Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ・支持体に置かれた第1の層に一つの層を重ね、 ・重ねられた層の面に対しほぼ垂直に作動する結合手段を用いて所定の条件下 で重ねられた層を共に結合させ、 ・1ステップで結合手段に関連して支持体を移動させ、 ・前記層に第3の層を重ね、 ・前記と同じ条件の下で前記層に第3の層を結合させ、さらに ・一定の針効率を利用して、次に続く層を同様に処理し、 かつ前記支持体と前記結合手段の間で種々のステップサイズを採択することを 特徴とするほぼ一定の厚さの繊維質層を重ねて繊維質基板を製造する方法。 2.所定の厚さの基板を提供することを特徴とし、重ねられかつ共に結合させら れた多様な層に一定の厚さを与えるために採択されたステップサイズ低減関係を 適用する際に変動する移動ステップサイズを採択して、前記基板を形成すること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.40〜52%±2〜4%の範囲にあるTf、 3〜10%±2%の範囲にあるTfz、および 1.85〜1.5mm±0.05mmの範囲にあるe/c、 を得るために、 30〜90±5ストローク/cm2の範囲にあるda、 12.5〜14mm±0.5mmの範囲にあるP、 約1050±50g/m2のms、 のニードリングパラメータを用い、 移動関係が、 ・1.9〜1.6mmの範囲にある移動ステップサイズを選択し、 ・少なくとも2つの連続した層に対し同じ移動ステップを維持し、 ・少なくとも2つの他の連続した層において共に結合する移動ステップを低減 し、 ・少なくとも最後の2つの層について1.6〜1.35mmの範囲にある移動ステッ プサイズを採択し、所定の厚さの基板を形成するまで、連続的に類似の方法で処 理する ことを含む構成であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の 方法。 4.最初の2つの重ねられた層からスタートし、種々のステップサイズ移動関係 を採択しかつ28層に基づく全厚さに対応して26以後の移動ステップをカバー することを含む構成であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第3項までの いずれか一つに記載の方法。 5. da=30±5ストローク/cm2 P=12.5±0.5mm、 ms=1050±50g/m2、 Tf=40±2%、 Tfz=3±2%、 e/c=1.85±0.05mm、 のパラメータを用い、かつ最初の2つの層が配置された後、 ・1.90±0.05mmの3移動ステップ、 ・1.80±0.05mmの5移動ステップ、 ・1.75±0.05mmの5移動ステップ、 ・1.70±0.05mmの5移動ステップ、 ・1.65±0.05mmの5移動ステップ、 ・1.60±0.05mmの3移動ステップ、 の移動ステップサイズが採択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4 項までに記載の方法。 6. da=30±5ストローク/cm2 P=12±0.5mm、 ms=1050±50g/m2、 Tf=41±3%、 Tfz=3±2%、 e/c=1.8±0.05mm、 のパラメータを用い、かつ最初の2つの層が配置された後、 ・1.80±0.05mmの2移動ステップ、 ・1.70±0.05mmの10移動ステップ、 ・1.60±0.05mmの7移動ステップ、 ・1.55±0.05mmの4移動ステップ、 ・1.50±0.05mmの3移動ステップ、 の移動ステップサイズが採択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4 項までに記載の方法。 7. da=30±5ストローク/cm2 P=12±0.5mm、 ms=1050±50g/m2、 Tf=41±3%、 Tfz=3±2%、 e/c=1.8±0.05mm、 のパラメータを用い、かつ最初の2つの層が配置された後、 ・1.8±0.05mmの2移動ステップ、 ・1.7±0.05mmの10移動ステップ、 ・1.65±0.05mmの7移動ステップ、 ・1.60±0.05mmの4移動ステップ、 ・1.55±0.05mmの3移動ステップ、 の移動ステップサイズが採択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4 項までに記載の方法。 8. da=45±5ストローク/cm2 P=13.5±0.5mm、 ms=1050±50g/m2、 Tf=48±4%、 Tfz=5±2%、 e/c=1.7±0.05mm、 のパラメータを用い、かつ最初の2つの層が配置された後、 ・1.65±0.05mmの12移動ステップ、 ・1.55±0.05mmの6移動ステップ、 ・1.50±0.05mmの8移動ステップ、 の移動ステップサイズが採択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4 項までに記載の方法。 9. da=85±5ストローク/cm2 P=13.5±0.5mm、 ms=1050±50g/m2、 Tf=50±4%、 Tfz=8±2%、 e/c=1.55±0.05mm、 のパラメータを用い、かつ最初の2つの層が配置された後、 ・1.60±0.05mmの12移動ステップ、 ・1.55±0.05mmの6移動ステップ、 ・1.50±0.05mmの4移動ステップ、 ・1.45±0.05mmの4移動ステップ、 の移動ステップサイズが採択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4 項までに記載の方法。 10. da=90±5ストローク/cm2 P=14±0.5mm、 ms=1050±50g/m2、 Tf=52±4%、 Tfz=10±2%、 e/c=1.5±0.05mm、 のパラメータを用い、かつ最初の2つの層が配置された後、 ・1.60±0.05mmの5移動ステップ、 ・1.50±0.05mmの5移動ステップ、 ・1.45±0.05mmの5移動ステップ、 ・1.40±0.05mmの5移動ステップ、 ・1.35±0.05mmの6移動ステップ、 の移動ステップサイズが採択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4 項までに記載の方法。 11.所定の厚さの基板についてある移動関係が採択され、同じ基板の次の所定 厚さについては異なる移動関係が採択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 から第9項までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。 12.繊維質基板が、連続的に重ねられかつ共にに結合された層2が一定の厚さ であって、少なくとも一つの所定厚さEを具備することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項から第10項までのいずれか一つに記載の方法を実施して得られた繊維質 基板であって、連続的に重ねられかつ共に結合された複数の繊維質層から積み重 ねられた繊維質基板。 13.第1の所定の厚さE2に続いてそれに結合された少なくとも一つの第2の 所定の厚さE3を具備し、さらにその中で層厚さ2が一定であるが第1の所定の 厚さとは異なることを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項に記載の基板。
