shielding film.

In the above-mentioned construction, the car film is divided into a number of pieces because an operator enters a narrow vehicle compartment and peels off the release film, and the adhesive surface is made to face the glass surface to clean one large light-shielding film. It was difficult to attach it to. This is because the car film as a single sheet is too large to handle, and the light-shielding film is easily broken, and if left as a scratch, it often ends up having to start over from the beginning. In addition, depending on the car model, the rear window glass has a curved shape, and if a large piece of light-shielding film is adhered, it may cause wrinkles by dividing the light-shielding film, because partial wrinkles may cause a poor appearance. This is because it was necessary to avoid

However, in the conventional method for adhering a light-shielding film, the work has to be repeated a plurality of times only by dividing the light-shielding film into a plurality of parts, which requires a long working time. Further, the work of bringing the joints of the divided light-shielding films along the heat ray line for defrosting requires skill and must be performed carefully, so that the burden of labor and time is further increased. On the other hand, not all vehicles are equipped with heat rays for defrosting, and in the case of vehicles without heat rays, the joint was found by the adjustment of the light rays, and the problem could not be hidden. .

As a countermeasure, the work of peeling off the peeling film in a narrow vehicle compartment is stopped, and the car film cut into a predetermined size is placed on a workbench or the like before entering the vehicle cabin, and after peeling off the peeling film. Attempts have also been made to bring a light-shielding film whose adhesive surface is exposed to the inside of a vehicle and to directly attach the light-shielding film to the glass surface. However, according to this method, the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface is exposed, so that the light-shielding film picked up dust, and when viewed with the light-shielding film attached, it was not in a state usable as a product. Generally, the place where the light-shielding film is applied is far from the clean room, and no matter how cleanly the cleaning is performed, if the adhesive surface is once taken out from the workbench and the time to bring it into the vehicle is passed, it becomes a waste. , I definitely picked up dust, and the shading film became defective. In addition, it was extremely difficult to bring the light-shielding film with the adhesive surface left as it was into a narrow vehicle compartment and attach the light-shielding film over the entire glass surface so that the adhesive surfaces did not stick to each other. . Further, with respect to the rear window glass having a curved shape, the problem of wrinkle formation has not been able to be solved due to the large light-shielding film.

According to the method of adhering the light-shielding film of the first invention, water is applied between the release film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface and is returned to the original state. Easy to peel off. Even if the single piece is large, since it is rolled up in a roll, the light-shielding film can be attached smoothly in the passenger compartment. Further, as in the second invention, when a mist is sprayed on the release film, and one piece is wound into a roll-shaped body so that the release film is on the inside, the release film on the roll-shaped body is shielded from light around the inside. Since the light-shielding film can be attached to the glass surface while leaving it behind the film, there is no difficulty in handling the release film during attachment. As in the third invention, if you blow hot air onto the light-shielding film, wrinkles can be dispersed and eliminated, so even if it is a large piece of unshaped two-dimensional film, it can be glued cleanly to a curved vehicle window glass. it can. When a suction cup is used as in the fourth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the light-shielding film (or the light-shielding film and the release film attached to the upper surface thereof) that has been pasted from coming off, so that the work proceeds smoothly.

The method of adhering the light-shielding film 1 to the rear window glass 7 is performed in the following order of construction. First,
From the outside of the car, the rear window glass 7 is covered with the designated car film α and cut into a single piece A having a predetermined size (FIG. 2). The single piece A of FIG. 2 is still in the stage of being simply cut out from the bundle of the car film α. The car film α is fitted to the shape of the rear window glass 7, and in view of the fact that the light-shielding film 1 is finally attached from the passenger compartment side, in particular, a groove portion on the passenger compartment side and a mounting portion for other interior parts After considering the above, the cutting is performed according to the outer peripheral curve of the rear window glass 7 while taking these into consideration. The single sheet A thus produced is shown in FIG. In addition, in order to facilitate the handling of the sticking, the side edge e of the piece A can be attached with an ear (FIG. 3).

Next, the above-mentioned one piece A is placed on a work table such as a table T, and the aqueous solution L is placed between the release film 3 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2a while peeling off the release film 3 related to the one piece A.
Spray the atomized mist (Fig. 4). In FIG. 4, the release film 3 is wide open for easy understanding, but in reality, the release film 3 is opened from the adhesive surface 2a.
And the mist (moisture) from the sprayer 8 is sprayed so as to spread evenly over the adhesive surface 2a. This spray, to keep a narrow gap,
After the moisture has been applied to the region up to the approximate center of the single sheet A, the peeled release film 3 is once put on the adhesive surface 2a. Then, the release film 3 at the opposite side position
Remove and spray mist in the same way up to the center position. After the spraying is finished, the release film 3 is covered again on the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2a to restore the original state. The mist spraying operation (moisture application) needs to be performed carefully and in a short time because dust floating in the air may adhere to the adhesive surface 2a while the gap is opened. And then
After completing the spraying of the mist over the entire pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2a, this time, on the peeled film 3 which has been restored,
Furthermore, mist is sprayed over the entire surface.

