Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.意識のあるヒト患者における病理学的に過剰興奮した感覚神経機能を軽減、 正常化または診断する方法であって、当該患者にアデノシンレセプター作動薬の 有効量を経腸的または非経口的に投与することを含む方法。 2.末梢静脈内に投与する場合、アデノシンの投与速度が5〜150μg/kg 体重/分である請求項1記載の方法。 3.末梢静脈内に投与する場合、アデノシンの投与速度が10〜80μg/kg 体重/分である請求項1記載の方法。 4.過剰興奮した感覚神経機能が感覚過敏および/または感覚異常症である請求 項1記載の方法。 5.過剰興奮した感覚神経機能が触覚、圧力、熱および/または冷たさに対する 異痛症である請求項1記載の方法。 6.過剰興奮した感覚神経機能が痛覚過敏である請求項1記載の方法。 7.過剰興奮した感覚神経機能が耳鳴または眩暈である請求項1記載の方法。 8.意識のあるヒトにおける病理学的に過剰興奮した感覚神経機能の軽減、正常 化または診断用医薬を製造するためのアデノシンレセプター作動薬の使用。 9.末梢静脈内に投与する場合、5〜150μg/kg体重/分の非経口投与用 溶液を製造するための請求項8記載の使用。 10.末梢静脈内に投与する場合、10〜80μg/kg体重/分の非経口投与 用溶液を製造するための請求項8記載の使用。 11.過剰興奮した感覚神経機能が感覚過敏および/または感覚異常症である請 求項8記載の使用。 12.過剰興奮した感覚神経機能が触覚、圧力、熱および/または冷たさに対す る異痛症である請求項8記載の使用。 13.過剰興奮した感覚神経機能が痛覚過敏である請求項8記載の使用。 14.過剰興奮した感覚神経機能が耳鳴または眩暈である請求項8記載の使用。 15.アデノシンレセプター作動薬を有効成分として含有する、意識のあるヒト における病理学的に過剰興奮した感覚神経機能の軽減、正常化または診断用薬剤 。
