部に沿って接合して中間製品を作製する工程と、この中
間製品の前記熱収縮性シートを熱収縮させて前記表皮の
周縁部を芯体の裏側へ巻き込み、前記表皮の周縁部に巻
き込み部を形出する工程とによって1対の半割り体を作
製してから、この両半割り体を前記両巻き込み部を重ね
合わせた状態で結合することを特徴とするサンバイザ本
体の製造方法。