By the way, the aqueous solution L of the mist sprayed by using the sprayer 8 may be just water, but if a small amount of detergent (for example, kitchen detergent) is added, it will be described later on the glass surface 7
When the light-shielding film 1 is attached to a, the release film 3 is easily peeled from the light-shielding film 1, which is more preferable. Here, several drops of kitchen detergent (Lion Co., Ltd., trade name: Charmy Green) is added to 500 ml of tap water. In the present embodiment, the aqueous solution L is sprayed to give water between the release film 3 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2a, but instead of this, it is also possible to apply water to the release film 3 side with a brush or the like. it can.

Subsequently, the single sheet A is wound up on the roll-shaped body R with the side of the release film 3 on which the mist is blown facing inside (FIG. 5). At the stage of being rolled up on the roll-shaped body R, the release film 3 or the adhesive surface 2a
The surplus aqueous solution L (water content) on the top oozes out to the side. The single piece A, which has been occupying a large area in a flat state up to now, becomes extremely small when wound up as a roll R (FIG. 6). Incidentally, FIG. 6, FIG. 7 and FIG.
In FIG. 1, hatching of the light shielding film 1 is omitted in order to make the sectional view easy to understand.

Thereafter, the work of adhering the light shielding film 1 to the glass surface 7a of the rear window glass 7 is started. Prior to this, the vehicle interior side glass surface 7a is cleaned cleanly. The glass surface 7a is washed with water to completely remove the attached dust. Then, the roll-shaped body R is brought into the vehicle compartment and the light-shielding film 1 is attached. Shading film 1
7, the peeling film 3 is peeled off, and the adhesive surface 2a that appears is made to face the glass surface 7a of the rear window glass 7 while leaving the peeling film 3 on the back surface of the light shielding film 1 on the inside. The light shielding film 1 is attached to the rear window glass 7. Here, when the mist is sprayed onto the release film 3, the release film 3 is easily attached to the back surface of the light-shielding film 1 on the inner side by the action of water. On the other hand, the release film 3 can be easily peeled from the light-shielding film 1 by applying a mist to the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2a which has been treated in advance. If the car film α is a single piece A simply cut into a predetermined size, it is difficult to peel off the release film 3 from the light-shielding film 1, and the light-shielding film 1 is easily broken and easily damaged. Since the mist is interposed on the adhesive surface 2a, the release film 3
Can be easily peeled off, and the light-shielding film 1 can be easily attached to the glass surface 7a. On the other hand, the single piece A rolled up on the roll-shaped body R becomes small, easy to carry, and easy to handle in the passenger compartment, so that the operator is no longer in trouble.

Further, from the state shown in FIG. 7, the roll-shaped body R is unwound along the glass surface 7a (FIG. 8), and the light-shielding film is formed over the entire glass surface 7a from the starting point S to the ending point G of the rear window glass 7. Finish sticking 1 (Fig. 1
0). In the process of attaching the light shielding film 1, the release film 3
Is placed on the back surface of the light-shielding film 1 deviated by approximately πD with respect to the diameter D of the roll-shaped body R, and therefore, there is no difficulty in handling the peeled release film 3 as in the conventional case. After the sticking of the light-shielding film 1 to the glass surface 7a, if the tip portion 31 is rolled up, the peeling film 3
Can be taken out of the vehicle in a state in which it is rolled up small. Further, the release film 3 is shaped so as to be delayed from the light-shielding film 1 by πD, and the rear portion 32 of the release film 3 is lifted at the final stage. Therefore, holding this portion, the unnecessary release film 3 can be rolled up or left as it is. It is also possible to withdraw. After pulling out the rear portion 32, the end point G portion of the light shielding film 1 is pressed against the glass surface 7a.

By the way, in the rear window glass 7 and the like, it is usually inclined upward toward the roof. Even if the light-shielding film 1 is attached at a corner, the light-shielding film 1 falls down before a complete adhesive force is applied. There is a tendency (broken line in FIG. 9). In addition, in the present embodiment, since the water is interposed as described above, when the light-shielding film 1 is attached as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the glass surface 7a to which the light-shielding film 1 is to be attached is adhered. Therefore, the light-shielding film 1 is slippery, and the release film 3 attached to the back surface of the light-shielding film 1 is also slippery, so that the light-shielding film 1 tends to drop more. Therefore, here, from the top of the light-shielding film 1 (or the release film 3 attached to the upper surface of the light-shielding film 1), which has been attached, near the start point of the attachment of the light-shielding film 1 to the glass surface 7a. The above problem is solved by pressing the suction cup 4 such as 9 against the glass surface 7a, locking the light shielding film 1 in this portion to the glass surface 7a, and sticking the remaining light shielding film 1 are doing. A magnet is applied from the outside of the vehicle, and a magnetic material is attracted to the magnet from the passenger compartment side.
However, this method requires two workers on the vehicle interior side and the vehicle exterior side, and if the light-shielding film 1 is bonded during a business trip, the labor cost increases. . The inventor has found that even if the light-shielding film 1 is placed on the glass surface 7a and the slippery release film 3 is placed on the light-shielding film 1, the light-shielding film 1 attached to the passenger compartment side with the suction cup 4 is removed. It has been found that the film 3 can be locked to the predetermined glass surface 7a. By this method
A person working in the vehicle can lock one portion of the light-shielding film (further, the other portion of the peeling film 3), which easily falls down or slides down, by the suction cup 4, and thus can work alone. of course,
As many suction cups 4 as needed can be used.

