Method for constructing a tunnel-like cover or screen on a road such as a road or railroad
The invention is intended to be as safe as possible and to prevent traffic from causing visual or audible interference.
How to build a cover on the road to reach the required range
You.
Increased traffic on roads and railroads causes noise pollution in many places.
Was.
For many years, sound barriers have been placed between traffic and building areas. This is one
In general, many proposals for housing have been planned to alleviate this problem.
The plan is known. In this context, the guidelines used are that
Noise caused by traffic if hidden from view of occupants of the built-in area of the building
Pollution has been reduced to a sufficient extent.
On the other hand, experience has shown that this method of controlling the noise generated by traffic, especially automobile traffic, is insufficient.
Minutes, and in one place the screen design was partially
It has been changed to a form of stretchable cover. But this last-mentioned solution is
It is only feasible if a traffic route such as a roadway is newly constructed,
Not impossible on busy roads where traffic will be more disrupted
I can't do it.
From published international patent applications WO 93/02264 and WO 93/04246,
By installing a tunnel-shaped cover on a traffic route such as a motorway,
It is known to completely cover the passage. This cover was described in these patent applications
Inflate the canopy according to the method and
Spray hardenable materials such as foamed plastic and concrete onto the inner canopy wall
On the contrary, the actual situation can be constructed by creating a tunnel on the ground. This ton
The flannel is for ventilation or daylighting, directed to the desired location, away from the building area.
There can be openings, which also make the covered road reasonably weatherproof.
Protect every time.
However, in this case, there is a problem that it cannot be used for transportation during construction, which causes noise.
There is a problem with existing transportation equipment that causes sound pollution, which is solved by the present invention.
The intention is to decide.
The invention covers a distance essentially equal to the length of the screen section to be constructed.
A temporary cover having a width and height such that transportation can move under the cover,
Work being performed outside the temporary cover to create a screen or screen portion
Traffic lines (roads and / or railroads) with temporary coverings that protect the traffic
By providing it, the above-mentioned object is achieved.
In this method, four cars with one cover or with two parallel covers
It is possible to completely cover lanes or 6-lane roads, but allow traffic to pass during construction.
In terms of what can be done and the environment, smaller roads, ie fewer lanes
You can cover the road.
This method is permanent, outside of the cover, which is temporary and therefore later irrelevant.
Can be used to build bars.
But for this purpose, economically meaningful and problem-free results
It is clear that it is preferable to use a method that has sufficient know-how to
.
This is the construction of a screen in the form of a tunnel cover as follows.
It is possible if the installation method can be used. That is, in this method, the cover is built.
Place a formwork that can be inflated over a certain length of the traffic path for installation.
, In its inflated state, determine the cross section of the cover and then along both sides of the traffic
Fixed to the prefabricated foundation by the lower edge. The inflatable formwork has both ends
There will be a seal on the ground traffic route. Accessible via air lock
After the mold has been inflated, the inner wall of the mold is filled with foam plastic and concrete.
The concrete is reinforced by the spraying of a hardenable material such as grit. Total of these
International patent applications WO 93/02264, WO 93/04246
And is based on the principles disclosed in EP 0357151.
According to the present invention, the temporary cover is such that the work space under pressure of the inflatable mold is expanded outside.
With a gleaming formwork, the inside is with a temporary cover and the ends are between the formwork and the temporary cover.
In the traffic space below it, in the manner determined by the sealing screen of
And also with respect to the end seals.
Therefore, the pressurized work space is relatively close to both sides of the temporary cover and above the roof of the temporary cover.
Limited to a small space.
This is less than if the space to be filled with some high pressure air had no cover.
And the traffic under the temporary cover is unobstructed and without any risk of damage
It means you can move.
For spraying foamed plastic and concrete, and if necessary
Temporary cover so that the device for mounting the reinforcing rod can be placed on the roof of the temporary cover.
Preferably has sufficient supporting strength.
Customary for the manufacture of dome-shaped bodies by the method disclosed in EP-B-0357151
No special equipment with lifting arms is required. Floor or
Blow the side walls from the small scaffolds in the narrow space on both sides of the temporary covering to the height of the roof of the temporary covering.
It can be made by attaching it, and subsequently the uppermost part can be sprayed from the temporary cover
.
