Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.シリンダ孔(20)を備えたハウジング(11)と、上記シリンダ孔(20)内 で往復動可能で、上記シリンダ孔(20)と密封かつ案内共動するピストンヘッド (63)を備えたハンマーピストン(28)と、上記ハンマーピストン(28)のそれ ぞれの端部に交互に駆動圧搾空気を加えて上記シリンダ孔(20)内で上記ハンマ ーピストン(28)を往復動させる空気分配弁(26、27)と、上記ハウジング(11 )に取付けられ、作業工具(16)の案内及び支持手段を成す前方部分(13)と、 上記シリンダ孔(20)と同軸でしかも上記シリンダ孔(20)より直径の小さく、 環状肩部(49)によって上記シリンダ孔(20)から分離された順方向シリンダ孔 伸長部(50)と、上記順方向シリンダ孔伸長部(50)内で密封的に案内され、上 記作業工具(16)の後端部(15)に通常当接する前方端部及び上記順方向シリン ダ孔伸長部(50)内に通常位置した後方端部(62)とを備えたアンビル(14)と 、上記順方向シリンダ孔伸長部(50)内に円筒状に貫通し、上記ハンマーピスト ン(28)の往復動時に上記アンビル(14)の上記後方端部(62)に反復衝撃を加 える順方向に伸長したステム部分(64)とを有し、上記順方向シリンダ孔伸長部 (50)内への上記ステム部分(64)の貫通時に、上記ステム部分(64)及び上記 ピストンヘッド(63)が上記シリンダ孔(20)及び上記環状肩部(49)と共に環 状のエネルギ吸収空気クッション室(59)を形 成する空気圧衝撃ブレーカにおいて、 上記ピストンヘッド(63)が上記ステム部分(64)より軸方向に相当長く伸び、 上記ピストンヘッド(63)が上記シリンダ孔(20)と案内かつ密封共動する二つ の軸方向に離間した端部分(65、66)を備え、 上記端部分(65、66)の各々と上記シリンダ孔(20)との間の半径方向遊びが、 上記ステム部分(64)と上記順方向シリンダ孔伸長部(50)との間の半径方向遊 び(Δ)より小さく、 それにより、上記シリンダ孔(20)内における上記ハンマーピストン(28)の正 確な案内が得られ、上記ステム部分(64)と上記順方向シリンダ孔伸長部(50) との間の非金属性の有効な密封共動が保証され、さらには上記クッション室(59 )の気密性が改善される ことを特徴とする空気圧衝撃ブレーカ。 2.上記順方向シリンダ孔伸長部(50)は、上記環状肩部(49)から軸方向に ある距離をおいて配置され、上記ステム部分(64)が衝撃行程中に上記順方向シ リンダ孔伸長部(50)内に貫通する際に、上記アンビル(14)と上記ステム部分 (64)との間に含まれた空気量に対する環状膨脹容積を形成する周囲溝(54)を 備えている請求の範囲1に記載の空気圧衝撃ブレーカ。 3.上記ピストンヘッド(63)の長さが上記ステム部分(64)の長さの少なく とも三倍である請求の範囲1又 は2に記載の空気圧衝撃ブレーカ。 4.上記順方向シリンダ孔伸長部(50)が、上記シリンダ孔(20)内にのびる スリーブ(17)によって形成され、また上記環状肩部(49)が上記スリーブ(17 )の後方端部で形成されている請求の範囲1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の空気圧 衝撃ブレーカ。 5.上記アンビル(14)がその前方端部に環状つば(53)を備え、上記スリー ブ(17)が上記順方向シリンダ孔伸長部(50)の前部と同軸にかつその中に配置 され、上記環状つば(53)に対する案内手段を成す細長い案内孔(51)を備えて いる請求の範囲4に記載の空気圧衝撃ブレーカ。