On the other hand, in the light-shielding film 1 which has been pasted on the glass surface 7a, the rear window glass 7 does not necessarily have a flat structure as shown in FIG. In particular, in the light-shielding film 1 that is the single sheet A, wrinkles W are more frequently generated than in the case of the divided products. However, in this embodiment, the wrinkles W are eliminated by blowing hot air. The light-shielding film 1 is originally a two-dimensional film even if it tries to fit along the curved surface shape of the rear window glass 7, and since the light-shielding film 1 is not shaped in the curved surface shape, wrinkles W inevitably occur. On the other hand, the present inventor found that when hot air was blown on the wrinkle W portion of the light-shielding film 1 to disperse the wrinkle W, the wrinkle W disappeared neatly without leaving any trace. As a device for blowing hot air, here is a heat gun (manufactured by Ishizaki Electric Co., Ltd., product name: Plajet type:
PJ-214A) is used. Unlike a simple dryer, this heat gun can blow hot air with a maximum capacity of 650 ° C, and under the temperature control, the wrinkle W
Was extremely effective in the disappearance of. Although the principle of disappearance of the wrinkles W of the light-shielding film 1 is not clear, the light-shielding film 1 made of a thermoplastic resin such as a polyester resin is solid at room temperature but softens when heated to become a fluid. It is considered that the wrinkle W portion can be softened by the application of heat, and can be well dispersed to disappear.

Thus, the wrinkles W remaining on the light-shielding film 1 are eliminated, and if necessary, the light-shielding film 1 is finally trimmed to complete the adhesion of the light-shielding film 1 to the rear window glass 7.

The method of adhering the light-shielding film 1 configured as described above, even if the light-shielding film 1 having a large size of the one-piece object A, is rolled up into the roll-shaped body R and brought into the vehicle compartment, so that even if it is the one-piece object A. Even if it becomes small, it does not hinder the attachment work of the light shielding film 1. Before attaching the light-shielding film 1, moisture is previously applied between the release film 3 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2a, so that the light-shielding film 1 is attached to the glass surface 7a.
The release film 3 can be easily peeled off at the stage of adhering. Conventionally, when a large piece A is used, it is difficult to peel the peeling film 3 when peeling the peeling film 3 and the light shielding film 1 is often broken and leaves scratches, but it is easy to stick, and in such a situation Don't Further, conventionally, since the light-shielding film 1 and the release film 3 are spread in the shape of “C”, it is difficult to treat the peeled release film 3. However, in the present embodiment, the light-shielding film 1 is peeled on the back surface. Since the film 3 is attached, the worker can concentrate on the sticking work of the light shielding film 1 and complete the adhesion of the light shielding film 1 with good quality. That is, the light shielding film 1
It is sufficient to consider a treatment of peeling off the release film 3 after the sticking of the above is finished, and it is easy to carry out as a work process procedure. In the release film 3, the light-shielding film 1 has the glass surface 7a.
Since it is peeled off just before it is stuck on, there is no room for dust to enter, ensuring high-quality bonding technology. In addition, the use of the suction cup 4 enables one person to work, which contributes to labor saving and is particularly useful for reducing personnel costs during business trips. Of course, it is no longer necessary for two workers to enter the narrow vehicle compartment,
It is easy to do the work itself. Further, wrinkles W generated by using the large light-shielding film 1 of the one-piece article A can be eliminated by blowing hot air, so there is no inconvenience. By enabling the method of bonding the light-shielding film 1 that has become a large piece A, not only the work can proceed smoothly, but also the problems of joints in vehicles without heat rays can be eliminated, and its quality is also excellent. It exerts its power.

(2) Embodiment 2 In this embodiment, a mist is sprayed between the release film 3 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2a, but no mist is sprayed on the release film 3 as in the first embodiment. Then, after the moisture is interposed between the release film 3 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2a to restore the original, the light shielding film 1 is placed inside and the single sheet A is wound up on the roll-shaped body R. Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the release film 3 is peeled off with the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2a facing the glass surface 7a of the vehicle window glass, the roll-shaped body R is unwound, and the light-shielding film 1 is attached to the vehicle window glass. To go. As the light-shielding film 1 is attached to the vehicle window glass, the release film 3 is separated from the roll-shaped body R. For this reason, there is a drawback that disposing of the release film 3 is more troublesome than in the first embodiment. The other configurations and operations are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, and exhibit the same excellent effects as those of the first embodiment.