It is particularly preferable that the temporary cover can be rolled and moved, in which case the temporary cover is
Once a partial section of length, eg 50 meters, permanent cover is constructed, end seals
Can be moved over a portion of the road after removing the
The nopy is attached to the previously constructed part and the seal is reattached in place.
The space between the temporary cover and the inflatable formwork has its required shape due to the blowing of air.
The spraying and curing steps can be repeated subsequently.
In this case, i.e. spraying in an inflatable mold which maintains its shape under high pressure
When using the method, the temporary covering is relatively airtight with the bottom edge where it joins the floor.
Of course, and it is necessary to maintain this state.
Needless to say, this is a simple one with the appropriate materials and sealing strips.
Although the present invention can be achieved by the method, the present invention is temporarily performed by the sealing film on the side facing the work space.
It offers the simple possibility of covering the cover. This film is durable or
Protected against damage. In this way, the temporary covering itself is also made of a film to form side walls.
And covered or sealed along the roof and this film is
Maintains contact, and secures a sealing action on the floor or road surface at the lower end position
Is done.
The end seals can be a detachably fixed quarter spherical section,
All of which are described in the above-mentioned patent application WO 93/02264.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. In the figure,
1 is a cross-sectional view of an apparatus according to the invention for applying the method according to the invention,
2 is similar to FIG. 1 and shows another stage of the method,
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of an inflatable mold having a temporary cover for one compartment,
Figure 4 shows the results schematically,
5 is a side view of the cover shown in FIG. 4 as viewed from left to right in FIG.
FIG. 6 shows diagrammatically the further steps of this method, and
FIG. 7 shows diagrammatically how this method can be applied to existing railways.
FIG. 1 shows a half roadway 1 of a motorway with three lanes on each side, the other half of which
It is located to the left of FIG. 1, but not shown.
Foundations 2 and 3 extending in the longitudinal direction are formed on both sides of these three lanes.
These are for supporting the screen to be constructed, and of the inflatable formwork described further on.
Intended for mounting.
A temporary covering consisting of the side walls 6 and 7 and the roof 8 is placed above the three lanes used for traffic.
And is bounded by barriers 4 and 5.
An inflatable mold 9 is attached to the bases 2 and 3, and this mold is, for example,
Made of polyvinyl chloride UV resistant cloth, which can have suitable color
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, the end seals 10 and 11 are connected to each other by means of a chain line in FIG.
Is tied. These end seals are removably connected to the formwork 9 at 12,
In addition, it is connected to the side walls 6 and 7 and the end of the roof 8 in a closed state.
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the inflatable mold 9 and the temporary cover are
There is a working space between the floors 6, 7 and 8 and this working space is above the roof 8 of the temporary cover.
A portion is shown at 13, and both sides of the temporary cover are shown at 14 and 15, respectively.
From the working spaces 14 and 15 and, if the use of scaffolds 18 is required,
From the roof 8 of the same, foam material and concrete are added in the form of foam layer 16 and concrete layer 17.
You can spray the reet.
In FIG. 1, the sources of reinforcing rods are shown at 19a, 19b and 19c,
They can be fixed during the construction process using the method described in one of the above documents.
, And is incorporated into Shotcrete.
FIG. 3 shows an airlock at 20. It can be installed in various places,
As such from the tension canopy and from the method of European patent 0357151 mentioned above.
It is known.
4 and 5 show the results of the type of cover 21 above the three-lane motorway,
The cover should have openings 22 for ventilation and lighting on the side remote from the building area 23.
Can be.
The second half of the motorway for traffic in the opposite direction, indicated at 24, is covered in the same way.
It could be provided, but in most cases this would obviously be unnecessary.
In addition, the cover may have different types of windows or windows depending on the desired lighting and ventilation equipment.
Can be provided with an opening. The location of the opening is acoustical in the direction of the building area.
Is selected so that it cannot penetrate to the outside.
The inflatable formwork remains behind as a permanent skeleton. Can this be properly colored
It is UV resistant. This protects the underlying foam and concrete layers from the effects of weather
I do. If desired, cover the soil by embankment and planting.
Can be hidden from view. At the location where the opening is provided, the curable material is not sprayed.
If not, and the film of the mold is cut off at this position.
It is clear that the temporary covering will be removed from the constructed part.
