Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.端末資源間の接続を提供するようにされた相互接続されたノードの網を構成 する電気通信網における過負荷を制御する方法において: 最初の不成功の呼を検出すると、カウンタに初期値を設定し、 最初の不成功の呼と同じ呼識別子か、又は該最初の不成功の呼識別子を含む呼 識別子の共通組に属する呼識別子かを有する更なる不成功の呼の各々を検出する とカウンタを歩進させ; 所定のレートで該カウンタを歩減させ; カウンタをして出力を送出するようにせしめ、その出力はカウンタ内の呼の数 が第1のしきい値を超えているときは第1の状態であり、かつカウンタ内の呼の 数が第2のしきい値を下回るときは第2の状態であるものとし;カウンタの出力 にしたがって制限パラメータを設定しまた更新し; 共通の呼識別子をもつか、呼識別子の該共通の組に属する呼識別子をもつ呼を 制限し、この呼を制限する段階で適用される制限のレベルは該制限パラメータの 値によって決定されることを特徴とする方法。 2.前記方法はさらに: 最初の不成功の呼を検出すると、最初の不成功の呼の呼識別子又は不成功の呼 の呼識別子を含む呼識別子の該共通組と該カウンタとを関係付けし; カウンタ内の呼の数が該初期値よりも小さく設定されてい るしきい値を下回って低下したときは、不成功の呼の呼識別子又は不成功の呼の 呼識別子を含む呼識別子の該共通組との関係付けから該カウンタを解放する;各 段階とから成る請求項1記載の方法。 3.制限パラメータを設定し更新する段階において、制限パラメータの更新の都 度後に、第1の期間では制限パラメータは更新されず、第2の期間では制限パラ メータが変えられて、もしカウンタの出力が第2の状態から第1の状態に変ると きは制限のレベルの厳格さを増大させるようにし、もしカウンタの出力が第1の 状態から第2の状態へ変るときは制限のレベルの厳格さを減少させるようにし、 またもし第2の期間がカウンタの出力の状態の変化なしに経過したときは制限パ ラメータが変えられて、カウンタの出力が第1の状態であれば制限のレベルを増 大させるようにし、あるいはカウンタの出力が第2の状態であれば制限のレベル を減少させるようにする請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.制限パラメータを設定し更新する前記段階において、カウンタの出力が第1 の状態に最初に進入したときは制限パラメータを初期値に設定し、制限パラメー タが呼の厳格さを減少させる方向で、該初期値よりも低い呼制限のレベルを示す しきい値を通過するときは呼制限の活性を解く請求項3記載の方法。 5.前記方法はさらに: 前記電気通信網によって取扱われる呼に関係する呼識別子の群を確立し; 該群を呼識別子の交わることがない組の少くとも1の集まりに分けて、各集ま りが呼識別子の少くとも1の組で成るものとし; 呼識別子の組の各集まりに対してカウンタのそれぞれの組を専用とさせ、各カ ウンタの組は少くとも1のカウンタで構成する;各段階から成る請求項1ないし 4のいずれか1に記載の方法。 6.該最初の不成功の呼と該更なる不成功の呼が該ノードの第1のもので検出さ れ、呼を制限する該段階が呼設定の方向に関して該第1のノードから上流である 1又は複数のノードで行われる請求項1ないし5のいずれか1に記載の方法。 7.該第1のノードから該1又は複数の上流ノードへのバックワード呼設定メッ セージが該不成功の呼から生じた過負荷に関する情報を伝えるために使用されて いる請求項6記載の方法。 8.該制限パラメータを設定し更新する前記段階が該1又は複数の上流ノードの 各々で実行される請求項7記載の方法。 9.該制限パラメータを設定し更新する前記段階が前記第1のノードで実行され る請求項7記載の方法。
