Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1個の水冷式酸素ランスによってガス化床中に酸素を注入する ことを含む、場合によっては熱によって前処理された不均一な廃棄物の高温ガス 化方法であって、高いフレーム温度及び高い燃焼速度の少なくとも1つの永久燃 焼パイロットフレームを備えた酸素ランスを、ランスの酸素が少なくともほぼ音 速にまで加速されるように用いることを特徴とする方法。 2.ランスの酸素に依存せずに調節可能なパイロットフレームを、ほぼ化学量 論比の、プロセスに固有な合成ガスの成分と、少なくとも酸素によって富化され た燃焼空気とによって駆動することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 3.中央フレームによって発せられる過剰な熱を用いて、酸化されることがで きない廃棄物成分を溶融することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 4.永久燃焼パイロットフレームの存在下で酸素を酸素ランスにパルスとして 導入することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 5.ガス化床を中心として配置され、パルスとして注入される酸素によって駆 動される幾つかのランスが、ガス化帯が循環するように、移相的にパルス化され 、パルスの持続期間中にガス化物質中にチャンネルが形成され、これらのチャン ネルがパルス休止中には崩壊し、そのためにガス化領域への回転式物質供給が行 われることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
